Hannah is a dream host! Very responsive and as good as they come.
Condo was perfect for 5 women. Kitchen well appointed for cooking. Bedrooms comfortable. 3 full baths was a big plus. And all the beach gear you could need.
Beautiful pool with bar and restaurant.
Complex is quiet and beautiful. And both lenais were perfect for us.
I would definitely book again. Well situated to stores and restaurants.
Our time just flew! Can’t wait to return.

Our family of four had a fantastic week on the Big Island staying in this condo. The unit is a perfect place to relax and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The grounds and pool area are also very nice and we definitely enjoyed returning there nightly after a day of adventures.

We really enjoyed our three weeks at the property. It was a great place from which to explore the island and come home to. The private residents only pool and restaurant area were so enjoyable. The Waikoloa area has so much too offer. We saw molten lava at Volcanoes National Park one day and snow on top of Mauna Kea the next. Great beaches. You can get day passes to the local resorts for a fee and the beach vendors were great. We just Love the Big Island and we will be back.

We had a great time in Hali'i Kai 20G in January! Well-stocked kitchen and beach accessories were greatly appreciated. The Ocean Club is a great place to hang out, work out, (watch whales in the winter months) when you are not out enjoying the beaches and everything else Hawaii has to offer. We spent the week before Christmas at Hannah’s place and it was fantastic. We’ve had the opportunity to stay at most of the condos in the Waikoloa beach area and this place was near the top.
Hannah was easy to communicate with and definitely one of the best owners we’ve ever dealt with. The unit was spacious and clean. Everything was in good working order. Plenty of beach accessories were provided.
Our only issue was with the Beach club. You weren’t allowed to bring in your own drinks, even water, which seems silly in such a warm setting by a pool. It’s also a bit of a walk from the condo so make sure you don’t forget anything.
We will definitely put this place at the top of our list when we return.

This property is gorgeous! The house has ample space for 6 people and a baby. The lanais are great to enjoy morning coffee or just relax. The pool here is very nice and staff is friendly, lots of rules for pool. We loved staying here!!!

Pretty amazing central location for our island expedition. You could stay here, drive about 20 minutes in any direction (except west I suppose) and have a complete trip.
Highly recommend!!! And I have to say, the food at the pool was beyond any expectation. So convenient and excellent value.

Our family really enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai 20G, it was our kids first trip to the Big Island and we brought their grandparents as well. Property was fantastic to base out of for pool, beach and road trips around the island. Well stocked kitchen allowed for easy mealtimes with kids. So many fun beach toys were also provided which was an extra plus! Owner was also very responsive when we had a bit of an issue with a bed on the first night, they got everything taken care of right away for us! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hawai'i! Mahalo :-)

This house was the perfect getaway for my family! Not only was Hannah friendly and helpful, she truly outdid herself with every aspect of the home. The fridge had many accommodations, we recieved a basket full of fresh fruit and treats, and everything was very neat and clean. This house was everything we expected and more, cannot wait to visit again!

This was our first visit to The Big Island and we had a wonderful time. The host, Hannah, communicated extremely well and was very responsive. She provided many helpful details and recommendations. The home was immaculate and very well stocked. I really appreciated this because it was so easy to prepare and eat meals in the home. My family and I had an absolute blast staying in Hannah's condo. She was always prompt with communication from time of booking, during our stay and through our return home.
The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a Hawaii vacation. The bikes were great for cruising around the Waikoloa Resort and the snorkel gear came in handy for our trips to 'A' Bay and 49 Black Sand Beach.
The Hali'i Kai neighborhood is quiet and well manicured. The pool (10 min walk from condo and right on the shore) is really great for kids, with multiple separated depth levels. Having a full service restaurant/bar right at the pool is very convenient. The sunsets viewed from the pool were quite spectacular.
We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Hannah, for a great trip.

