Stayed here together with my wife and our daughter, and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect, calm and relaxing and 10 minutes’ walk to the closest beach. Nice view of the golf course and you can even spot the ocean in the distance.
Would definitely consider to stay here again.

Everything was absolutely FABULOUS!!! Veryyyyy easy check-in, just follow the directions.
I only stayed 3 days and what a teaser. Next time I'll definitely book at least a week or more!!!

The location is in a perfect location right next to Turtle Bay. The pool in the community was nice and clean. The only two negatives was that the carpets were stained in several areas and the sliding glass shower door was hard to close. We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but it served it's purpose very well.

This property was clean and had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfy and TV app selection was great. Located perfectly between the resort and a very quiet beach, all walking distance. We are avid golfers and the clubhouse was just a short walk down the cart path. Host was very responsive with the one question we had. We would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed in this property. Just completed a 6 night stay. Had 3 units total. The other 2 units were very nice. This one did not measure up. The carpet is filthy!! The shower doors were off track so my elderly parents had to climb in the shower over the toilet. They didn’t tell me this until we were about to leave. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and there were ants! When we arrived they were there. No food in the unit. We did all the cooking in the larger units. Contacted the host who claimed it was our fault for having food out but we didn’t!
Do no recommend this unit! Look for something else!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Turtle Bay! Location is amazing…centrally located to all the amazing beaches of the North Shore…and shopping in Laie. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the filtered water! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at the condo was good. There are few things that were disappointing with our stay, but the overall location and amenities of the condo worked out well. The place needs some updates and cleaning - the carpet is pretty old and stained and it is starting to bubble up near the bottom stair that lead up to the loft bedroom. The air conditioning unit is on the bottom floor so the condo was super hot when we checked in the evening since no air was getting up to the loft. But the rest of the days it was ok, the loft still gets hot given the proximity of the air conditioning unit so the added tower fan helps a bit. Check-in went fine, but if you are getting there in the evening ask to heave the porch light on when you arrive. It was dark when we got there and it was really hard to find the unit number and make sure we didn't trip on the stairs as we carried our stuff up.

Myself, my wife, and teenage daughter loved our stay in this condo! The place is in a fantastic location, it’s very clean, and well stocked. The only thing remotely negative I’ll say is the “pull out” couch that acts as a 2nd bed is pretty uncomfortable and part of it randomly falls down. So that’s something to consider if you’re traveling with more than 2. Even with that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. We came on a Sunday and the security guard David was so friendly while getting us our parking pass, explaining the property, and drove us directly to the unit. The pool is right outside the front door, and again, very clean with lots of lounge seating and a couple charcoal grills to use. There are great restaurants on the Turtle Bay property, but to save money on a few meals we visited Foodland up the road and used the kitchen which was well stocked and had everything we needed. Tip: sign up for a shoppers card at Foodland before you come, it’ll save you a lot of money!
Book here, you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back :)

What would be nice is an information pack about property. How to use appliances, things to do in the area and what to do on day of leaving etc.
A small but helpful thing but apart from that, a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Kuilima Estates West in April, 2023. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the pool was amazing. From major things like parking included, the gorgeous pool, and a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean beyond, to small things like a pitcher of cold filtered water in the fridge when we arrived, this was an amazing choice for our North Shore stay. Lots of beaches, restaurants, and activities to enjoy nearby. We highly recommend Joel’s condo and would happily return if we’re ever back on that part of Oahu. Mahalo, Joel!

One of the condos in gated resort area. Upper level unit 88, nice view. Clean and well equipped. No lanai/outside sitting area. Small swimming pool across the parking place. Bed located in the loft, where it was uncomfortably warm (mobile air cooler provided but too noisy for us; ceiling fan in main room did not help either, also not in indicated direction for the purpose). Temp down in the room was much better, also without AC by opening the windows/door. Interior mostly as advertised (slightly different but equally nice, some other fridge/furniture, much bigger TV screen). Convenient location for North shore area, 10 min drive from the Kahuku food trucks. Quiet Kawela bay/beach 1 mile walk, great afternoon/evening stroll. More crowded Kuilima cove beach next to Turtle Bay resort, 15 min walk/ 2 min drive. Pearl harbor 1 hour drive either west or east wards (apart from possible heavy traffic).

This condo was perfect for my solo vacation, but could have easily hosted another person or two. The location is great--Turtle Bay, the coastal walk, and the hotel restaurants are right there. Kahuku is very close by, with delicious food, and beautiful beaches for swimming. Haleiwa is also a short drive in the other direction. The condo was quiet, clean, comfortable. The pool is right there, as is a parking spot. Checking in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and well kept property.
It had everything we needed.
I especially liked having a big screen TV.
It’s next to the pool, parking was just outside the unit and the beach is a few minutes away.
I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Nice clean unit w a great views Unfortunately this unit has no deck, so after a day at the beach you have no where to dry or keep any wet clothes or beach gear . Unfortunately this unit also has no shelving or storage on the main floor . All your clothes or other items need to b stored up in the loft , unless you are willing to leave everything on the floor. I would not try to talk anyone out of this unit , just b aware of these compromises.

