The condo was very well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 6. It is a short walk to the pool and the outside patio is quiet and private.The only negatives -mother gas grill was only working intermittently even though we changed the LP canister, and it was not as clean as I am accustomed to when renting- the floors especially! I would stay there again however!

Great property for our family, fit everyone so comfortably! There was a super quiet lanai to hang out on, lots of beach and pool toys and TVs for quiet evenings. The only downfall which is no offense to the property in itself is just the hike up to the pool. We had our Mom (Grandma) with us and the walk up was a little tough for her. Otherwise incredible stay, loved how close we were to the beach for morning walks!

Location to Maui’s best beach is a fairly walkable. The unit was very spacious and comforting. Loved the open floor plan in the kitchen/living area. My only complaint/suggestion is to provide more details on how to get to the pool. We had to ask a maintenance guy we found in the parking lot, it’s a tiny dirt trail up the hill. It was fine for a few days but definitely a bit from the pool. I’m In my 30s but parents sort of struggled getting to/from with the walk. The tv in the spare room doesn’t work. Clicker batteries may just need to be changed but limited us. Loved everything else tho!

Overall the property was great. Great location, spacious, had everything we needed for cooking and all the stuff for the beach. My only recommendation would be that the unit gets a deep cleaning. The master bathroom shower appears to have some mold and the floors were in need of a major scrubbing. Obviously, these units see a lot of visitors so it’s understandable. Overall, the unit was great for our family!

We were a family of 4 that were enjoying an escape to warm weather. The rental was very large, had all the amenities and lots of toys and beach gear to use. It was perfect for our trip and the laundry on site was so helpful with a newborn! The split AC in all rooms was so great, however the weather was cool enough we could just open the windows and slider for some airflow. It wa walking distance to beaches and close to everything we needed to visit. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful property, spacious condo, good location. Just a couple things….there is zero privacy in the master bathroom…it’s one big room with the master bedroom. There were 5 of us but only 3 patio chairs for outdoor sitting. We had one issue with the water and property management sent someone over immediately!

The location of the unit is perfect and having the pool close by with a toddler was great for an after nap swim. Beds were comfortable and floor plan was great for our family. Overall the stay was good but we would not stay in this unit again. The unit itself has mold in the bathrooms and needs some real TLC. There were also bugs coming in under the kitchen window and around the sink. There was ant traps/poison on the floor and in the master that we would have liked to know about so we could have hid them from our toddler before he tried to play with them. The AC units really need to be cleaned out as well, I am allergic to mildew and dust and this was an issue for me the whole week. The unit had most things we needed, one of the beach chairs was broken on arrival but there were still others that worked great. We would recommend this company as they were great and the property in general for the area and amenities but not this unit.

Everything was good and well appointed. Only issue we had was that we moved our suitcases over to a friends condo at 9am but came back at 10:15am to double check if we forgot anything and the code was already not working. We were locked out prior to 11am. That was a little disappointing but overall the apartment had plenty of towels and good laundry machines as well as beach equipment. Overall a very good stay and property.

We would definitely return to this condo in the Palms. It was comfortable, clean and provided enough space for us to gather together and also have our own space to relax. The property was lovely. Although we enjoyed several nice beaches and did some excursion, we often found ourselves enjoying the pool and hot tub in the early evening.

Palms of Wailea rental is the perfect spot to stay when visiting Maui. Six of us (2 adults, 2 young adults, and 2 teenagers) fit very comfortably in our 2 bedroom rental. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could eat some of our meals at our rental. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and body boards in the rental, which was a huge savings! The location is within walking distance to many beaches, restaurants and shopping. There is a nice sized pool with jacuzzi in case you aren’t interested in the beach. It’s beautifully maintained with lush plants and flowers. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time staying at 2303. The property changed owners during the stay and the property management company handled it very well. The only issue was a delay in the cable changeover that lasted only a day and we were out having fun anyway. The condo is nice and The Palms is super quiet and relaxing. This is our third stay at the Palms and we don't plan to stay anywhere else in the future.
The condo is very well equipped....it even had a Vitamix Blender for those special adult beverages we enjoyed. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool. Make sure you see the sunset on Haleakala instead of the sunrise. Much better view. The Hana Rd was fun. The glass blowing class at Moana Glass was worth every penny. Don't forget to go out on the sunset cruise on Sail Maui in Lahaina. See you in a few years!

I've always enjoyed the Palms at Wailea as a property. Unit #2303 is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The nearest beach is a very easy 10 minute walk. The property manager is communicative and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. I really think a rental at The Palms at Wailea is so much better than a hotel stay. The only reason I did not offer a 5-star rating was the lack of a view from this particular unit unlike many of the other units on property. Regardless, I'll be back!

We had been staying in the Palms about 5 years ago, and hence were familiar with the area and the facilities -- and just like then, this time again : it was FABULOUS.
And that says a lot - as CoVid is still raging, and nothing really is "normal" : but, from the start, everything was organised and maintained in such a fashion that we truly felt like having a wonderful and wonderfully relaxed vacation.
The "Hospitality" app made every little detail quite transparent - from knowing all the travel regulations and helpful hints which documents to procure to the actual opening of the door with a key to sharing all that information with everybody else in the group.
Of course, the location is amazing (as we knew already) - and the place is in great shape.
We were easily able to "fit" all 6 of us (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 children) into the beds, the living room (rarely used since we stayed outside almost all of the time : this being Maui !) is spacious enough to provide ample possibilities for teenagers AND grown-ups not to get on each others' nerves, and the cooking + outside dining area allows to prepare and enjoy meals as much as we wanted.
Most excellent pool with stunning views in easy walking distance ? Such a plus !

We walked to the beach most mornings.The master bedroom does lack privacy. You can see into the master from the lanai and there is not a door for the toilet. So you’ll need to be very comfortable with whom your taking the vacation with. I’d give the unit a solid 8

Quite a ways to the pool that we only used on our day of arrival while waiting till 3pm to get into our unit and a few stairs that somehow I didn’t expect. No ocean view but the scenery was great. The unit had everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. VERY NICE AREA.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. We had 4 people in the unit for 4 days and there was plenty of room and everything we needed to be comfortable. They even had a beach umbrella and plenty of extra beach towels for use while we were there. The beach was a short walk or very short drive away and the unit felt secluded from the busy areas of Wailea. The beds were comfy and the unit was pretty clean. Neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor grill on the lanai was great! The labels around the unit were a bit overkill but that was a minor nuisance compared to all the other amazing things we enjoyed. It would be nice if other pantry essentials were included but we understand that may be restricted due to Covid. Overall, we would recommend this spot for future renters! Thank you for letting us stay here!
