If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.
A Note from the Owner:
This penthouse is one of the finest rental units at the Royal Mauian. It captures ocean and beach views while avoiding the direct hot afternoon sun on the lanai for most of the year. It features new porcelain tile floors throughout the main living area and a recent remodel that includes granite counter tops, stunning bull nosed soffit ceilings and can lighting throughout. A dual office/second bedroom with an oak Murphy bed creates a big second bedroom space.
The master bedroom, living room and kitchen face the ocean allowing the optimum in ocean views. Tastefully appointed with a tropical/contemporary decor, wall mounted flat screen TV's in every room. Amenities include an expansive rooftop BBQ area that is only steps away from the unit and a stunning ocean front pool. Experience a wide range of dinner and shopping within walking distance along with world class golf and many other recreational activities. Free wireless internet, cable TV and phone for free local calls are also provided.
