We flew in on a Saturday. Great place to stay. Fire in Lahaina on Tuesday night was a bummer. Feeling bad for the residents and those who passed. Great vacation overall.

This was a great location as a start point to explore Maui! The place was clean, convenient, and had some added perks like beach chairs and body boards. The host communicated relatively quickly if I had any questions or concerns.
The only thing to be aware of is the parking spot is a little tight to get into and in the evenings/early morning you can sometimes hear traffic noise, cars starting up, and neighbors having conversations on their balconies.

Condo is very dated, dining room chairs worn out, kitchen poorly equipped with very cheap kitchenware. Not enough dishes or coffee cups. We stayed 10 days and were left with 2 cheap rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, no tissue paper, 2 dishwasher tabs. Skimping on the small items. I also rented another unit in the same building that was well equipped with generous supplies. We will not be staying at B 307 ever again.

We have stayed in many units in Haleakela shores and this was just fine. Would stay here again. We had an issue and it was taken care of that day. Everyone complains about the parking at Haleakela but we had a van and it’s fine. Close to elevator so convenient. Not many places have covered parking.

Very clean and nicely furnished. Even though we didn’t use the extra toys like flippers, lawn/sand chairs, paddle boards it was nice to see them there for our use. The Beds were comfortable and the dining table was big.
The location was great with short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. A lot of friendly people walking everywhere even late at nights making you feel safe.
The only complaint we have is the tight space for parking your car but then it’s like that in most places.

We enjoyed our visit, the unit was very clean and comfortable. Great location about a block from the beach. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. With the ACs and fans running we heard virtually no outside noise. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great area with lots of local stores and restaurants in walking distance. Owner and local manager maintained great communication when needed.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We have two teens 13/15 They had everything we needed including boards for the beach. The place was clean, perfect location we were able to walk to restaurants, and watch the sunset on the ocean nightly. The master bed was super comfortable which was a huge plus! Very easy to book, and an amazing experience- highly recommend!

This property was managed by professional rental company and the communication was excellent as the response was super fast.
The building was old but the unit was well maintained that it was cleaned with full equipments. Noise was little higher at night that the most of noise was coming from the single layered window. Also the unit was faced to the middle of street. We were ok with this and if you spend the full day at the beach or hiking the mountains, you would have a good sleep depite the street noise. Very much enjoyed the staying!

The condo was so nice and inviting very comfortable and clean! The owner is great! I had to message him to let him know the main AC wasn’t working right. He had maintenance get ahold of me and we had a brand new AC installed right away! The property manager was so awesome! And the maintenance guy and building manager was so nice! Easy walk to the beach and lots of shops! I will definitely stay here again! Mahalo for sharing your home with us!

I found this condo months ago in anticipation of going to Maui for my brother's wedding, which would be held nearby in Wailea. My husband and I would be traveling with our two daughters, so the fact that it had separate beds for the girls and a separate bathroom sold me. This condo was even better than we hoped. It is very close to the most beautiful beaches. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The covered parking slot was wonderful. The condo was stocked with items we didn't even know we needed, like a backpack cooler and beach chairs that also function as little backpacks. The boogie boards were top-notch. I used the washer and dryer several times. The air conditioning was wonderful to drown out noise at night. The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully, which anyone with teenagers or needing to work knows is a must! The kitchen had basic cooking items and a coffee maker. We were very pleased with the condo and Brandon had great communication. This was my first VRBO experience and it was a good one.

This property was perfect for us. We had 4 adults (2 couples) it was nice that we each had our own bathrooms. It’s within walking distance to the beach and a ton of shops/restaurants. Check in and check out was the easiest process I’ve ever had at any rental! Some people commented on the noise, it was noisy the first night but once we realized the bathroom was windows we just kept the bathroom door shut and didn’t have an issue the rest of the time! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The king bed was very comfy, the kitchen was equipped adequately, we had plenty of bath towels, the shows were nice lots of hot water, also it was very helpful to have a washer/dryer.
We played cards every nite on the deck.
At Sunset we’d take the 4 awesome beach chairs and walk to the fabulous beach access the street and watch the sunset. We didn’t care that the room wasn’t over looking the beach because we were at the beach everyday. It was so nice to have access to the beach toys, chairs and coolers at no charge. Branden & Carl were awesome also, I had one dumb question and they were both very polite answering it.

