Hannah is a dream host! Very responsive and as good as they come.
Condo was perfect for 5 women. Kitchen well appointed for cooking. Bedrooms comfortable. 3 full baths was a big plus. And all the beach gear you could need.
Beautiful pool with bar and restaurant.
Complex is quiet and beautiful. And both lenais were perfect for us.
I would definitely book again. Well situated to stores and restaurants.
Our time just flew! Can’t wait to return.

Our family of four had a fantastic week on the Big Island staying in this condo. The unit is a perfect place to relax and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The grounds and pool area are also very nice and we definitely enjoyed returning there nightly after a day of adventures.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at the property. It was a great place from which to explore the island and come home to. The private residents only pool and restaurant area were so enjoyable. The Waikoloa area has so much too offer. We saw molten lava at Volcanoes National Park one day and snow on top of Mauna Kea the next. Great beaches. You can get day passes to the local resorts for a fee and the beach vendors were great. We just Love the Big Island and we will be back.

We had a great time in Hali'i Kai 20G in January! Well-stocked kitchen and beach accessories were greatly appreciated. The Ocean Club is a great place to hang out, work out, (watch whales in the winter months) when you are not out enjoying the beaches and everything else Hawaii has to offer. Thank you Hannah for a great stay!

We spent the week before Christmas at Hannah’s place and it was fantastic. We’ve had the opportunity to stay at most of the condos in the Waikoloa beach area and this place was near the top.
Hannah was easy to communicate with and definitely one of the best owners we’ve ever dealt with. The unit was spacious and clean. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of beach accessories were provided.
Our only issue was with the Beach club. You weren’t allowed to bring in your own drinks, even water, which seems silly in such a warm setting by a pool. It’s also a bit of a walk from the condo so make sure you don’t forget anything.
We will definitely put this place at the top of our list when we return.

This property is gorgeous! The house has ample space for 6 people and a baby. The lanais are great to enjoy morning coffee or just relax. The pool here is very nice and staff is friendly, lots of rules for pool. We loved staying here!!!

Pretty amazing central location for our island expedition. You could stay here, drive about 20 minutes in any direction (except west I suppose) and have a complete trip.
Highly recommend!!! And I have to say, the food at the pool was beyond any expectation. So convenient and excellent value.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai 20G, it was our kids first trip to the Big Island and we brought their grandparents as well. Property was fantastic to base out of for pool, beach and road trips around the island. Well stocked kitchen allowed for easy mealtimes with kids. So many fun beach toys were also provided which was an extra plus! Owner was also very responsive when we had a bit of an issue with a bed on the first night, they got everything taken care of right away for us! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawai'i! Mahalo :-)

This house was the perfect getaway for my family! Not only was Hannah friendly and helpful, she truly outdid herself with every aspect of the home. The fridge had many accommodations, we recieved a basket full of fresh fruit and treats, and everything was very neat and clean. This house was everything we expected and more, cannot wait to visit again!

This was our first visit to The Big Island and we had a wonderful time. The host, Hannah, communicated extremely well and was very responsive. She provided many helpful details and recommendations. The home was immaculate and very well stocked. I really appreciated this because it was so easy to prepare and eat meals in the home. The property and pool and poolside bar/cafe were gorgeous and delicious. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

My family and I had an absolute blast staying in Hannah's condo. She was always prompt with communication from time of booking, during our stay and through our return home.
The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a Hawaii vacation. The bikes were great for cruising around the Waikoloa Resort and the snorkel gear came in handy for our trips to 'A' Bay and 49 Black Sand Beach.
The Hali'i Kai neighborhood is quiet and well manicured. The pool (10 min walk from condo and right on the shore) is really great for kids, with multiple separated depth levels. Having a full service restaurant/bar right at the pool is very convenient. The sunsets viewed from the pool were quite spectacular.
We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Hannah, for a great trip.

We can't say enough great things about this place. The condo is beautiful and it had everything we needed. The welcome basket with fresh fruit was a treat. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking each day. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were really soft, and we really can't think of anything that wasn't just right. Thank you for providing the beach chairs and the bikes to ride around the area. We absolutely loved that! The weather on this side of the island was just perfect. The location was perfect for us as we hoped it would be sunny and beautiful...which it was! It didn't rain all week, but was mostly sunny the entire time. 82 degrees for the high everyday and 68-70 degrees for the low. Not sure if temps like that can be beat! What a great place to spend our vacation, just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Hannah...you are awesome and we highly recommend staying at your condo!

Great condo, very clean and well stocked with lots of space for three multigenerational couples. Even my hard to please parents were pleased! Only constructive feedback is there was construction noise in the mornings for two of three bedrooms, and it’s not walkable to a sandy beach. It didn’t bother me and we would happily stay here again.

