Wonderful condo on the 3rd floor of building. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed.
The view is terrific.
There is a pool and pickle ball court on the property with the pickle ball court right out our window. My husband was happy about that.

This was an amazing condo. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed playing pickleball every morning and made some great friends on the court. We did not notice the pickleball noise at all. Loved the balcony and had are coffee there every morning. We walked the beach every day and found some cool shells. Restaurants were close by. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Wr snorkeled at Makena beach and saw tons of turtles. We will return.

This place was just amazing and the Lanai had to be our favorite spot. It was my husband, father, and me for the stay and so much room for all of us. Pretty much everything that we needed. FYI if you are a fan sleeper like me no need to pack yours, there is one in each bed room. Also not beach bag provided (not a big deal), so that you might want to pack. This location is pretty central to everything. The beach is just a short walk across the park in front of lanai (maybe like 200 yards if that). We met quite a few local residents that were just wonderful as well. All over top notch stay

This was a really fantastic unit with an unbelievable view of the ocean from the condo. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, it was so close to just about everything we needed in terms of groceries and restaurants. We were most appreciative of the host recommending, the Pacific Whale Foundation for our snorkeling excursion. We were only on Maui for two days as we planned visits to four of the islands during our visit, and if we are back in Maui, we will certainly look to stay at this condo again.

Pros: Stunning views from the balcony. Good swimming pool to get the vacation started. Really good living space, especially loved the duplex layout (was a lot of fun for our kid to run up/down the stairs). Location (Kihei) is away from the commercialized West Maui. Easy drive to some of the southern beaches (e.g. Wailea), which provide good hangout spots and eating choices.
Cons: The beach right in front of the property isn't great - so be ready for a drive to get to a good beach. Not a lot of eating options around the area. There's a bit of a climb up a couple of flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor unit.

There (June 10-14,2023) is a bird family nested on the patio, which makes dining on the patio, somewhat uncomfortable.

We loved it so much the first time we booked it again. Can’t beat the sunsets on the lanai and close to amazing Kehei and Wailea beaches and food. Easy to get around the island. Very comfortable amenities. If you want to spend some time on this side of the island, book this condo.

We felt welcomed and enjoyed every aspect of the property and the oceanfront view from the spacious balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows. One bedroom on the main level - ideal for someone challenged with stairs and the second upstairs primary bedroom - great for privacy. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms comfortable and storage was stocked with everything for the beach. No cost for off street parking was appreciated. The condo was a true vacation stay in Kihei.

Condo was nothing short of fabulous. Kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms and living area all had AC making our stay very comfortable. Lanai views were gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. Easy to get around the Island from this location. Some great local eats nearby including Isana Seafood and Sushi, Maui Pies ( sweet dessert ones and savory ones), Coconuts Fish Cafe, Fleetwood's on front st in Lahaina. Jim was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay in this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The lanai overlooks the ocean and we watched the spouts of whales as they swam by. The beach is a 2 minute walk across a grassy area.
The location is great. Lots of restaurants are a quick drive away. Lahaina is about a 30 minute drive.
The condo is well maintained and the owner is responsive. It was perfect for a stay with our friends who had never been to Maui. before.

Excellent condo. Exactly as pictures shown. Great location. We loved playing the new sport of pickle ball which is directly in front of this condo. Kitchen has everything you need - well stocked. I would recommend to friends and family. I would also recommend to have the pool area open past 9 pm to at least 10 pm. Otherwise we were happy with our stay here.

This rental was simply perfect. It was centrally located so nothing on the island was too far. We spent a month exploring the island and this place had everything we needed to do just that. Amazing view, comfortable bed, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. I would definitely come back here.

The condo is great for a family of four..and maybe 5 or 6 since there’s a sofa bed. We only used the 2 beds and they’re comfortable! The best part is the rice cooker! 😀. The location is not near a beach ..but great to walk along the shore every morning. Overall, we like this condo!

The condo was fantastic for our family of four! The view was breathtaking and we could watch the whales from the balcony for hours. Located in Kihei in close proximity to easy shopping and restaurants. We liked that it wasn’t surrounded by huge resorts and had easy access to the ocean. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, body board, and cooler that were available.

