Location is everything and this place is walkable to what we needed. Lanai overlooking pool is nice. Construction noise next door was manageable and wont last forever. We'd stay here again!

This place was perfect for myself and my 2 teen granddaughters. Everyone had their own space/bed and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was a quick walk to the beach and local places to shop and eat. Nice neighborhood. Calm, relaxing and generally quiet (there was construction going on next door, but it was not horrible). I would definitely stay here again.
Only downside, the hot tub was not working. But the hot tub and pool area were clean - small, but very well kept. Nice neighbors! Friendly.

Overall a good location and nice property. Both bathrooms had plumbing issues that were fixed during the stay. Overall needed some preventative maintenance including shower doors. Bed was lumpy/uncomfortable. Good communication from owner to help address the plumbing issue.

It's hard to find a somewhat affordable condo that is set up for two friends who want their own bedrooms. This was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ocean view from balcony and easy walking to beaches, food trucks, Kalama Park and shops, restaurants, etc. This was so much better than those rows of hotels in Lahaina / Kaanapali or even Wailea. Great access to highway for upcountry, Pa'ia and Hana. Condo had everything we needed.

Property just as it’s listed. Very spacious. We didn’t have initial toiletries so Gabriela brought more for us even after we said we already purchased some which was very nice. Would stay again!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It had everything our family of five needed for our vacation. There were a few termite like bugs in the hall bathroom, but we just brushed them away when they appeared. overall, it was a great place for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei and this was a perfect location. Beaches and restaurants were within walking distance. Condo was a good size and setup for our family. The condo was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkeling gear. Pool was also great!

We stayed at Pacific Shores in June 2022. We had a great time. The property is centrally located in Kihei. The proximity to the beach was excellent, just a short walk across the street. Although we didn't use the pool, it was very popular with other guests; but respectfully used. We enjoyed the lanai as well.

I think Pacific Shores is a great property under normal circumstances, but the construction going on next door made it difficult to enjoy the pool & hot tub because it was so loud. Even talking inside the condo was hard. We will check to make sure the construction is done before we book here again.

By and large this was a great place for my family of 5. My son slept on the couch and daughters shared the second bedroom. Pool area and lanai are great. Indoor area is comfortable. Across the street from a wonderful beach. Only minor cons were the construction next door, which is deafening ~8-4 pm weekdays, broken screen door, and we were counting on there being an ice chest there to use (owner said there would be), but there wasn't. All in all I would highly recommend.

This was our first time using Vrbo, and Gabriella made the process simple and easy! She was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We loved that our family was able to stay together in a condo as opposed to separate rooms in a hotel. The condo was wonderful! Exactly as pictured. There was beautiful views and so many shops and eats around. We would definitely recommend Gabriella’s place!

Great location. Good instructions for the property.
Unfortunately there is construction happening right beside the property so the lush green space you see in the photos no longer exists. Construction starts at 8AM and is noisy. My understanding the construction is to last for two years.

Very responsive host. Great location. Convenient parking spot. The air conditioning unit is small and older so it was warmer in the condo than we would have liked. We weren't able to cross-ventilate during the day because the latch on the front screen door was broken. There were a few dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets and some amenities were missing such as bathroom trashcan liners and laundry soap. The pool was great for the kids - there were lots of other families staying in the complex with children. Loved having the beach pretty much across the street! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This trip we were busy with family events that included a wedding. Most of the family stayed in Kihei and a wonderful time was had by all. As usual, we enjoyed the beach just steps away across the street and appreciated the towels and beach gear available to us in the condo. Our location on the third floor afforded a peek of the ocean and a nice view over the pool. This is our second stay in this unit and we will gladly book again for a return trip. This time my daughter and I stayed in the twin bedroom and my 95-year-old mother comfortably stayed in the master, while my 21 yr old son had the pull out. There’s plenty of room for five adults if you’re considerate about picking up after yourself. The kitchen is well outfitted and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper (better stocked this trip) but the bar soaps should be larger. We also found a puzzle in a drawer and enjoyed the challenge as a group activity! I had contact with the owner regarding an initial problem with the assigned parking (that was immediately rectified) and a couple of fixes required at the unit, and she was pleasant, conscientious, and responsive. For the price, you can’t beat the pluses of this unit at Pacific Shores.

I swam with sea turtles across the street. I would walk down to the beach and swim in the ocean as the sun was coming up in the morning. It’s in a great location with a great price.

We had a wonderful month-long stay and hope to be back next year! Charley Young beach is truly right across the street and provides beautiful swimming and snorkeling. The location is also close to popular surfing spots and many small stores.
A few things to note. We agree with other reviewers who mentioned that the bedrooms stay warm. Gabriela provided plenty of fans though, so we were comfortable enough. Also, the condo lanai overlooks the complex swimming pool, which is very popular with kids and can be noisy during the day.
Overall an excellent place for a fun vacation!

We just arrived home from our stay in Kihei, Maui and already wishing we were back there! This rental
property was everything it was described as - very clean, nice furnishings and ample space for the 5 of us, including an infant. Gabriela was very accommodating and answered any queries we had quickly. The photos posted accurately reflect the appearance and layout of the unit.
The updated kitchen was very convenient and equipped with all your cooking needs - and we did have some home cooked meals. It is greatly situated right across from a great beach and close to many amenities-so great for those without a car. We did have a car and the reserved parking spot close to the unit was very practical. We also enjoyed the well maintained pool and BBQ - just as the owner,
the maintenance of the overall property is excellent. We would definitely recommend this unit to our
friends and relatives - and if we are able to visit again we would definitely stay here! A beautiful home away from home in the perfect location!
