Top notch furniture, appliances, comforts and design-- we were very comfortable there. Note that the nearby Turtle Bay resort and its restaurants are very expensive, but there are dozens of food trucks to try not too far away. And the island is pretty small, so easy to explore for different experiences. Anyway, lovely place!

We spent 5 days at the condo with 2 kids and 2 adults, and found it a great base for our vacation on the North shore.
The condo is very well set up with new appliances, excellent mini-split airconditioning, a large seating area and a cool lanai open to the back garden.
The pool IS small but deep and with seating for several groups. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach by the resort and a short drive to other north shore highlights.
Id highly recommend renting bikes from North Shore bicycles for your visit. They deliver and it enables us to reach thr beach fast, and go to kawela bay, the forwat loops, keiki beach etc with little effort.

We've stayed in several rentals in and around the North Shore and this is now our favorite! Very nicely renovated condo that is modern and spacious: comfortable furnishings, brand-new washer/dryer, multiple split-pack AC units and screened-in lanai. The rental is well-stocked with kitchen essentials, beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, towels, small cooler). WiFi was a bit slow but workable.
Location is great with easy, walkable access to Turtle Bay Resort and Keiki Beach. We also enjoyed the community pool and golf course running path.
Communication with Roxanne was quick and responsive. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

We had a very nice stay. We really appreciated the AC (it was HOT while we were there)! The check in process was a breeze. Very clean. Layout was great for our family of four. Plenty of linens for all of us and cleaning supplies were well stocked (a rarity these days). Paper products were ample. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap as well. The kids liked the screened in area in the morning for breakfast. Beds were comfy.
We found the complex itself to be a little less than we had hoped. Noisier at night than we had hoped—but that’s a community living thing. Loud voices and vehicle noise TRAVEL here, and there was a lot of both. We tried to play white noise over it. As others have said, the pools are SMALL. Not a ton of seating at them either. But we never felt them to be overly busy, again: it’s community living. If you’re a grilling family, we found the grill situation at the pool to be less than we had hoped.
It is time for the unit to have some new beach chairs. We tried them all for our beach trips and all were in SAD SAD shape. Had we been near a Walmart, we would have just bought our own to use. Just something to keep in mind. But there were enough beach towels for us. That was great.
Overall, we’d totally stay again. Close to everything we did and we loved heading to Turtle Bay Resort at night for a cocktail and surf watching.

We had a great time staying at this condo! The listing is very accurate. The place is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for our family of 6. We loved staying at the north shore. This property is beautiful and well maintained. Although we didn’t use any of the amenities like pools and tennis courts. The check in and check out process was easy. We loved having beach towels available and even some beach gear such as chairs, cooler and umbrella. We contributed a boogie board 🙂. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back.

The condo was well stocked and in great shape. Very comfortable with king beds in each bedroom and some extra twins in the loft. Check in and check out were super easy and well communicated. And they even had a pack n play and high chair to make it easy on is traveling with a baby. I’d stay here again next time for sure.

The unit was very clean and I appreciated the high-end furnishings. It is stocked well with the basics to get you started. We have stayed in many Turtle Bay condos throughout the years and probably the best part of this condo was the air conditioning. It was very helpful to have separate air-conditioning units in the living room, downstairs, and in the loft!
Unfortunately, when we arrived the upstairs light in the bathroom wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was SUPER slow and unstable (3 Mbps in the living room). We couldn’t stream any Tv from the downstairs television as it would play for a few minutes and just lag and I couldn’t access the Internet consistently from my laptop via Wi-Fi.
I work remotely and part of the reason I picked this unit was because it was advertised to have 100 Mbps which was completely inaccurate.
I contacted the owner and she responded quickly, which was very nice, however troubleshooting her internet was super inconvenient and not what I wanted to do during my vacation.
The internet provider came out and replaced the modem, stated she needed to buy faster internet, and a mesh extender to use the WiFi in the loft and downstairs.
If the internet is important to you, I would suggest you pick another place unless you only want to use the Internet only upstairs in the bedroom. I’ve stayed in many Turtle bay condos and have never had a problem with the Internet so this was disappointing.

Roxanne was a wonderful host. We arrived late our first night and she had coffee, fruit and water waiting for us in the fridge-very thoughtful! Accommodations were throughly clean and we appreciated there already being a highchair and pack and play for our daughter. Location is prime for sightseeing and also relaxing beach days. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo within the Turtle Bay resort area. Two bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, were very comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed using the very well-equipped kitchen and the screened in porch adjacent to the golf course. Very quiet and private with a very nice restaurant next to the club house a few minutes away.

Overall we enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed. The only issue was the TV was not working properly and the fan in a bedroom did not work. The owner was quickly responsive to our needs. Unfortunately cable company could not make an appointment until the day we left. The owner compensated us for this and who needs a TV in paradise.

My three-generation family (ages 3 months to 70 years) did a five-day extension of our Oahu vacation on the North Shore. Wisdom of spending that much uninterrupted time with the family notwithstanding, this well-equipped and updated Turtle Bay-adjacent condo helped in every aspect.
Abundant cookware and high-end appliances helped keep us fed (Foodland not too far away), fans and mini-split units in each room kept things comfortable, and there were enough towels for our large family. Highly recommend this condo.

