Emmalani Court Rentals

Choosing a unit at Emmalani Court

• For better views and less noise, choose a golf-course or ocean-facing unit (building 5 faces the road).
• For cooling throughout your condo, confirm AC locations; some condos cool every room, while others have AC only in bedrooms and warmer living areas.
• For stairs and neighbor noise, check the floor before booking; upper walk-up units have stairs but no overhead footsteps, while ground-floor units avoid stairs but may hear upstairs neighbors.
