Pictures don’t do this condo justice. The view to the water is the best part. The condo has everything you will need already there. If I had a question about anything Jim answered right away. Next time we come to Maui we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had an amazing first family trip to Maui! We could not be happier with the condo. Check in/out was seamless, beds are super comfy, well stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear and it was really nice to have some starter supplies provided to help us get settled in aswell. The complex has 2 great pools that we really enjoyed with the kids. Jim is a fantastic host and has been so accommodating for us, we are very appreciative! We are so sad to leave and can't wait to plan our return trip, we will definitely be staying here, thanks again Jim!

This quiet, well-appointed place had all of the conveniences we wanted for our home-away-from-home. We went snorkeling and hiking all over the island - Hanaloa Bay, Haleakala, Big Beach, Ulua, Olowalu, Waihe'e Ridge, etc., and enjoyed coming back here to relax each day afterward. Sunset and partial water views were undersold in the online listing; sometimes we watched the colors change on the water while dining on the lanai, on other evenings we walked the short distance down to Kamaole III. For a stay in Kihei, this place worked perfectly for us.

The location was awesome. The pool was close and the beach was right across the road. Everything was close by. You could walk to eat and shop. The condo was a bit dated but comfortable. The bed in the downstairs bedroom could be replaced. It was quite lumpy. The broom could be replaced too. We tried to sweep up but just not doing much of anything. All in all we had a great time. Thank you again Jim.

We just finished 3 weeks on Maui in Jim’s condo and had such a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, well-kept and well stocked. The development is beautiful with a great location with easy access to incredible beaches and town.
Jim was great to work with! He was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were having a great time in Kihei and that everything was going well with the condo.
Thank you for everything and we will definitely be booking this rental on our next trip to Maui!

The condo is in a great location and has everything needed for the stay. The condo complex is very beautiful and it is an easy walk down to the green space and small beach for sunsets. Close to Wailea. We didn't use the pool area very much as we were away on adventures during the day, but the pool was a good size and the upper pool had a beautiful waterfall. The hot tub was very busy, but when we could access it it was nice and hot. The condo is very good value and would recommend it. Our only note would be that the pull-out couch mattress was not very comfortable - but that is par for the course with pull-outs. The owner and manager were in constant communication and the check in process was easy. Parking right in front of the unit. No hidden fees. Overall, would stay here again!

It was our first time renting here and Jim was amazing in every respect. He is lightning quick at responding to questions. The property is kept up beautifully. Jim’s unit is well equipped and the view from the lanai is hard to beat! Would definitely recommend Jim’s condo to friends and family.

Great location at the south end of Kihei in a very nice development. The very gracious and attentive owner has thought of every little detail. We have rented many holiday homes for sun and ski and this is the first one that had every piece of kitchen equipment you would ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, are sad to leave and without hesitation, would return here!

Sleep experience in the unit is very poor with squeaky beds, noisy fans and refrigerators and VERY loud AC units. Carpet is crusty and old. Sofa was full of sand. Swimming pool area outdated. This place, although perfectly located, is not for us.

We stayed at this unit for about 10 days.
First of all, Jim is an outstanding host. He was very responsive right from the minute I booked until after check out. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and even offered us a generous discount as the prior guests had caused damage to the property right before our arrival. He made sure our arrival and stay was very smooth. The check in/out process at this complex is super easy.
This unit is very clean, spacious with two fairly large bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sitting areas with a lot of closet space.
It is well stocked with beach gear as well as daily starter needs (shampoo, dish soap, paper towels and kitchen dishes etc ) .
The unit is way nicer and brighter than seems in the pictures!
It is directly across from the pool which was very conviennent and only a few feet away from the walking path to Kihei road (beaches). The designated parking spot was right in front of building B.
The location of this unit/complex is great as it is close to many shops (including groceries) and restaurants while not being in the middle of the busiest part.
And as a bonus, you can watch a beautiful sunset from the Lanai.
One helpful hint unrelated to the unit: use Kihei Rent A Car instead of the companies at the airport. Check in and out process so easy, and they are way cheaper and do an airport drop off/pick up.

This was our first time on Maui and first time staying in a condo and not a resort in Hawaii. This condo had everything we needed and more. Everything from towels, grass mats, coolers, chairs and more for the beach. This condo was close to the beach where the girls could go boogie boarding and walk 15 min up the road for a snack. Super clean (10/10). This beautiful condo was the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have stayed at. A clean place is my top priority, so I was very happy. It gave our family of 4 (2 teen boys) room to spread out. We were very comfortable. Easy 5-10 minute walk to Kamaole III beach. Restaurants are maybe a 20 min walk. We drove and there are tons of restaurants 5-10 minutes away by driving. Lots of beach equipment (good boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers). Good parking spot (right outside of front door). Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely recommend this place for a family or two couples. We were very pleased with this condo.

Great location. Very clean and well equipped. Everything you need for a day at the beach as well kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great view from balcony and short walk to the beach to watch the sunset. It was also great to have the nice breeze and ceiling fans so we didn't need the air conditioning on. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for 2 couples...it is extremely soundproof. Being located right across from pool/spa area was great. Good views from front lanai of ocean and sunsets. Overall a relaxing stay was had by all.

Very clean and excellent experience. It is clear that Jim cares about his guests’ comfort. It does get a bit warm being on the second level but the ceiling fans are helpful and running window a/c is an option. Be aware luggage will have to be carried up a flight of stairs to the condo. I did not mind considering the beautiful view from the lanai.

This unit had everything and more! The patio storage was stocked with lots of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards etc. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen, lots of towels and enough cleaning supplies/toiletries to get us started. Ocean view form the balcony, which has very nice patio furniture. We were very happy with our stay at Maui Kamaole - it was a quick walk to the beach, directly across from the lower pool and a short walk to the upper pool. Would definitely recommend this unit and would 10/10 stay here again.

We had a great visit to Kihei. Maui Kamaole is in an ideal location that’s close enough to walk to the beach but far enough that there’s no road noise. The property is well kept and equipped.

Wonderful ocean view from the balcony. Good kitchen appliances in case if you want to cook. Highly recommended Costco by the airport. Few minutes drive to a beautiful Wailea beach with public parking close by. Owner is very good on communication. I would love to return back to this paradise.

This property had all the amenities of home. I loved the little extras like spices and oil and coffee filters. I even saw sunscreen. Very comfortable beds and the layout was perfect for 2 couples. The owner Jim was super helpful.

The property location was great. It is couple of minutes walk to the beach and it is in walking distance to several local shops. we liked this part of the island more because it has a more local vibe. Jim was great with communication, he responded to us within minutes and tried to help us out in any way possible. The beach chairs and cooler were a great plus.

Great location. Close to many beaches and food establishments, most within walking distance. Condo is very nice, nice pool as well. Check in process was a little difficult due to Covid-19 requirements but otherwise no other issues. Would stay here again for certain.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and wished it was longer. Had a wonderful time here and Jim’s place was close to the beach and very convenient to drive to everywhere on the island. The place was clean and comfortable. It was a bonus to have all the beach stuff available to us like chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, snorkeling stuff, and more. It was also great having the pool right across the street. When the ocean was too rough for our 3 year old we would go to the pool. Overall we had a wonderful time here and would love to return in the future.

This 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect for me and my daughter. It allowed us the room to spread out and have a little private time that a hotel can not provide. It was an exceptional unit, lovely lanai/balcony. Wish I had had more time to enjoy it. The owner was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated with information.