This house is very large, comfortable, and very easy to settle into. It is well thought out and there are plenty of places to put your clothes, suitcases, and bath needs. The beds and household furniture are very comfortable. The house is stocked with every item you could possibly need including ample laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. They even have soap/shampoo and hair conditioner dispensers in the showers. There are more than plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. For the beach, there are chairs, and lightweight sand-resistant towels as well as huge terrycloth towels. They thought of everything! During our stay, the front door lock displayed a low battery sign so I sent a note to the owner through VRBO. Not only did she respond right away, but she also had someone in to change it within hours. We are excitedly planning a return trip in August and are thrilled to have this home to come back to.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The location was perfect and safe for our family. Kitchen was well appointed and once we made a grocery stop we hit the beach! My family came from Norfolk & Va. Beach and Springfield, MO. The accommodations were as described in the listing. Renee promptly responded to our questions. The location was perfect for us since I live in Kaneohe & my niece lives in Lanikai. I enjoyed the scenic drive to and from the Eastside to North Shore. My family enjoyed the Turtle Bay Resort. We all had a fabulous time and highly recommend this unit.

This condo was a wonderful place to spend our first trip to Hawaii. We chose to focus most of our activities around the North Shore area, and we were not disappointed. The condo and the development where it is located are an ideal location--convenient for a variety of activities, peaceful, and beautiful. The check-in process was seamless. David, the property manager who checked us in when we arrived past dark on our first day, was extremely friendly and helpful. He even carried our groceries into the condo for us!
The condo was clean as can be. The beds and bedding were ample and comfortable. I even liked the pillows, and I'm weird-picky about pillows. There were two different types of beach towels, making two full sets for six people, which was nice. There were extra blankets for the beds also.
The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, serving dishes, and pots and pans. The appliances included not only a coffee maker but also a blender and toaster. There was plenty of dishsoap and dishwasher detergent.
We loved the screened porch off the front room. It was furnished with a small table and a set of chairs, and it was a delightful place to sit any time and look over the golf course while enjoying a morning coffee, reading or talking.
It was handy to have a washer and dryer (and provided detergent) in the unit as well. We ended up using the washer and dryer more than we expected to.
The fans and A/C all worked flawlessly. The bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of hot water for 6 people to shower as needed. There was also a good supply of toilet paper.
There were beach chairs and an insulated picnic bag for our use. While the unit did not have snorkels, David has a supply of them at the shared BBQ/check-in area that anyone who is renting a Turtle Bay West unit can use for free.
We were able to walk to the beach or the stables within 10 minutes. There were also several trails to different beaches, a pillbox, and the famous banyan tree that we did multiple times during our stay as either hikes or runs.
I can't think of a single problem we had with this condo! It is truly lovely. The hostess checked in with us during the week (via email) to ensure that everything was going all right, so if it hadn't been, we would have had an opportunity to work out problems with the owner directly.

What an incredible condo on the North Shore! You rarely see a two bedroom condo with two king beds, so when we saw this one with all the gorgeous amenities we booked it immediately. And it exceeded our expectations upon arrival. Beautiful, and comfortable living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Spacious bathrooms, a lovely patio for meals and reading and the perfect location. Just steps from two pools, 5 minute walk to Lei Leis and 10 minutes to the beach and Turtle bay resort. This was the perfect home base for a vacation exploring all Oahu had to offer.
And last but not least, the host/owner Roxanne was amazing! Communicated ahead of time, responded quickly to all questions and is highly regarded by other owners on the property. We’ll definitely be back!

Simply the picture does not do this place justice. We stayed in this condo with our family of five and this is one of the best vacation homes that we have stayed ever. We have been all around the Caribbean and Mexico in the past 8 years. The place is clean and well kept The location is beautiful and having a resort near by is priceless. I will recommend this place.

We loooooved this property and will definitely be our go-to the next time we're in Turtle bay. The AC worked fabulous, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, community pool was never crowded and location can't be beat. There are private, secluded beaches within a mile of the location and at night TONS of toads come out onto the grassy fields which was so fun for our 5 year old to try and catch. Seven Brothers at the Mill was our fave place to eat - so yummy.

Perfect location to the entire north side. If you enjoy running this is a perfect location. There are running trails that take you along the beach and into the tropical scenery. The condominium was perfect in size, cleanliness, and overall location.

The unit was clean, spacious, well-equipped with beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen appliances, a large TV (which we never watched, but just in case!). Since it is so close to Turtle Bay resort, you have all of the resort restaurants and grounds to explore as well! Super easy walk to the beach, which was relatively empty and absolutely perfect. You can rent hotel chairs or bring your own beach gear. We will definitely be back! Roxanne was easy to get ahold of and her home had a lot of nice finishing touches. Grocery store was close by. World renowned beaches not far away. 10/10 recommend.

Thank you for providing an AWESOME place to stay while my family and I were vacationing in Hawaii. I can't say enough about all the accommodations that were provided. Everything on the description and photos were accurate. The town home/unit was very clean, beautiful surroundings and we seriously felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, but their were so many great places to eat that we did not cook much. The washer/dryer came in handy and the air conditioner worked perfectly and was used when needed. The bedrooms and loft were PERFECT and oh so comfy!
We DID NOT want to leave and can't wait to go back.
We definately will be staying there again!
