This was our first trip to Maui and we think this was a good location. Charley Young Beach is an easy walk away. Multiple restaurants are also walking distance. It seemed to be pretty centrally located to all the key Maui attractions. The unit was immaculate and much better equipped than the condos we rent in Florida. The only shortcoming was the parking space which seemed very narrow. With cars on either side it was almost impossible to open both driver and passenger doors. And this was with a 4 door car. Overall we were very happy with the condo and would consider Pacific Shores again if we return to Maui.

This is a beautiful condo in a fantastic location, close to the beach and all amenities. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay there. The pool and BBQ location were close to the unit as well and we enjoyed time at the pool, meeting other Canadians and relaxing in the sun.

Overall a great stay. I will admit that the parking was definitely a challenge for us. Also, the construction right outside our condo was less than pleasant and I wish we had known about that before we stayed here. But, the condo was clean and very well equipped. The location was wonderful and we definitely had a great time on our vacation.

We loved this location, short distance to the beach, shopping etc. our unit was clean and had nice quality items for cooking, the towels were lovely, and we appreciated the snorkel gear and beach chairs. The only issue was there isn’t a great outdoor spot for coffee or eating meals as it is on the ground floor but the privacy sun shade helped immensely. Rental company was extremely helpful and responsive to questions.

Parking frustratingly tight; Had no idea we were going to be next to a large building site. This completely ruined our stay as we were unable to open the Lanai door during the (week)day when we were at the condo (sorry realize it is not the owner's fault) and in general found the condo a bit cramped. But overall clean, well equipped and in a good location.

We loved the condo! Has absolutely everything you need for your stay. We love Kihei and this property is central for walking and getting to everything. Yes you still need a car on Maui, but this condo property is central for Kihei. One little complaint that has nothing to do with the condo, but maybe other people at the condo lol! The kids at the pool go wild and it’s a smaller fenced in area so it’s very personal. Sure it’s entertainment for a couple minutes but we are in our late 20’s early 30’s and no children. There were a couple days we all just picked up and walked across the road to Charlie Young beach, instead of being splashed with pool water and books soaked with a couple inches of pool water in your drink :). The property is well kept and the bbqs were cleaned and brand new looking everyday. We had a great time. We usually stay at the Maui Kamaole but after staying here we will definitely choose this one again. I can’t say enough how great of a location it is.

Overall this place was great. Nice location, easy checkin, clean and modern, boogie board and several sets of snorkeling gear provided, beach chairs and ice chest.
A few cons:
-Parking spot is a bit small, we had a truck which made it very hard to get in and out, but not impossible.
-A/C in living room would not stay on, kept cycling on/off every few minutes. It still kept the room fairly cool (did not report this as I didn’t bother us)

This place was overall a great place to stay. It’s right across from the beach and is very clean. My only complaint was that the parking spots are tiny. You get a designated spot to park in and if the spots on both sides are filled, it’s a nightmare to park between them and then try to squeeze out of your car. We had a rental car and it was a mustang. Definitely not a large vehicle.

We liked it, and would rent at pacific shores again for the great location. I felt the apartment was somewhat cluttered , I wanted to clear away the unnecessary stuff and had to remind myself we have a privilege to use someone's personal property. I would prefer nice cotton sheets instead of microfiber and the pillows were pretty old. I'd say it's time to replace with a good quality pillow. Makes a big difference.

The only thing is the very narrow parking spots... Wish we knew as it may have altered which type of car we rented.

The location of this unit was perfect. It was centrally located to all the island offers, was right across the street from a beach with nice and soft sand, and is a walkable distance to the local shops. The unit itself was great, clean and plenty of amenities provided.

It was a perfect spot for my husband and me on our honeymoon. We loved being so close to the shops and the beach. Having a cooler and beach chairs available made it easy to spend the whole day down at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We felt like it had some great amenities! We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie board, etc. It really added to our beach experience. We loved the ac unit in the living room and bedroom. The place was well kept and nice! We loved the convenience of location. The beach across the street is nice as well. My only suggestion would be adding full size curtains for privacy.

This property is a short walk from the beach. They supply all of the things you need for a day at the beach: chairs, umbrella, fins and snorkeling gear. The beach is nice. It was not crowded. We saw plenty of fish and sea turtles as we snorkeled. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely loved this property. Ive been to maui 12 times now. This place had EVERYTHING you need to for an awesome vacation. 3 minute walk to Kam 1 beach! had all of the beach gear (TB brand too!). the room itself was wonderfully appointed. highly recommend staying here.
