Our family of 5 stayed for 9 nights. The property worked perfectly for us. We chose to eat many meals at the property and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, we appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. It was an easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed the ocean and some amazing sunsets.

Very clean and organized! Hawaiian theme throughout- great decor! Everything you need in the kitchen. Very comfy beds! Quiet sleeping even with the windows open. It was great to have the beach accessories! South Kihei Rd is a very pedestrian friendly road. Condo is right across the street from the beach. Can also walk to restaurants and the Kihei boat ramp (where some snorkel tours meet). Loved everything about it! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

This was our 3rd stay in this lovely condo. Bob is a wonderful and thoughtful host. Everything is super clean, well organized, and every need is met. It comes equipped with everything you need for the beach so you won't have to rent anything. The location is also so convenient since it's walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We absolutely love this place and will definitely stay here again!

Such a cute, super clean and comfortable condo with great, right across the street, access to a super nice beach! Has all the beach gear you need to walk over and enjoy your day lounging there, and is also centrally located to get to all the sites you want to see! Hosts were very easy to deal with for a flight modification, which means a lot to my family. We've stayed at this complex a few times, and this unit was very well kept. You can tell the owners care for and love their property as well!

Our family has been to Maui several times and our stay this year at Bobs did not disappoint. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I give full stars for cleanliness (and I’m a clean freak) and my daughter loved the decor. Lots of space and ample privacy when needed. The proximity to shops, restaurants and beaches is amazing. We will definitely book Bobs condo on our next visit to Maui!

This condo was such a pleasure to stay in. It was well stocked with all of the necessities. Just bring your groceries and clothes and you're all set! The condo was spotless, spacious, and the showers had excellent water pressure for cleaning up after hours at the beach! Bob was great to deal with and prompt with his responses during the booking process. Highly recommend!

The location really could not be better. So much to do within walking distance including food and beach. Hop in the car and it doesn't take long to get to more great places.
The place is well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, towels, etc. We even found some coffee for the morning after arriving very late!
Aside from the location, Bob was very generous in helping us out when flights were delayed. He was always friendly and even sent a long list of activities and restaurants close by.

Bob and Carol's condo was a wonderful place for our Maui Christmas vacation. We have a family of five, so it's hard to fit in a hotel room, and the condo had lots of room for us to relax. The location is so convenient for walking to some great family friendly beaches, and we went somewhere on foot every day. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the Hawaiian themed decor was charming. It felt like staying in the home of real Maui lovers. We would love to come again!

The unit was stocked with everything you could need for wonderful beach vacation.... chairs, umbrella, beach buggies, snorkles, masks and fins, plenty of beach towels, etc. The kitchen is also had everything we needed for our stay.
Only downside was it was a little noisy early in the morning when the trash truck comes and traffic picks up.

Charming decor in Hawaiian nostalgia. Best organized and furnished property we have stayed at, which made it feel like there was concierge service. Instructions and procedures made everything easy and stress free. Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, Turtles were swimming in the water and coves of the beach across the street!

Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Maui. Owners are very hospitable and provided us with great recommendations. We enjoyed all the extras that were waiting for us -- snorkel gear, body boards, beach chairs, etc. Some of the condo sliders didn't work well ( the bedroom sections and lanai), but in all the place was in very nice condition. Close to the beach but no view. Pots, pans, plates, glasses and so much more. We would stay here again!

Love to the location where we can just walk to the beach. The condo comes with all water/beach equipment: chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boards, cooler, and even a collapsible wagon! Kitchen appliances and utensils are all provided. Very comfortable. We felt like home!

Everything about this condo is amazing! The location is perfect! You can walk to a lot of things, or it’s a short walk out the door down the stairs to your very own covered parking spot! It’s well stocked for everything you need at the beach or for just hanging out in the condo. The condo is so nice with all the windows that open you get that nice sea breeze! We never needed to use the AC units. Across the street there’s great snorkeling and boogie boarding! We saw more turtles snorkeling across the street than we did at other beaches we drove to. When our family comes back to Maui we will hopefully get the opportunity to stay here again!

The condo is walking distance from one of the best beaches for lounging and snorkeling. It's also walking distance to some good eats. I hope we have the chance to stay here again!

This property had everything listed in the posted and then some! We did not go without anything in terms of kitchen supplies or beach accessories. The location is great for families - walking distance to the beach, daily shave ice and restaurants.
Only one complaint - a crabby lady by the pool always telling the kids to be quiet. There were 11 kids in the pool having fun - everyone else around the pool loved seeing the kids having fun but one lady was relentless (who we have named Karen).
I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again! Mahalo!

Owners were great, spot was in a perfect location and we LOVED the beach chairs/umbrella/cooler - such a huge upgrade. We were using the wagon to access beaches all across the island.
It was a smidge higher than we wouldved liked to budget, but fair enough as there was a 2nd room and bathroom that the 2 of us didn't use. Great for a family.

I read many good reviews at booking this unit and expected a nice one. But when we arrived and stayed there, we found it was
even better than what we expected. The sliding doors/wall can convert part of the spacious living space into second bedroom. That makes the unit perfect for two couples. We found everything we need for beach and for cooking. And there are many other caring and decent supplies. We also enjoy very much the Hawaii style decorations!

We had the best trip to Maui. We found the property to be exactly as advertised. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, including kids beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards. There was even a bed rail for my daughter. There was a great beach across the street and plenty others nearby. We also enjoyed the pool. Bob was an excellent host. We can’t wait to come back.

We have never felt so at home on vacation. The unit was tidy and clean with anything you could need or want (including travel shampoo and conditioner and dove bar soaps). The unit was quiet and having the 2 ACs was such a relief in the 80+ degree heat. Next time I’ll bring our fire stick, I couldn’t get Netflix to function and Disney+ would have been nice for the kids. Parking spot was plenty big for our little Sentra and the pool and long term residents were great. Be sure to check the baskets on the pool patio for fresh fruits from the avocado tree or other local growers. We cannot wait to take another trip to Kihei and stay in this unit.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was super convenient to walking to the beach and getting around Maui. It is a quiet location. The condo had everything we needed. My son slept on the couch vs. the sleeper sofa and said it was comfortable. I found the king bed comfortable and heard no complaints from my daughters on the twin beds.
While this place does have window air conditioning units they are on a two hour timer which we found annoying at times especially when they were off while we were out all day and came back to a warm stuffy condo.
Also, there is a pool that we didn't use because there were so many rules that it wouldn't have been fun.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone headed to Maui.

This was a great condo for spending time at the beach. They had more beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards than I’ve ever seen in a condo before. And everything was in good condition. The kitchen also was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking while we stayed there. The beds were comfortable, it was just a great place to stay, would definitely come back sometime.

I’ve rented a lot of condos from VRBO and this one was definitely the best. Extremely clean and there wasn’t one single item we wish it had that it didn’t. Made traveling that far very convenient because we didn’t have to worry about anything except our luggage. He even included things that many don’t such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, soap, laundry detergent and Tupperware. That’s in addition to anything you could possibly want for a day at the beach. Communication was exceptional with the owner and the check in/out process was simple and efficient. Having a designated parking spot was also a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
