Maui Kamaole #A207 is a beautifully furnished and decorated ocean view condo that has all the amenities to make your vacation in paradise perfect. The Lanai furniture is comfortable and is the best spot to start your morning and end an evening. It even has a retractable awning for when it rains or when the sun is too much.

The Renovation encompassed beautiful new Tile Flooring throughout, New Kitchen, Baths, Furniture, delightful Island Art, and all New Vented Air Conditioning System.
The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, easy chair, ceiling fan, and A/C. The entertainment center includes a 47” Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and Secured Wireless Internet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stunning granite and is well appointed with many small appliances and dishware for all of your culinary needs. However, this unit does not have an oven.
Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV’s, A/C and ceiling fans. Both Bathrooms are remodeled with Walk-In Showers, vanities, stunning granite, and the master has a dual vanity.
Maui Kamaole is a low-rise, luxury residential complex on the border of Kihei and Wailea an ideal vacation spot. With 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, cabana, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and an on-site front desk agent with concierge services available. The upper pool area is a free-form tropical pool and there is a sandy bottom Jacuzzi that feels amazing after a long flight from the mainland. The tropical landscaping is first class and meticulously maintained. You can walk to beaches - Kamaole Beach Parks and Keawakapu - It is also a short walk to world class shopping and dining in both Kihei and Wailea! **Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to be complete by March 2021. Beginning October 2019 a retaining wall will be built on the north side of the project site, this is anticipated to take 3 months. Work may be conducted Monday - Saturday. Once retaining walls are complete the remaining site work and construction will begin. Call our office for available updates. Based on this unit’s location, we are not anticipating any significant effects to guests.**
