Our family stayed at this condo for a week. It accommodated all of us well and was very close to Charley Young beach. They also provided beach chairs, umbrellas which was very helpful. The owner even allowed us to check in well before check in and we were really grateful about that. The only small issue we had was that the floors were really dirty, and we ended up cleaning them ourselves as they left dirt marks on the soles of our feet. Once we cleaned the floors, our stay was great, we all slept well and everything else seemed clean.

This is our second time staying at a condo in Pacific Shores. Just as our prior visit, this stay met all expectations. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and it had everything needed for a fun day at the beach. Though the ceiling fans were enough to keep the condo pleasant, the option to turn on the AC in the bedrooms to quickly cool them was nice. While our kids liked playing at Kamaole Beach Park I (a 5 minute walk away), they loved the complex's pool, which was clean and well maintained. After long days in the sun, we spent lazy evenings at the condo where we enjoyed playing the provided board and card games. Communications with Mike were easy and he responded promptly each time. We'd definitely stay at this condo again.

We loved our stay in Maui and hope to return soon! Although we had a delayed checkin, everything else was perfect! Condo had everything we needed and good communication with the owner. Walking to the beach each night to watch the sunset was awesome!

This condo is centrally located in Kihei within walking distance to many things, including the beach. It is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay wonderful. We met family and friends also staying in the same complex and our unit became the gathering place for group meals because it was the nicest. I felt it was a very good value.

Close to beach, playground a quick shop grocery. Great to have a pool available for toddlers and adults!
Only suggestion-- please add a one step step stool to teh apartment to facilitate small peoples' reach to teh bathroom sink!

This was our first trip to Maui and wanted a comfortable home base from which to explore the island. This was exactly what we needed!! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed! Beach chairs and gear all provided for our beach days, and easily accessible to the highway for our hiking days. And we fell in love with Kihei!! Such a fun beach life vibe— get up early to run in the beach path, walk to coffee, and be on the go by 9! We would definitely stay here again! The pool looked nice— but my family didn’t use. The only thing I wished I had was a little bigger balcony for morning coffee, but it wasn’t a big deal. And we really liked the big granite island for our late night UNO tournaments! (Family of 5, three teens)

Condo is in great condition, location is convenient to multiple beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Well equipped and has everything you'll need - beach equipment, kitchen utensils, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

So awesome to be back on Maui. The property was fantastic! The condo was clean, comfortable, had a great location right across from Charlie Young Beach, great pool, overall just a great time. If you like to cook, and we do, the kitchen was the best equipped we've ever seen on vacation. We created some great meals but there are superb restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!

An amazing home located in one of the best launching points for Maui adventure. My family of six absolutely loved our stay and we cannot wait to return. Mike communicates early, clearly, and often and the house was just as advertised. Even better, it is stocked with items that make a Hawaiian vacation even better--boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkels, etc., Moreover, the complex's pool is very well maintained and the location of this complex cannot be beat. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful home!!

Everything about staying at B303 at Pacific Shores was perfect for us. The condo is in great shape and has everything you need for home and beach. The location is centrally located in Kihei and lots of places within walking distance. Charley Young Beach is directly across the road. The host communicated with me start to finish. I would recommend staying at Mike's and would be happy to stay there again.

This is a welcoming, comfortable, and well-appointed choice for lodging while visiting Kihei. The owners were very kind and welcoming in all of their communications prior to our arrival as were all communications from the property management. Staying at the condo includes a reserved parking space plus an additional guest parking location if needed. We found need for nothing as far as kitchen/cooking were concerned. The owners had every necessary beach necessity covered (chairs, umbrellas, soft-sided coolers and ice packs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc) and all items were in great condition. The location is just across the street from Kamaole 1 beach and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. We did not use the pool specifically, but the pool area does have multiple gas grills available and were very clean each time we used them. I would highly recommend this condo for up to 4 adult guests.

This was a great two bedroom 2 bath. Quiet complex. The unit had seating for 4. Well stocked kitchen just need food. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. Full set up with TV, cable and DVD player. Landline phones. Two parking spots. And the bathrooms even had hairdryers. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our recent stay st the Pacific Shores. The condo was beautifully renovated, and everything our little family needed. It was great to have in suite laundry, an elevator, close walking distance to Kam 3 and Charley Young, and was well stocked with beach/pool items. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the building is a bit older, and the windows didn’t seal very good, or really at all. We could hear every conversation taking place in the parking lot even with the AC on, windows closed and being on the third floor. Typically this wouldn’t bug me, but we were travelling with our 18mth daughter and on two nights some other guests decided to get a bit rowdy in the parking lot and it woke her up. One morning my husband commented saying maybe it would be quieter with the window closed and checked it, and it was. Though I believe that sort of upgrade is outside of the owners control, and what they can control was awesome! We would definitely stay again should we get the opportunity to come back to Kihei!

This condo was perfect!!! We had trouble figuring out the fan and the owner responded immediately. It was definitely user error. I would stay here again no question. Only downfall which is not the condo, it is the pool. There is a person that lives right by the pool that complains about the noise and they have the grounds people come around to tell you to be quieter even before quiet hours. Other than that, perfect!!! Thank you again.

Year 5 staying here ... the condo is perfect ( with all amenities including beach accessories) location is awesome ( 5 minute walk to the Charley Young beach, restaurants and shopping), AA Oceanfront are professional and competent, and the Owner is wonderful! On a side note, Pacific Shores seems to attract really "good folks" to share your holiday time with at the pool and BBQ. We'll be back!
