First I would like to say, Thank you to all the staff at Rentals Maui Inc.Every time I called during business hours someone answered and was very happy to assist.Upon arrival we had a bed that was not comfortable at all and they sent out a maintenance man out within an hour. Also a very professional gentleman who went to pick up parts to repair the bed frame the proper way. He would not even except a tip. He said the company pays him well.Next the Maui Parkshore condo was incredible. The grounds were 5 Star.I would like to say the on site Manager must not sleep.Every morning she is not just cleaning, but scrubbing all the pool furniture, railings, pool deck, outside shower, and bathrooms. Not just a water wash but with cleaners. I am in the Hospitality industry and stayed at some really nice places but never see housekeepers or management clean like I did this trip. She was everywhere. Even picking up micro trash in the parking lots. Even the bbq grills were cleaned every day. Can’t say enough good things about this trip. Really appreciate the welcome feeling and will definitely try to book through Rentals Maui inv. And stay at Maui Parkshore.THANK YOU ALL FOR A 5 STAR TREATMENT.

There were many things that did not work a fan which we really needed the slider doors we very difficult to open and close we had trouble with **** roaches the dish washer was broken they did fix this quickly.the closet doors did not slide open. Woukd have been more comfirtable with an air conditioning portable unit it wss humid and hot but wasnt one so know when you stay here no air conditioner.

We always enjoy our vacation in Maui, this unit didn’t ruin our time there,but it was less than great accommodations. The unit was not kept well. The bedroom curtains and curtain rods were dirty and not functioning properly. The ceiling fan in mater bedroom could only be used on low as it made loud noise if turned up. The lanai windows, especially the end ones don’t look as if they are ever cleaned. Bar stools completely worn. We had roaches, which I know isn’t necessarily the owners fault. The manager gave us a can of bug spray and the entire complex was treated during our stay.we still saw them after the treatment . It’s a very noisy complex. Street noise and neighbor noise was very annoying. The place could just use some TLC. Sorry to be a complainer but I think the owners would like to know. Thank you ,Janet Schirtzinger

The stay was good, the view was good and we were lucky enough to get some great weather. The unit was clean and in pretty good condition with a few minor exceptions. All the barstools were broken down, one with broken backrest and the others broken seats. The bed frame had come off it’s wheels causing it to be a couple inches lower at the head of the bed. With that being said we enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t have a problem returning in the future.

Good location, unit had kitchen stuff and beach stuff, beach stuff we had to clean. Unit could have been cleaner, snorkel gear full of sand garbage in beach chairs, Kleenex under beds. Overall place was ok. We were able to use pool after check out.

The unit it's self was very dirty when we arrived. Black hairs all over the walls and clogging the drain of master bath. Kitchen counters very dirty. No bathroom rugs...until a few days in when we went to do laundry we found them in the washer still dirty and stinky. The beds were comfortable. Charis at bar, green couch and lanai furniture are in desperate need of replacing. On our first day we came home to a kitchen full of water due to kitchen sink leaking. This was fixed very quickly which was great. This unit has an amazing view of the water and sunset and is in a great location. The property outside of the unit is super clean and felt very welcoming and safe. Workers on site were very kind and helpful. The unit has a great supply of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, coolers (sm and large) and lots of beach towels.

The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!

This 2 bed 2 bath is extremely well stocked and right across from the beach. However, a week in August with no AC was uncomfortable. With a very old mattress, it was impossible to sleep and rest. The rayan couch is absolutely broken, the outdoor cushion is way overdue for updating and it needs a deep cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parkshore. Our unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, an umbrella, ice chests, etc. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out on the lanai and in the living room/kitchen area. It was a great value for the nightly rate. Our only complaint is about the onsite property manager, Johnny. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to our kids multiple times throughout our stay. We got multiple e-mails from the property management co. about rules he said we were breaking at the pool...cannonballing, diving, roughhousing, etc. Our kids did none of those things and followed the very long list of "pool rules." They did rent mopeds one day, parked in the loading/unloading zone for 9 minutes, ran upstairs to grab snacks and beach towels. As soon as they parked there, Johnny came out to take pictures of the mopeds and I got an email immediately from the property management. We felt like he was targeting our kids, but I did see him do this to others at the pool during our stay so maybe he's just a bully. I would give this property 5 stars but I can't after the treatment we received from Johnny.