Very nice condo, well located for access to all parts of the island, lovely view of the ocean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much every kind of utensil you could need to make any kind of meal! The communication with the owner was very easy and he was super accommodating by allowing us to check in a little early as it was our wedding day so this gave us time to get ready in the condo. The pickleball courts are very busy from early in the morning every day (the leagues started around 7am) and were quite loud, so we found it difficult to hear the ocean waves over the chatter of all the players and "popping" of all the balls. Of course, this was out of the owner's control, but did away from the peacefulness of the lanai, having a quiet morning coffee, or giving us the option of the lanai doors open overnight and hoping to sleep in a little. Lovely place overall though, would be great for a small family as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This gem of a place is located perfectly to get anywhere you want to go on Maui.
The condo was the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. I felt like I was in my own kitchen and was able to prep and cook without feeling like I was camping. Linens were in abundance and the extras to make a beach day easy! Chairs, umbrella, cooler, lots of other toys if you have small children. The condo is well maintained and modern up to date. The sunsets on the lanai are picturesque, having breakfast and catching site of the whales were another highlight of our trip. Hosts were great and responded to any and all questions I had. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier.

Most importantly, the condo has a nice balcony with stunning views of the nearby ocean and amazing sunsets. Most of our awake time at the condo was spent out there. On top of that the unit is clean, comfortable, has plenty of pool/beach items, nice pool and hot tub area, and is in a great location. Having the two bedrooms on separate floors was nice - perfect for a small family or two couples. Not far from the airport, close access to Kihei restaurants, and 10 minutes to Wailea. If we want to stay in Kihei again, it will be at this condo again!

Property/condo was great. Property has a fabulous view and it was conveniently located for a short drive to all of the activities we had planned. My only drawback was the pickle ball courts just below the balcony. There must have been a community wide pickle ball league (?) and every single morning just after dawn there was always a crowd of players (25-50people). Players were semi quiet but it made it a little less that relaxing when trying to enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful view. Obviously not something the owners can control, but if you are expecting quiet serenity every morning, this likely wouldn’t be ideal for you. Otherwise, the property had all the essentials and all communications were easy and well answered.

The condo had great views of the ocean and two minutes to walk to the beach across the grass yard. Shopping and restaurants are within a 10-20 minute drive, we played golf that was a 4 miles away so great location. The condo itself was very clean and was easy to get to from the airport. I highly recommend this condo to everyone, it is two bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen perfect! Will book again!

Jim and Mariea are amazing to work with. This was a vacation from 2020 we were able to rebook thanks to their generosity. As soon as we walked in I knew the pictures didn’t give it justice! I loved sitting on the lanai every morning with coffee and listening to the birds. Our family ate every meal outside (breakfasts watching the pickle ball players were a family favorite). The location was PERFECT. You will love how close to Kihei it is without being in the hustle and bustle. It’s strict with quiet hours which makes it such a peaceful place to get away. The condo has everything you would need- even pickle ball stuff to give it a try! My daughters used the boogie board every day and that was a blessing to discover since we would have rented one for the week. I can’t say enough about this condo. I think it’s the best location on the property as well- 30 second walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to the ocean! The beds were comfortable, A/C was cold, kitchen was stocked. This is a hidden gem in the VRBO world! We made memories we will cherish forever, thank you!

The property is just beautiful and the view is truly 180 degrees of amazing! We just had an electrical issue for two days so lost power in living room and upstairs bedroom but owner had electrician there in two days. Otherwise would have given all 5 stars. The air conditioning was EXCELLENT!! Would highly recommend this property!

The property was nice. The unit needs some bulbs replaced in the bathroom downstairs, kitchen and bedroom. Also, its very dark in the downstairs bathroom so brighter bulbs would be a plus. Beds are worn out and not very comfortable. We had a home on the Big Island we used as a vacation home and the comfort of the beds was a big plus. Its an investment that you can't go wrong with. Overall, stay was great!

The place is lovely. Everything is nearby. Great view of the tennis courts which feature dozens of pickleball players. We actually enjoyed watching them. Loved the poolside barbecue grills. We’ll be back.

We had such a great time at this place. The views were amazing and the condo itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. The sunsets were to die for! Showers need a lot more attention for cleaning in tropical Kitchen nice but expect to bring all cooking ingredients otherwise mostly functional.
Upstairs air conditioner problematic. Just dealt with it and did not bother owner. Property as described and we enjoyed our accommodation. Loved the view and and amenities.
