The condo was very clean and appreciated the beach equipment - chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, snorkel gear, coolers, etc.
Loved the Kihei location as it's close to many beaches and great food.
The owner was very responsive to an issue and got it fixed within a day.
We would definitely stay at this condo again if we return to Maui.

Very clean, well-equipped and modern condo. Excellent location. Walking distance to incredible beaches - snorkeled and swam with a turtle for 10 min at Kamaole Beach 3, which was a 5 min walk for us from condo - (we are fit and walk pretty fast). We were grateful that we didn’t stay in one of those big high rise buildings. We loved having breakfast and drinks on both lanais getting to know a beautiful, white bird that visited every am and pm - we called him/her “Clem”...assuming it was the same bird. Ha
We really liked not having to buy a cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella or rent snorkel gear - it was all available and well organized in a big closet in the condo.
Loved the big, well- equipped kitchen where we cooked most of our meals and saved a lot of money eating out.
There’s a sofa pull out bed in the living room that we used as our ‘day bed’ on the only rainy day we had to watch movies (we brought the fire stick) and nap to the beautiful sights and sounds of a Hawaiian rain with the sliding doors open to the gorgeous lush garden.
Appreciated the two bathrooms which were spacious and had great lighting...
Enjoyed the interior decorating and subtle artistic touches that added to our Hawaiian experience (small statues around living room, beautiful, wood dinette table and chairs with pineapples carved into the backs of the chairs, plantation shutters, can lights in kitchen, well chosen paint colors for walls that complemented the decorations.
We really felt at home here!

Yvonne’s condo is just perfect. Everything we needed was here. We didn’t have a car this week so if you’re good with some walking for supplies and keeping it simple then you’re all set! This was a wonderful, quiet and relaxing location. We highly recommend this condo.

This was our first trip to Maui so we didn't know what exactly we were looking for, but we're glad we were able to stay in a central location close to beaches and necessities but in a lushly landscaped and quiet area. The condo has everything we needed, and was very clean and quiet. Pro tip for food in the area: Maui Taco does not disappoint if you get in late and need a bite asap! Loved it!

We absolutely loved our time in this wonderful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and contained everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. The condo development was well maintained and very quiet. Landscaping was lovely. An excellent place for a couple or a family. The beach is a short walk away as are many restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our emails. Overall we highly recommend this rental.

Old sofa bed served as couch. Small coffee table served as ottoman. Two mismatched chairs. Not much care for the comfort of the guests! Such a difference in the lovely condos I've stayed at before. Would not recommend.

The condo was tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. A nice beach for watching sunsets is a short walk downhill. The bed is a little soft. The lanai feels private and is a relaxing place to listen to birds.

The property was fantastic for us! It’s in a quieter area at the south end of Kihei Rd. It’s a little bit of a walk into town but you can walk or drive to the restaurants, shops and beaches. The grounds are lush and beautiful, pool and hot tub were great, and the condo was great! It was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, pool and beach items, and was spacious. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There are so many beaches and restaurants in walking distance which was really beneficial to us. The condo was updated and clean - not one speck of dirt! Yvonne was so easy to get ahold of with any questions. I really loved that she gave us so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants and out of the ordinary things to do. When she said the aquarium was worth the trip - she wasn't lying!! My husband and I would definitely stay here again if we are given the opportunity to come back!

Yvonne was one of the most helpful and attentive hosts I've ever had the experience of staying with. Our trip was the first my husband and I have taken since becoming parents (our son is two). Needless to say, we were not entirely sure what to expect. The unit (which includes a bevy of beach equipment) is well located near the beach, Yvonne set up a pack-n-play and gifted our son with a stuffed turtle, she also helped us secure additional child-related rental equipment (stroller, beach wagon), and the pool (particularly the top one) was perfect.
All told, you cannot go wrong with this rental; it is clean, well stocked with living essentials, and set toward the back-middle of the condo complex so that it feels private. The complex is centrally located in Kehei, but not too in the think of things.
For future parents traveling with a toddler for the first time, lessons learned: (1) A stroller and beach wagon were invaluable, if you don't bring them yourself rent them at least one day in advance to avoid the same-day delivery charge; (2) unless you plan on only doing the nearby beaches, definitely rent a car; and (3) after exploring many beaches the one that worked best for a toddler was the small, semi-private beach directly across the street from the complex (next to a boat launch - which sounds strange, I know - but you would not know it when you are on the beach). That beach has almost no waves, the dry sand is shaded almost the entire morning, the rocks that abut the beach on both sides are great for snorkeling and you will almost definitely find sea turtles, and it is a small and private beach easy to relax on while kids play. As strange as it sounds, it was perfect for little ones.

Spacious, comfortable one bedroom, ground floor condo. Grounds are very nicely kept, beautiful flowers, and greeted each morning with the wonderful bird songs of Hawaii. Communication with manager is via e-mail only, no on-site property managers.

Clean and pleasant unit in a secluded area just steps from the upper pool. Beautiful upper pool!! Well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach toys and supplies for a day at the seashore. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole several times in the past, at a unit closer to the beach. We preferred being at the top of the hill at this unit. It's just a few steps away from the tropical pool which we much prefer! It's lovely.
When we are going for exercise as well as beachwalking, we enjoyed starting at our unit and heading to the beach right across the street which connects with several miles of beachfront if you walk toward Wailea.
Our favorite beaches for boogie boarding and swimming are Ulua Beach and Polo Beach, about 5 minutes away by car. We had everything we needed at the condo to take with us (cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats too - but we prefer chairs).
We have visited Maui about 6 times in the past 9 years, and this was the best welcome ever! We arrived late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving and Yvonne offered to go pick up the specific items we wanted for the next day (and endured the Costco masses for us!). She also had a welcome basket of fruit and a bottle of wine for us! She responded in speedy fashion to each email sent both before and during our stay as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and Yvonne's warm hospitality that went above and beyond. We would happily return. Thank you!
