choose oceanfront units (select Oceanfront Unit from the search filter).
If you run hot,
select a unit with AC (search filter option).
For easy parking and no stairs,
choose ground-floor units at Alii Kai, but expect possible upstairs footsteps; upper floors give you quieter ceilings and cleaner lanais, with stairs.