This was our third visit to Maui and our favorite location. It couldn't have been easier to locate, park, and enter the condo. Communication with owner was great! Loved the space and the beach toys, towels, etc.
With that said, there are a few things potential guests should know. Now, we keep the windows open and do not use air conditioning, so YMMV. This is on a busy street and there is road noise, people walking and talking noise. The jalousie windows in kitchen and baths give great airflow. BUT, due to the brick building echoing, we could hear our neighbors' conversations clearly when they were in the hall and apparently they heard our bathroom noises as well, judging by the giggles.
We thought the noisy birdies were charming, but the garbage truck EVERY OTHER DAY was not so charming. You are next to the trash chute and the dumpster is below the lanai. So, you get to hear every time someone uses the chute and when people go through the garbage removing recycling. Yikes!
Speaking of the lanai, during this time of year it gets no sun, if that is important to you. We liked it that way because we got plenty of sun at the beach and the pool. My mother burns easily so she loved the lanai (and people watching all the folks going by.)
We walked to tons of restaurants and shopping as well as the beach so the location was perfect for that. Loved it.
Oh, and the king sized bed had the most comfortable memory foam mattress.
We highly recommend as long as you are unbothered by noise (or bring earplugs.)

I did read reviews of the condo before we decided to stay there. I wondered why people would complain about things like not enough toilet paper....your in paradise who cares about TP?
PROS: great location, late check out (no charge), beach chairs & great pool area
CONS: not clean (yes we took pics, not going to post them) might be time to consider hiring a different cleaning company. They do the bare minimum between clients. There was another renter coming into the condo the day we left, so there was not 2 days of condo being empty between renters (as it states there is). The bifold door that separates one of the bedrooms from the living room is in rough shape, it kept falling off the track.
Over all it was a place to sleep while we were busy exploring beautiful Maui, but it needs a deep cleaning and some repairs.

The property is great. Close to Kamahole beaches and lots of good restaurants and shave ice. (That last is important!) Had a little snafu with the cleaning service when we got here and the owner was prompt and gracious in helping us resolve it. The beach chairs and boogie boards and beach towels were terrific. We used the washer pretty often, too. Cleaning service is stingy with toilet paper. That's our only gripe. But Foodland is down the street, so we lived through it. All in all, I highly recommend this spacious and well-kept condo.

A/C freezes over, burners are not the right size and are uneven, not enough TP and paper towel for 4 days had to go buy our own, roaches, dryer vent is a fire hazard, shelves in kitchen are a hazard (3 of us hit our heads) and cute but gross the patio light had a full active bird nest. creepy lot across the way and human feces in parking under the tree and the pool was closed for bad things! I tried to text the owner but got no reply!!

Condo is quite roomy, five people could easily stay here more if utilizing the couch. Boogie boards, coolers, sand toys, and chairs are there for you to use at the beach. Kitchen is stocked with things to cook with. Beds are comfortable. We liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Three beaches are also easily within walking distance. Owner is easy to communicate with and quickly replies to texts. We had a great time

We stayed at this wonderful place for 10 days and it was simply incredible! Clean and spacious for the family of four. I am sure you could fit more people there as well. We had everything we needed when it comes to cooking and taking care of the house. The lanai was nice as well, spacious with a table and chairs. In addition, we had all needed equipment for going to the beach ( towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc.). It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to an amazing beach-Kamaole 3 . All other beaches are within walking distance as well. You could also use their pool, good size! While you are at the pool, you could use Weber grills ( there are four) when you are having a lunch or dinner. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations are all within walking distance. Parking place is a good size and it is covered. The owner and the manager are simply amazing and super easy to reach out to. They are available at all times. We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thank you for having us, Brandon !!!

Place was easy to find, clean, and felt like home; even had extra supplies that may have been left from previous renters. Great space for having visitors over. Freezer made lots of ice which was needed for the hot weather; also had ice packs to use in the coolers and beach equipments came in handy (chairs and cooler). Air condition in the living room was not as strong but the fans help spread the cool air around especially since it’s shared with the 2nd room. Suggest to bring house slippers if you don’t like walking barefoot on tiles. Overall would refer this rental!

