The front of the unit features a commanding sweeping ocean view and view of west Maui in the day with beautiful tropical sunsets and twinkling island lights at night. The back of the unit features a view of the Maui-shaped upper pool. This is a very quiet unit - no road noise from S. Kihei Road! Maui Kamaole #L-202 sleeps four, has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer in unit, HD Cable TV with wireless internet. The owners of this unit welcome you as a valued guest. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

The famous Kamaole Beach III is just across the street from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, great snorkeling and boogie boarding. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
**Important Information: Paradise Ridge Estates is a small development to the north of and adjacent to Maui Kamaole. Construction resumed April 1, 2019 - anticipated to be complete by March 2021. Beginning October 2019 a retaining wall will be built on the north side of the project site, this is anticipated to take 3 months. Work may be conducted Monday - Saturday. Once retaining walls are complete the remaining site work and construction will begin. Call our office for available updates. Guests will be affected by the construction in the following ways: there may be construction dust, construction noise, trucks going in and out, machinery, etc.**