We can't say enough great things about this place. The condo is beautiful and it had everything we needed. The welcome basket with fresh fruit was a treat. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking each day. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were really soft, and we really can't think of anything that wasn't just right. Thank you for providing the beach chairs and the bikes to ride around the area. We absolutely loved that! The weather on this side of the island was just perfect. The location was perfect for us as we hoped it would be sunny and beautiful...which it was! It didn't rain all week, but was mostly sunny the entire time. 82 degrees for the high everyday and 68-70 degrees for the low. Not sure if temps like that can be beat! What a great place to spend our vacation, just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Hannah...you are awesome and we highly recommend staying at your condo!

Great condo, very clean and well stocked with lots of space for three multigenerational couples. Even my hard to please parents were pleased! Only constructive feedback is there was construction noise in the mornings for two of three bedrooms, and it’s not walkable to a sandy beach. It didn’t bother me and we would happily stay here again.

My wife and I and our two little kids loved our nearly three weeks at Hannah's beautiful place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was excellent with communication and information about highlights of the region.
The location is hard to beat, with an amazing ocean-side pool and restaurant/bar and the condo is very spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped. There are so many amazing beaches and sights to see within a short distance.
God-willing, we would love to return someday.

This is an ideal location for a family or couples getaway. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths so you could have as many as 3 couples. The location itself is excellent and the Ocean Club with it's pool, bar, and restaurant is a wonderful amenity to have. The best part is the home itself and all the effort the homeowners make to welcome you. From the beach equipment and bikes in the garage to a fully equipped kitchen, it truly is a home away from home. Really nice touches you don't always get at vacation rentals are the beach towel backpacks, the beach equipment cart, the rice cooker, and coffee grinder. Thanks for everything.

This place was amazing had everything we needed for the week. I did the ironman 70.3 and my family came with me to to watch me race. Everything was so close the ocean, stores and food places to eat. We did use the kitchen and cooked half of our meals. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The layout of the condo with 3BR and 3BA was perfect for 3 "sets" of adults. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen items and various beach items too! The beautiful resort pool is quite enjoyable with amazing views and great food and drinks too. Our excursion day with the Volcano Van was enjoyed by all. Our dinner at the condo with Chef Kathy (recommended by Hannah) was delicious and a highlight of the trip. The sunsets at the pool/golf course are stunning. We also enjoyed sunrise and scenic walks on the path to the Hilton next door. There are many great beaches with a short drive, and the group enjoyed snorkel excursions too. The location of the condo and the communication with Hannah is a definite 5 stars!! We would most definitely return and are "wishing we were there" !

Let me start off by saying that I have visited this island every year since 2011 for at least two weeks, and have stayed in many condos along the way. With that being said this condo has been the best stocked condo with everything we needed for our trip. There were plenty of snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and anything else you could think of in the garage. The home owner was extremely friendly and kept in touch throughout the process to make sure that we had everything we needed and make it a smooth trip. The condo had everything and more that we could have ever wanted. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Hali’i Kai! The condo was clean and welcoming, the neighborhood beautiful and safe, and Waikoloa a wonderful getaway. Loved dinners at the Ocean Club overlooking the water and sunsets. We made great use of the beach toys as well as the pool. Took advantage of the Family Golf deal at Kings Course. And greatly enjoyed coming home to the air conditioned comfort of the condo after all our outings.

The condo was perfect for us. Space/ design/ stocks etc worked very well for our family. Our daughter and Son in law could not have enough of the beach and those beach locations varied from a 5 min to 2 hr drive away. All beaches had their advantages and dis advantages. The Beach Club is a huge plus to unwind at the end of the day. In some ways I was glad that the condo does not have a ocean view since that made us get out and go to the beach club which offered way more fun ! The master bedroom shower never warmed up but cool ( not cold though) showers are great as well !
Hannah sent us a very detailed list of clear instructions and several suggestions for recreation and dining all of which was very helpful. She is also very prompt in her responses. I truly appreciated it.

