This property's location is great - central to beaches and restaurants and shops. The unit is just as described and the split system A/C is great for summer (way better than just one wall unit in the living room like most other units). Enjoyed they stay!

Super clean, looked exactly like pictures. Had all the kitchen and beach amenities we needed. Really appreciated having the AC in the bedrooms and living room. Cozy and convenient with easy access to beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping, highway!

Excellent location near Charley Young Beach in Kihei. Property Mgt was very responsive to reported issues. They were very thoughtful in that there were 1) complimentary snacks 2) beach towels 3) laundry machine with detergent 4) a fully stocked kitchen with even tupperware. Ideally carpet in bedrooms would be replaced with non-carpet surface. Great bathrooms. Neighbors were quiet.

The rental was beautifully cleaned, had all of basics for cooking, laundry, etc. The air conditioner cooled things off quickly and the fans in the bedrooms were helpful. The beds were super comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. The pool was great and the location couldn’t be beat. Wish it had been available for my return trip in February. I highly recommend this rental.

The condo met our expectations. It was conveniently located: walking distances to the beaches, ABC store, Foodland and many food trucks all in walking-ish distance. I would highly recommend this place. Property management responded rather quickly to questions. The property was clean and had many amenities.

We were so happy to stay at this house, it was truly perfect for us and actually a rare find for the two bedroom two bathroom situation. Perfect for our group of four, comfortable living quarters, well stocked. AC unit worked great, Pretty view from the balcony. Easy parking and access! Will happily stay here again

Spent a week here in Aug. 2022, and had a wonderful time. Nice, clean two-bedroom condo across the street from the beach. Was a good basecamp from which to explore the rest of the island. Kitchen with all the amenities we needed to cook meals. Spent some time in the pool and hot tub as well. Very few complaints. Though not cheap, a reasonable price given the area on the island. Would recommend!

We felt right at home in this sweet Kihei condo. Everything was comfy and easy. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have wanted and more. It was cute as can be. The complex was nice and the people there were friendly. It was just a half-block walk to Kam One and the little strip of Kihei restaurants, the ABC store, the natural foods store, etc. A short drive in either direction lead to grocery stores, Longs, more restaurants, and numerous gorgeous beaches. We will definitely return!

The condo was clean. A/C was working fine but not enough to cool bedrooms. Would be great to have better beach/pool towels. In the evening fresh air not getting trough open windows in the bedroom. I love to get fresh air into the room for good sleep.

We spent 8 days in Maui. This property was just what we needed- right near the beach, easy to walk to restaurants and shops, and a pool and hot tub to relax after a long day hiking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If your looking for a wonderful place on the south side, away from the bustle of west Maui, this is a great place. CB managed our stay very well and were accommodating for us at check out when we were running a little behind. 10/10

The apartment was perfectly located near the beach and cool attractions. The pool was neat and central for activities. Very clean apartment, we were two couples and the size of the apartment was perfect with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Definitely recommend it!

The unit's location is great, close to the beach, and quiet at night. The carpet in bedroom could be cleaned better as it smells a bit. The unit was not stocked with washer detergent and enough trash bags when we checked in. We reported and it was not fixed at the end of day as promised and took another request to get it done. Also a few bugs were observed crawling around the unit.

We rented the home in Kihei as it was in the same building as an apartment my sister rented. The home was nice and had an air conditioning and fans in every room. The apartment was well equipped with towels and chairs and anything you could need in the kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids and the property is across the street from the beach.

No complaints at all. It was close to the ocean, had a nice pool, and a functioning AC unit. Although the bedrooms did get a bit warm the one hot night. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for our 5 night stay. The location is across the street to Charley Young Beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by (walking or driving). Kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you buy groceries (regular coffee machine - not a Keurig so don't bring/buy pods). Beds were very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs, noodles, and snorkeling gear (we brought our own), cooler... all available in the unit. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed for the week. The description was accurate. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient. There was also a nice basket of local items upon our arrival. This condo is in a great location. It was a short walk to several beaches, restaurants and shops. The pool was a good size and never very crowded. We did run into an issue with the code to get into the pool, but the property management company was very helpful and quickly tracked down the new code. It changes often so I recommend verifying the code found in the condo when you arrive.The property management company was very professional and made sure we were prepared for our arrival. They also called to check in on our second day which I appreciated.

My friends I stayed here in July and liked the property! There were a couple issues like the dishwasher didn’t work too well and the TV had audio problems but other than that it was comfortable and in a great location for us!