The condo was a great value and we enjoyed staying there. The Cons are, the bed is on the floor, there is no lamp next to the bed, there really needs to be another chair in the living room. However even with those cons, it is a great place to stay for the money. Very easy process to check in and out, lots of places to walk to that are close, great beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hawaii. Price was very reasonable and we were very close to so many beautiful beaches. We loved the food trucks close by too. And it was so nice to be away from the hussle of the southern part of the island but nice that it was a short drive so we could do that also.

Checking into office was fun to get parking pass. No building labeled office. Looks like a maintenance building with no one in there. Could not cook in oven or toaster oven. Filthy. Rugs need cleaning and a/c not sufficient for the unit. Hot! For the money we paid, we would of been better off at a hotel which would of been cleaner and cooler.

We stayed 3 nights, this unit is great for 2 people. We enjoyed out stay. The stairs are a little steep and the AC wasn't as cool or powerful as we might like, which made the front of the unit where the kitchen is very warm. The pool is close to the unit and the grounds are very tidy and the people/neighbors friendly. Walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort which was a plus for heading to the beach and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

I had booked this property for our honeymoon stay in Oahu. If you are thinking about booking this condo, do it! We had nothing but good things to say about this property and location. They had all the amenities you would need including a washer and dryer. They also had boogie boards located in the property which we took full advantage of. It is walking distance to the turtle bay resort, restaurants and beach. The pool is located right outside of the condo. Great value for what you get!

Right from first contact, these few days of our extended vacation were some of the best. Great communication from Joel, unit as promised, access to Turtle Bay, bus stop, a short walk across the golf course to the beach, etc., was just what we needed to unwind and relax on our way back home. Coming from colder climes, the air-con and two fans were super appreciated :-). Beautifully situated and just what we needed.

We booked this condo because it was close to our sons wedding venue. The area is so peaceful, lush, and green. The condo was immaculate and stocked with all the fun toys. I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the amenities. We were super busy with wedding activities but when we did have down time the pool was a great place to relax and re-energize. Great place, great price, definitely recommend. I was sad when it was time to leave.

Absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful condo. The location is great, right on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. It’s a quick drive to several spots on the north shore with plenty of food and activity options (if you have a car). The owner provided several items to use on day trips (cooler, boogie board, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc) and the washer/dryer is a bonus. The property grounds are beautiful. We would recommend this place and hope to return someday soon!

I spent time at this condo while attending a virtual conference. Wi-Fi was good, facilities great for one person and close to the trails and beaches of Turtle Bay. I spent the mornings learning and the afternoons either walking or swimming/snorkeling or just enjoying the area. Close to the food trucks of Kahuku and Ted’s Bakery. Helps to have a car. I hope to be back soon

We loved this location and the unit was comfortable. We missed having a lanai, but the fact that you could walk across the golf course to a quiet beach to watch the sunset made up for it!
We like to cook some of our own meals, and the kitchen was well stocked. The in-unit washer and dryer were a plus.
Everything was easy as far as check in, parking, etc. - instructions were detailed and clear.

The sofa was falling apart and was replaced 3 days before our departure. The rugs were stained and dirty. The whole place need a scrub.

Couch was terrible. We had to sit on extra blankets to avoid slipping off onto the floor. Elaborate Entertainment Center was pointless with no comfortable place to sit.

We used to live in Oahu, and came back to visit friends. We had our 1 year old with us and it was a great set-up. There’s a pool right out front and close to beach. There’s great paths to walk on to the the stables, beach, and around the golf course. You have everything you need in the kitchen. It was very clean.

The couch needs to go. It has no support to sit on it. I would recommend a nice sofa that could pull out an extra bed. I bought extra kitchen utensils and left them there. Your first day there you are greeted by the next door neighbor asking you to keep your AC off as much as possible because of the noise it makes in their condo. One burner on the stove doesn't work. But overall for the price it was a nice place and location.

The location of this condo is great! It's private and was very peaceful. We could walk to the beach but you definitely want a car for most other trips. Definitely would recommend it for any couple. The downstairs pullout couch though is probably not great for any extra adults. The place was clean and has all the amenities you need. Especially loved the door code that kept you from having to carry a key!

This property was the perfect place for our north shore stay! The unit was spacious and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed use of the full kitchen, living room, and loft bedroom. A/C and fans worked great and were very much appreciated. The one thing we noticed was that the pull-out couch was a little unstable. We didn’t need to use it since we just slept on the bed, but would have been an issue if we had more than just the two of us. Overall great stay and would highly recommend!

Be prepared for stairs leading up to the unit and indoor stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of kitchen equipment, spices, and all kinds of extras if your plan is to cook while here. Restaurants require a drive or healthy walk. Living room has a couch in need of replacement. I’m a senior who needed help with the tv. Property owner was very helpful by phone. I could have used some written instructions in the unit but all worked out well.
