This condo is perfectly located near many restaurants and just across a great beach. The outdoor space makes a huge difference compare to the little balconies that most places have. Check in and out was very easy and the management company was very helpful. The condo is equipped with everything you can think of. The bed is comfortable and the cool air from the AC in the living room goes all the way to the bedroom.It’s really quiet and I highly recommend it with a kid as well!

Great complex, great location to beach, amenities. Beach towel location was not obvious and found them mid way into stay. (under the bed). We ended up buying some cheap ones because of this. No AC in bedroom should be noted. We had some hot sleeps despite fan provided. Garden patio was nice too.

Quiet, well-appointed, comfortable. Super great location to everything you need within walking distance. Lots of towels, 3 chairs, coolers, etc. Sheets were threadbare, but they purchased new ones after our visit. We had a lot of groceries and there was no cupboard or pantry for them, but plenty of space on peninsula.

The dishwasher had mold and there was an issue with cockroaches and little flies. Nobody at the complex seemed phased by it so I’m assuming they know. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beach chairs/snorkelling gear was great. The pool was a perfect temperature Overall for the price it was okay.

Great place…very quiet, thats how I liked it…coming from a noisy city…close to beaches and lots of shops and restaurants…it was extremely hot and the air conditioning helped in the living room.. they really need to get one in the bedroom though…I was experiencing lots of sleepless nites cause of how hot it was…even with the fan and ceiling fan on.. it was extremely hot.. the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE…This place has everything you needed…will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends..

We enjoyed staying at Kihei Kai Noni 3-116. The condo is comfortably furnished with thoughtful details throughout. The king bed was very comfortable and there were two different pillows for those who prefer a firm or softer pillow. The lanai provides a tranquil view and cool breeze in the evening. Shopping and dining near by. And it was a nice central location. If you go to Fred's Mexican restaurant the Calamari steak tacos are a must!!! We will be back again. Thanks for the great stay!

Over all we had just a decent stay at KKN #116. It was well decorated, and apparently recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, as was the other furniture in the unit. The location was good, being somewhat isolated from street and pool noise. And beach/recreation items were very plentiful and in good condition.Now the bad. It may be somewhat usual to have the a/c on a timer, but I find it tacky and cheap. I understand the reasoning for it, but this is the first of many condos that I have stayed in that had it. Also, we rented a DVD to watch a movie and found out the DVD player was non-functional, not even hooked up. There was a plug-in air freshener that we had to unplug because the aroma was VERY offensive and overwhelming. There was mold in the bathroom, but otherwise was very clean. The kitchen faucet is loose and comes off. Lastly, the back yard sliding door had a non-functioning dead bolt.I wouldn't stay here again. Too many problems.

Not only was this property great in that the buildings are only two-stories and spread out, so they feel like actual apartments rather than big condo hotel-style properties, but this specific condo was fantastic! First off, Maui is awesome. This location was great because it was right beside two fantastic restaurants - the Cinnamon Bun Place, which is open super early, and Coco's Fish Tacos. The staff are super friendly, and helped me with my luggage. The place itself is really close to the beach. Lots of amentites that aren't listed, like beach toys, boogie board, beach towels. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Things to improve: I disliked the febreeze - the place was so heavily febreezed, including my bed, that I wondered if it had been cleaned or not. Lots of crazy cleaning chemicals waiting in bottom drawers - which I had to move because those were prime places for my one year old to search. Doesn't seem very environmentally-conscious, I would think Maui would have some laws on using those types of chemicals and pesticides. Because of my one-year old, I was afraid of where the ant-poison was laid. Place too noisy - right by garbage so could here all the time bottles being taken out or garabage truck. Very close to business building too so could hear motorcycles a lot.

This vacation rental property was everything we wanted and then some. My wife and I, along with our 11 month old son wanted something easily-accessible, close to a beach, and near any amenity that we would need. We got all of that with 116 Kihei Kai Nani. This rental is on the ground floor and is literally 100 steps from a breathtaking, family-friendly beach. I almost don't want to give such a glowing review so that I can ensure that this place will be available for my next trip! Thanks for making our first trip to Maui such a positive experience!

It was a great location for close by local food and a great beach, but still quiet. First floor was great for access to both front and back doors. It was well equiped and clean kitchen. Nice newly remodeled bathroom. There were beach chairs and toys in the closest and patio locker. All in all we had a wonderful time and will be coming back. If you are not interested in the big resorts and want the true feel of local Maui life this place is great. The only thing we would like different is and A/C unit for the bedroom, but the many available electric fans did help keep the air moving.

Nice home away from home. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beaches including one snorkel and mask ttwo sets of fins - very nice beach chairs. A couple of gas grills just outside the condos patio. People wre nice and the place was quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable as well. Only issue were a few Palmetto bugs (Basically large coachroaches)two wre found dying in the bedroom and one running around in the kitchen. Kind of grouse but hard to get away from on the island. Other than that a great place to stay and for us it was centrally located on the West coast of the island. Would recommend to friends and family

Great location. Only negative was that this unit offered A/C. What they don't tell you is that it only runs for one hour at a time as it's on a timer. Sooo unless you don't mind getting up often on hot nights, it can get quite warm even with the ceiling fan.

This rental experience was wonderful! I loved the “check in” process which wasn’t a true check in where you visit the front desk and go through all that nonsense, we were provided a lockbox code for easy quick access to start our vacation! My first time staying in Maui in Kihei.... I loved the location so close to the beach...right across the street. Great for morning walks on the beach and easy beach swims... Liked the 1st floor location w/ grassy backyard access... missed having a hot tub. The towels and bathroom & throw rugs could use an update, but otherwise nicely appointed stay... Arm chairs are too soft. A coffee welcome pack and a few fresh items are always nice, but otherwise kitchen well accessorized. I would stay again.

The condo was nicely decorated. It gave you abit of a beachy feel without it being overdone…it felt cozy like a home away from home. The condo was clean and very well stocked with any and all kitchen supplies, as well as, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable…it’s not often you stay somewhere and you sleep as good as you do at home!
Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for more and the price was very competitive
We would certainly stay there again when we visit in the future!

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at Kathy's condo, #116. The condo has been very nicely upgraded, it was immaculately clean and the king-sized bed was super comfortable! The condo was equipped with everything you need, from high-quality kitchen supplies to excellent beach equipment, including chairs, boogie boards and even good snorkeling gear. We have rented this same condo again for next May and we can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Kathy's condo!

The condo was clean and made you feel at home immediately. It is also conveniently located across from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. The bathroom is updated, large and has a fan. There are beach chairs and pool noodles in the hall closet that were fun to have on hand so we didn't have to rent anything. Check in and out was done over email and the VRBO app. This was handy since we got in late and left early before the office hours. i highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!

We literally did everything on this street. Love how it was waking distance everywhere. We walked to the beach, walk to eat, walk to get a massage. Didn’t have to drive anywhere far besides going back to the airport lol

The location of this property could not have been better! Right across from the ocean, walking distance to great food places and had so many extras (beach chairs, coolers, boogie/body boards, iron, hairdryer, beach umbrella) in the apartment. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

First time to Maui and stayed here for a week. The unit has everything you need…. Beach chairs, umbrella, little cooler, water toys etc…. Kitchen was fully stocked. The AC is located in the front room but there were 2 fans that helped cool the bedroom down. Only downside is the roosters. Such a great price for the location and close to all the shops!

Comfy home with everything we needed plus the ocean breezes. We liked being on the bottom floor with the patio extending the living space. The beach, shops, and restaurants are a quick walk away. Mahalo!
