Location is near neighborhood shops but far enough off Main Street to be quiet. Short walk to beach which was very nice. Large construction project next door which was noisy and road work was inconvenient, hopefully work will be done soon. Lots of ants come out at night which was gross. House was modern and all the appliances you’ll need. Great notes and books about the area left by owner. Some beach stuff in closet which was great but chairs were kinda shabby. Overall stay was nice, place was comfortable, pool and grounds well maintained.

Close to amenities and beach. Well equipped with beach equipment and children toys if needed. Was able to contact owners via phone when needed.
Air conditioning was louder in one of the rooms but didn't affect our sleep much. BBQ was convenient on site - some BBQ tools would have been helpful (we couldn't find any) but we made it work.

Second time at this property—we love the convenience of it to everything we want to do, plus all the amenities we need to make our trip manageable (washer and dryer, kitchen, space for everyone to spread out). If we decide to do Maui again, this is where we want to stay.

Great location, clean and owners were very responsive. Only negative was the air-conditioning setup. The units could not keep the rest of the condo cool and the one in our bedroom was very noisy.

The condo was perfect to be able to explore Kihei and the rest of the island. It was clean and spacious, and the kitchen allowed us to make basic meals and save our leftovers. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and other things. The hot tub was very nice to use in the evenings as well. Overall a great place to stay.

Nothing to say bad at all.
Only comment is you need to follow the AC instructions to keep the room cool... Basically close all the blinds and keep the bedrooms open and ac full blast

The location and access to the property were excellent. It was very helpful to have an assigned parking space. Our hosts provided detailed information about the property, how to access entry and helpful instructions on finding and using items in the condo. We had everything needed for enjoying the beach and ocean fun. It is an easy and short walk to the beach from the condo. Our beds were comfortable and well supplied with pillows and blankets. Everything was clean and in good working order. I would certainly rent the property. again.

I rented this condo for myself, my spouse, and another couple.
It was a great space. The outdoor patio is small, but the four of us made it work.
Walking distance to the beach and many other shops/restaurants/etc.
The beach toys were great and we made good use of the cooler and freezer packs.
The kitchen doesn’t have a lot of food supplies (spices, oils, etc) but has lots of utensils.
You can see the provided parking space from the condo as well which is nice.
The condo gets warm during the day (A/C in bedrooms only) but the owners leave directions on how to Lee it as cool as possible.
All in all would stay here again.

We had a great time at this condo. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to questions. The condo was filled with all that we needed for our stay. It’s perfect for 2 couples as it has 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning in both rooms. The only thing that would make this place better is AC in the living area. There are fans in there which help the heat, however.

We had an amazing time at Steve and Cynthia’s place! Steve and Cynthia were very accommodating and check in was extremely smooth. What really shines is the location (IMO Kihei is optimally located for traveling around the island) and how close it is to beach and restaurants/grocery store in terms of walking distance. We spent many mornings waking up early and swimming at charley young beach <3. They also provide basically everything you need in terms of cooking and towels/chairs for the beach. 100% would recommend staying at this gem of a place!

From arrival to departure everything was fantastic. We were very comfortable, it felt like home. Great location, responsive owners. We have stayed in homes in Cabo, Costa Rica and The Keys and this was by far our favorite as the owners thought of everything to keep the guests comfortable. Will return!