Our family of four had the vacation of a lifetime with our home base at your beautiful condo. Your home was comfortable clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and at home.
Our teenage girls each had their own room which was essential for our vacation of 10 nights at your home.
We loved sitting on the lanai eating dinner or having our morning breakfast. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the essentials and then some for our stay.
We made memories that will last a life time such as Mauna Kea, Pearl Harbor Day trip to Oahu, Snorkeling during the day and at night with the Manta Rays, Luau, Volcano National Park, Akaka Falls and the Southern most point in the US to name a few.
We enjoyed the Ocean Club for soaking in the sun or grabbing lunch or a snack and it was a 10 minute walk which was perfect after eating.
Each girl had their own bathroom to get ready to get out the door for the next activity.
We loved the Gourmet Grocery Store at the Queen's Market and joined Costco before our trip for the gas ( Kona).
Your instructions were perfect and detailed and you were incredibly responsive.
The beach towels and chairs were great for our short stays at the beach as everyone in my family burns except for me.
Mahalo for your hospitality - I just wish we could have stayed longer.
Hannah you were a pleasure to deal with and I appreciated your sense of humor and your helpful tips.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Hali’i Kai. The accommodations are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The resort itself is also brilliant. We started many mornings with an early walk along the beach to A bay, followed by an exploratory trip to a local beach or hiking trail and then ended the evening poolside! The pool is a great place to enjoy the sunset or you can wander out on the point of the golf course - that provides a great vantage point as well!

My family and I (2 boys ages 9 and 5) spend 7 nights at this wonderful condo from March 11-18. It greatly exceeded our expectations, and we are both pretty particular!! The unit is beautifully appointed with lovely furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. Everything seems brand new. She has absolutely everything you need - from laundry detergent, dish soap, towels, sunscreen, you name it - it is there!! It is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator if mobility is an issue. From the time of booking, Hannah was great in making sure that we were well taken care of. She provided detailed instructions and travel tips to help you navigate the big island. We had a great time touring around the island. It is a BIG island to be sure, but the condo is in a great location - close to the best beaches and close by to nice restaurants and shopping areas. The condo itself is huge, and gorgeous. So comfortable! The lanais are both so nice - we used the BBQ and ate outside for lunch every day. The club house with the pool and fitness areas is also very nice. It can be a bit windy there, but the views are breathtaking, so in my mind it is worth it. The pool is not heated so it makes for a refreshing dip after a work out or walk. However, we did not go to Hawaii to swim in a pool - we hit a new beach EVERY DAY!!! Having said that, we did enjoy the pool area and our kids enjoyed playing there. The tennis courts and basketball courts were fun too - Hannah even had a basketball for us to use, and the front desk has tennis rackets and balls. The garden view of the condo is beautiful. You could walk to the beach (A-Bay) - it would take a good 25 mins though, and so we opted to drive as oppose to schlepping all of our stuff and our kids. Hannah even has bikes you can use - which we did, and they were fun! The only down side is that you do not have a clear ocean view (although you can catch a small view from the upstairs windows) but really and truly, you won't miss at all - there is just too many other beautiful things to look at including lava fields right beside you, as well as that gorgeous garden. Just walk down to the clubhouse (5 min) and take in the ocean from there while having a bite or a drink! That view is outstanding. The condo is so awesome!! We were so sad to leave it - Hannah thought of absolutely everything!!! I would most definitely recommend this place. Stop looking now and book this place before it is gone!!

Extremely well appointed condo in Waikoloa. Very generously sized bedrooms. Can easily accommodate six people. Kitchen is well appointed, with everything you'd need. Lovely Hawaiian-inspired decoration throughout, with a very nice welcome of fresh fruit. Minutes away from spa and beach, as well as Waikoloa shops for everything you would need. Highly recommend.

