Enjoyed the 2 minute walk down to Charley Young beach! Enjoyed the ocean without having to worry about stepping on rocks in the water! Gorgeous beach with beautiful sunset views!

We were pleased with our accommodations and the location was great. It is very close to a great beach (Charlie Young) as well as lots of shopping and restaurants/bars. This was our first time in Hawaii so was not sure what to expect, however it was great! Our landlords were most accommodating which was another bonus. Would highly recommend. One thing I might consider though if we return is the 2nd bedroom in the loft - not closed in - so for 2 adults there was not a lot of privacy, and the twin beds were not made for taller people (but we are short!). Also, we are older so it wasn’t a big problem. Also the lanai is small so it was difficult for 4 adults to sit out there at the same time. - again not a big problem. Other than that is was everything we needed. Definitely true to pictures.

This was a great location, close to the beach and very central for shopping and food locations. The beds were comfortable and Cherie had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay wonderful. Will for sure cook with Cherie again!

The unit was a clean and had everything we needed to get set up for living there. Beach chairs and towels provided which we really appreciated. We cooked there every day. Nice bbq area and excellent location to the beach which was in a short walk from unit to beach. Best beach I think in Kehei! Would stay there again 👍👍👍

Cherie, the property manager, was easy and responsive in communicating. The condo rental was great. I had a good view and a short walk to the beach! The rate was reasonable, pool was small but nice. My only complaint is the a/c unit in the living room left puddles of water on the Lanai, making it dangerously slick. I would still recommend Maui Vista and will never stay anywhere else.

Perfect location in Kihei! About a 5 minute walk to the beach and down the street from a grocery store, other restaurants, and anything else you might need. Overall a great space that provided everything my friends and I needed including some beach accessories for us to enjoy!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. Walking distance to everything you need. Beach right across the street. Short driving distance (15-20 min) to Wailea and Makena beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely enjoy staying here on our next visit to Maui.

Great location to a multitude of beaches. Great food just a 5 minute walk away. Great communication with the owner. Amazing view from the balcony. Lots of beach goodies to help you have a great time on the beach. We LOVED our stay!

It was a good location and everything thing I needed in the condo. But I couldn't get the coffee maker to perk a full pot. I gave it 1 hour and only perked 1/4 of a pot!

We really enjoyed our time in Maui. The condo was in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed sunset views from the patio and under 5 min walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, shave ice, grocery and surf shops were all close by. Neighbors and staff were super friendly and helpful. We would totally stay with you again!

The location of this property is great. It's right across from Charley Young Beach, and after going to several other beaches, our group still kept going to CY as it was our favorite, aside from being most convenient. Many restaurants nearby, make sure to take advantage of the $2 mimosas at Lava Rock! The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Like most of the condos, there's no central air, but the air conditioners in each bedroom and living room kept up fine. Would stay again instantly.

Overall we had a really good stay here, there were a few things that could have been better to make it perfect. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach equipment is rough to say the least....and technically it was all there, its all just he stuff people didnt want to travel with and left behind. The chairs had tons of rust and holes in the seats plus broken straps, the umbrella was the size of a rainy day collapsible umbrella, and the boogie board had a rope for a leash. Their were signs in the unit saying owner not responsible etc., just a FYI. We felt a little like ho-bos on the beach but then again I didnt care if someone stole it out of the bed our truck.
In the unit itself there were some things that also raised some weirdness. The AC's worked great but they are all floor / window units and loud. There is a note on the upstairs unit to dump the water out of it by tipping it over every 3-4 hours! That actually made me laugh, Im certainly not going to lug R2-D2 down a flight of stairs and tip a 50 pound A/C over in the shower...I dont think so. PS - it worked great without dumping it, I ran it 24/7 for a week straight....
The washer and dryer are old, they work but fine. Just be aware the exhaust probably needs to be cleaned, it dumps some hot air into the unit.
We also used the sofa hide-a-bed and it wasnt bad. There isnt a TV in the master, please add one and upgrade the TV in the living room. I think its a 24"..... Id ditch that huge cabinet in upgrade to a wall mount. Internet was wonky, it worked most of the time
Overall we had a really nice time there, Id say the unit is due for some upgrades. The location is awesome, the complex it pretty basic and the pools are really small. But overall, location location, location and Id stay there again.

Great location and walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants! The only thing I would recommend is having some sort of rack for upstairs. My friend and I stayed upstairs while my married friends stayed in the room and we had nowhere to hang our dresses or outfits. So that was the only bummer. Other than that everything was great!

Was exactly as described and location is close to many great beaches. The room had everything we needed for a family of 4 adults, 16 year old and 9 year old and the gear left behind by former guests came in handy (pool noodles, boogie boards, snorkel sets, sand toys). The pullout couch in living room has a foamy added to it which helped the comfort level which I saw was a concern of past guest reviews.

We stayed here for the second half of our Maui trip; This part was the beach and chill portion. This end of Kihei is a great location; Right across the street from great beaches (perfect for watching the sunset), a short walk to fun restaurants/bars, and places to rent paddle boards surf boards and kayaks, quick and easy access to the Pilany Hwy and the rest of the island. AC in the bedroom and loft made sleeping easy. The place was clean and modern. Boogie boards, beach chairs, Snorkeling gear, cooler, and a beach umbrella were in the closet. Sitting on the Lanai in the morning and evening was very relaxing. We would definitely book this place on our next visit if it’s available.

From booking to checking in everything was seamless and the condo was spectacular. It is fully stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs and toys/scuba gear. Our family loved the lanai and spent so much time just taking in the amazing view. The only negative is that we have to leave! We will definitely be back and I would without a doubt stay here again because it is close to so many beautiful beaches, shops, and yummy places to dine. A vacation we will never forget

Great location and wonderful views. Condo was fully stocked with beach items. We loved using the boogie boards and cooler provided. Quick access to beaches and very quiet. Wonderful breeze in the evening and enjoyed sitting on patio. Even got to see a beautiful rainbow from the patio. Spent Thanksgiving at the beach in the morning and luau in the evening.

Clean and well maintained condo. Easy access to a great beach- it’s right across the street. Only complaints- air conditioning was a bit anemic. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken- that happens. Balcony door sticks.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui and loved the location of this home away from home. We stayed 10 days and loved each one of them, loved the views from our condo, loved the location and closeness to the beautiful beach. We are a family of 6, we were able to enjoy some great homemade meals several times throughout our stay, The kitchen was well stocked and provided all we needed for our family.

Condo was great. There were several beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Parking was great and everything was very walkable from the condo, with the beach across the street and several restaurant options just up the road. I was amazed at our view of the ocean - it’s better than I expected! Totally recommend.