We loved being able to have a short walk to a beautiful beach. I was concerned the folding wall that separates the second bedroom for privacy but we actually loved how it opened up that space and made the room so much larger. Couple of tips, condo provides tiny starter soaps, so pack a few hotel soaps you’ve collected, same with shampoo. No starter coffee provided, coffee pot is standard Mr. Coffee with basket liners, tuck some in so you don’t pay Hawaii prices for a 100 pack at Safeway. Traffic noise may bother light sleepers so pack ear plugs if you think that may be an issue. Safeway has some great Friday specials so make sure you hit those and save some $$ on groceries. Because of Covid, you have to reserve the barbeque grill and sign up for the pool. There wasn’t a issue getting a slot but it may get busier. The signup sheet is in the little room by the pool.

We did enjoy our stay here, the condo is spacious and in a great location right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It’s fully stocked with boogies boards, chairs and coolers. A beach umbrella would be nice as well. The king size bed in the master is very comfy. The second bedroom was great for our teen to have her own space except for the lack of window coverings in the morning. The master bedroom has black out curtains but the second bedroom has nothing but sheer curtains so sun is streaming in at sunrise.
However this condo is very loud. It is located right next to a busy street. The recycling and garbage dumpster are located right underneath the condo so you are constantly hearing bottles being dumped and the garbage truck at least three times a week. The pool is nice but very loud. Between the busy road, the garbage truck and the gardeners/maintenance workers do not expect a quiet stay by the pool. If noise doesn’t t bother you on vacation the this is a nice stay. We are from a quiet neighborhood so the noise was very intrusive.
Also we had cockroaches twice during our stay.

Cupboards very well labeled and organized. Lots of beach equipment. Beach was nice and close. Lots of places to walk to get food and supplies. King size bed very comfortable. Missing quite a few glasses, wine glasses and mugs (very easy fix!). We left in a hurry due to flights being cancelled and rescheduled due to the pandemic. Had a great time.

We (a family of 4) loved our stay in Brandon's Haleakala Shores Condo. The condo was even more spacious than we had expected, and the layout was perfect. The boys had the room off the lounge (only separated by a concertina door, but that was fine), our bedroom was the other side of the lounge so there was plenty of separation and we didn't hear them snoring! One of the things I loved was that the boys had a bathroom with their own shower & toilet, and we had a bathroom with an extra "dressing area" with sink (where I could do my makeup).
The bed in the Master Bedroom was enormous and very comfortable.
We didn't need to use the air conditioning units during our stay, so can't comment on those.
The only negative comment I have is the noise from the outside - the condos aren't soundproof and you can hear the neighbours upstairs or across the way. Oh - and the lighting is terrible, but we find that at most condos and hotels to be honest. I think some people just don't like light!
We didn't have the best weather during our stay in Maui (in fact we had flash floods which is unusual), so didn't use the lanai - it was windy so not pleasant to sit on. The dining table was large and comfortable though.
The location was fantastic - walking distance to Kam Beach Park 3 where we swam with a turtle & saw others at the boat ramp nearby. Very close to a fantastic Mexican restaurant called Freds (kids wanted to go every day) and other good restaurants and cafes.
We drove up to Lahaina one day to the outlet malls which was a great way to spend an overcast and rainy day, and it's not far from Kihei (about 1 hours drive).
Overall we would highly recommend and would definitely love to return one day.

We loved staying here. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed. The use of the boogie board and beach chairs was much appreciated. We walked across the street to the beach every morning to start our day and it was a great kids beach. You could not beat the location. The manager was above and beyond accommodating when it came to a request we made. We highly recommend staying here! The ONLY DRAWBACK is that the pool is not very kid friendly. Several elderly people live in the units surrounding the pool and like to come relax in the afternoon so we were warned our first day that basically any normal kid behavior in the pool is not tolerated (ie- Marco Polo, loud laughing/giggling or getting out of the pool more than once per swim session). The pool was to be kept extremely quiet. We just spent almost all our swim time at the beach and the location made that easy~ I just felt it was worth mentioning if you are renting this place with kids and hoping the use the pool often.

Loved this spacious condo! Beds were so comfy, perfect for our family of 5!!! No one had to sleep on a sofa bed which was a huge plus! Location was excellent...just steps away from a great beach, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The condo was also well stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards.
Brandon was extremely helpful and responded to any questions very timely.
Loved this place and would definitely stay there again!