My husband, myself and our four children enjoyed a fabulous 11 day stay in this unit. We didn't want to leave! The condo was everything it was promised to be- and more! As previous reviewers have mentioned, the unit is clean, very well stocked, and has all the essentials plus extras. Travelling from Canada, we were especially pleased to know that all the beach toys and accessories (boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs) would all be available for our use. These items were all new and in great condition and made our beach times so enjoyable. We also made use of the BBQ on the lanai. (BBQs are available in a green space in the complex for units that don't provide one, but it was so convenient to have our own!) We also enjoyed time in the comfy lounge chairs on the master bedroom lanai watching the sun rise and listening to the many birds. The unit's proximity to the half-court basketball and tennis court was also a bonus for us as our kids spent many hours at both. The pool is a nice walk away from the condo and is in a beautiful ocean-front setting. My husband and son also made use of the gym at the Ocean Club; can't beat working out to the sound of the ocean and watching the humpback whales in the distance! The staff at the Ocean Club was fabulous as well- very welcoming and soon knew our family by name.
We visited several beaches (Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Kikua Point - where we always seem to see a turtles sunning on the sand-and Kua Bay.) Hannah did provide information on beaches and would have more details if needed as they are not always easy to find. We also did the Blue Hawaiian helicopter tour of the Kohala Coast. Absolutely amazing experience!! Expensive, but worth every penny (even in our low Canadian $!)
Hannah provided great information on all the details (check in instructions, places to see/eat/visit, tours available ). She was excellent about responding to any questions or requests in a very timely fashion, both in the booking process and while we were in her unit. We had a late night flight back home and Hannah did everything she could to make our departure easier. We have stayed in the Hali'i Kai complex on a previous trip , but this unit and owner made everything about this little piece of "paradise" even better! Thanks, Hannah, for all you did. We would love to return someday. In the meantime, we would highly recommend to anyone else fortunate enough to share it with you.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is the ultimate luxurious, upscale and tranquil place. My husband and I arrived and were immediately awed by the beauty of the entire area. The resort has everything that you need. The Queen Marketplace and King's Marketplace have several shops and our favorite daily stop was at Island Gourmet for groceries, wine, beer and pre-made meals. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and having the restaurant and bar there was so nice. There is also a fully equipped fitness room in the pool area which I did use one day. The condo itself is equipped with the highest quality furniture and appliances! We love to grill and it was a treat utilizing the kitchen which has real granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator and there is a propane grill on the patio. The master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress with high quality linens where we slumbered deeply every night. The bathrooms are supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. We were very surprised at how nice the washer and dryer machines were, as well! The condo itself is centrally located to all of the main attractions on the Big Island. We had couple massages at a nearby resort, went to Mauna Kea, Akaka Falls, Pololu Valley, Volcano National Park, on a boat whale watching tour and Scuba Dove in Kona for 2 days. We also noticed a helicopter tour near the resort but did not have time to participate in that. We could not have asked for more our honeymoon. If visiting the Big Island, stay at Waikoloa Beach Resort! You will be happy that you did.

The moment we entered the condo we knew we made the right decision. The décor, the kitchen equipment and appliances and the atmosphere were Tier 1. The owner took particular care in providing you the essentials you need to have a hassle-free vacation. The property delivered on everything it said it would; it was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything -- everything we needed. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (1 mile). It is a short walk to the pool and the beach trails down by the Hilton are wonderful for a morning walk. I was impressed by the quality of the cutlery and kitchen appliances. The BBQ was great and used nightly. Hannah provided great tips and must see places. We took a ride to the Leilani Bakery and Costco. 30 years ago we married at the Mauna Lani and we were excited to share this beautiful island and home with our children (23 and 20). It was a memorable vacation. This is a beautiful condo, and I only wished the flight time was less as I would return annually. I cared for the condo as if it were my own -- we enjoyed it very much.

We just returned from a nine day stay at this property. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The rental is very well cared for, well appointed, and very clean. The owner went out of her way to make our stay comfortable - a welcoming atmosphere, quality bedding, quality linens and towels, hair dryers, beach supplies, spices in the kitchen, great instructions on how to check in, suggestions on things to do and where to go, etc. It is a short walk to the ocean front pool area. The property is very nice and we came to enjoy the walk. The pool area is right on the ocean and includes a very nice bar area with food and a great lineup of drinks. The staff there was very friendly. The bottom line is that we would definitely return for another stay if we ever get a chance.