We booked this for November 2020 and had to change to November 2021. Worth the wait! Loved the ability to walk and see sunrise or sunset each day. Many things in one location or take a short drive to the other side. Will be back.

My wife and I and our two little kids loved our nearly three weeks at Hannah's beautiful place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was excellent with communication and information about highlights of the region.
The location is hard to beat, with an amazing ocean-side pool and restaurant/bar and the condo is very spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped. There are so many amazing beaches and sights to see within a short distance.
God-willing, we would love to return someday.

This is an ideal location for a family or couples getaway. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths so you could have as many as 3 couples. The location itself is excellent and the Ocean Club with it's pool, bar, and restaurant is a wonderful amenity to have. The best part is the home itself and all the effort the homeowners make to welcome you. From the beach equipment and bikes in the garage to a fully equipped kitchen, it truly is a home away from home. Really nice touches you don't always get at vacation rentals are the beach towel backpacks, the beach equipment cart, the rice cooker, and coffee grinder. Thanks for everything.

This place was amazing had everything we needed for the week. I did the ironman 70.3 and my family came with me to to watch me race. Everything was so close the ocean, stores and food places to eat. We did use the kitchen and cooked half of our meals. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The layout of the condo with 3BR and 3BA was perfect for 3 "sets" of adults. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen items and various beach items too! The beautiful resort pool is quite enjoyable with amazing views and great food and drinks too. Our excursion day with the Volcano Van was enjoyed by all. Our dinner at the condo with Chef Kathy (recommended by Hannah) was delicious and a highlight of the trip. The sunsets at the pool/golf course are stunning. We also enjoyed sunrise and scenic walks on the path to the Hilton next door. There are many great beaches with a short drive, and the group enjoyed snorkel excursions too. The location of the condo and the communication with Hannah is a definite 5 stars!! We would most definitely return and are "wishing we were there" !

Let me start off by saying that I have visited this island every year since 2011 for at least two weeks, and have stayed in many condos along the way. With that being said this condo has been the best stocked condo with everything we needed for our trip. There were plenty of snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and anything else you could think of in the garage. The home owner was extremely friendly and kept in touch throughout the process to make sure that we had everything we needed and make it a smooth trip. The condo had everything and more that we could have ever wanted. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Hali’i Kai! The condo was clean and welcoming, the neighborhood beautiful and safe, and Waikoloa a wonderful getaway. Loved dinners at the Ocean Club overlooking the water and sunsets. We made great use of the beach toys as well as the pool. Took advantage of the Family Golf deal at Kings Course. And greatly enjoyed coming home to the air conditioned comfort of the condo after all our outings.

The condo was perfect for us. Space/ design/ stocks etc worked very well for our family. Our daughter and Son in law could not have enough of the beach and those beach locations varied from a 5 min to 2 hr drive away. All beaches had their advantages and dis advantages. The Beach Club is a huge plus to unwind at the end of the day. In some ways I was glad that the condo does not have a ocean view since that made us get out and go to the beach club which offered way more fun ! The master bedroom shower never warmed up but cool ( not cold though) showers are great as well !
Hannah sent us a very detailed list of clear instructions and several suggestions for recreation and dining all of which was very helpful. She is also very prompt in her responses. I truly appreciated it.

Our family of four had the vacation of a lifetime with our home base at your beautiful condo. Your home was comfortable clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and at home.
Our teenage girls each had their own room which was essential for our vacation of 10 nights at your home.
We loved sitting on the lanai eating dinner or having our morning breakfast. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the essentials and then some for our stay.
We made memories that will last a life time such as Mauna Kea, Pearl Harbor Day trip to Oahu, Snorkeling during the day and at night with the Manta Rays, Luau, Volcano National Park, Akaka Falls and the Southern most point in the US to name a few.
We enjoyed the Ocean Club for soaking in the sun or grabbing lunch or a snack and it was a 10 minute walk which was perfect after eating.
Each girl had their own bathroom to get ready to get out the door for the next activity.
We loved the Gourmet Grocery Store at the Queen's Market and joined Costco before our trip for the gas ( Kona).
Your instructions were perfect and detailed and you were incredibly responsive.
The beach towels and chairs were great for our short stays at the beach as everyone in my family burns except for me.
Mahalo for your hospitality - I just wish we could have stayed longer.
Hannah you were a pleasure to deal with and I appreciated your sense of humor and your helpful tips.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Hali’i Kai. The accommodations are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The resort itself is also brilliant. We started many mornings with an early walk along the beach to A bay, followed by an exploratory trip to a local beach or hiking trail and then ended the evening poolside! The pool is a great place to enjoy the sunset or you can wander out on the point of the golf course - that provides a great vantage point as well!