At the time of booking it didn’t state the condo didn’t have ac or sufficient parking. When we got there we realized no ac with two kids under 2. We had rented two cars And only had parking for one . Called the office to see where we could park the other car and no one answered or got back to us. We left it in the loading area by the front entrance overnight . Where it didn’t disturb anyone and the property manager came BANGING on our door in the morning threatening to get our car towed if we didn’t move it immediately. He was extremely rude and disrespectful . Definitely didn’t act like a manager of anything. He told us we had to park outside of the condo next to an area full of homeless people . The condo also was not cleaned properly. The sheets smelled as if they hadn’t been washed and the floor had hair everywhere upon arrival. My kids were walking barefoot and the bottom of their feet were black within minutes. The showers had mold everywhere . Don’t think it’s had a proper cleaning in years! Overall this was a terrible experience. WorSt place we’ve ever stayed at! Please save your money!!

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Parkshore very much. The location was perfect, just across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming and watching the sunset every night. The apartment was stopped with a complete set of dishes and linens and was overall very clean. My only complaint was the patio was very dusty and dirty and we did not have a broom to be able to sweep anything. overall I would rate this place as a four and a half star.

Bring across from Kamaole Beach 3 was great for our teenage boys as the boogie boarding was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance the first few days we were there, then when it opened, there were a lot of rules for kids to navigate.

The view from the large extended porch is fantastic! Crossing the street to the ocean for sunset is priceless.
The condo needs an update. Area rug is stained; sofa bed is sinking and the cushion is ripped, needs painting throughout . We could never get long get TV, curtains are filthy.
Towels and bedding are nice, washer/dryer are nice, view and porch are fantastic, beach chairs and umbrella are aged but work.

The condo had all the kitchen amenities you could ever want. The one couch was comfy but the other cloth one was not. The view was over the top. No A/C, and alot of noise when you opened the door and windows. The most disappointing thing was is that it was fithy!!! dirt on the walls, fans, counters, etc. We cleaned the kitchen and left the rest. Maintenance man came to fix the fan the first day. Should have been done before our arrival! the patio doors were extremely hard to open and screen handle was broken. Closet doors were off the track. Did have beach equipment, of course the chairs were dirty and wore out. Was very disappointed in the condo, but pool and being located across to beach was great!

The location was great, the pool and barbecue area were wonderfully maintained, and the condo was fine overall. Our only critique was that the furniture was pretty used and tired, especially the couches and the king size mattress seemed to crown in the middle. We also ended up hand washing all of our dishes because the dishwasher seemed to make things more dirty than when they went in. Everything else was great though and we were able to cook almost all of our meals in the condo during our stay!

This is an excellent place to stay if you are traveling or just on vacation. Everything you needed for a fun stay was there for families as well as couples. I gave this condo a 4/5 solely because there was no proper A/C and the place often got hot. If there had been one or if I had just missed it 5/5 hands down.

Renting was great and easy. Would have like to had a rule book outline prior to renting as we felt like the fun was taken out of our vacation by the PRM as he made sure to let us know of every single rule we were breaking. No fun in the pool ( basically only swimming laps was allowed). No music while BBQ’in or swimming. ( which was on a phone and not explicit or loud) !

This condo was clean and roomy for a family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking supplies and the closets had beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. It is right across the street from the beach and driving distance to many other beaches if you rent a car, which I recommend. The lanai was long and had a nice view of the pool and partial beach.

First off, it’s a really good value. We were pleased with what we got for what we paid. The location for us was perfect. Our favorite beaches on Maui are the Kamaole beaches. Short walk to shopping, food, coffee, shave ice, etc. The lanai is very spacious. The pool was great.
Here are a few things that could be better. We had black feet after only a few minutes inside the condo after checking because the floors were dirty. The countertops were sticky and not clean. We bought our own cleaning supplies to take care of that. The towels are pretty old. The kitchen is fully stocked but many of the items, we did not need. And it was missing some key things like small knives for the steak dinner we BBQ’d.
This all being said, we would stay here again.

The property was beautiful and clean the pool was so refreshing and pretty to look at from our room, the cooler was a bonus mahalo. the elevator was quick no long waits, loved the rooms lots of space and the private bathroom was a plus! Parking so nice not to have to search for one after a long beautiful drive from the most Quiet place on earth Haleakala the condo was very quiet, glad we didn't disrupt anyone staying up late at night enjoying our friends and families company
