After a very long day of travel with our 3 kids, i cannot even begin to say what an absolute blessing it was to check in to this unit and find it to be so amazing. It was clean, well furnished, and a great location. It is so rare to find a property with nice clean linens and good quality beds and pillows
There always seema to be a pillow shortage at rentals but not here. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you amd we will be back.

Great place on the north shore. AC worked well for the master and living room. The fans did a good job in the other rooms. We had to extend our stay at the last minute and they were happy to do it. Prompt response to resolve an internet connection issue that came up during the stay. There is some traffic on the road in front of the patio during the day. The view of the mountains from the unit is awesome!

Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teens) had a great time! The view off the lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee and cocktails outside daily. Condo was very clean and fairly well appointed. Cooler and beach towels & chairs were a nice addition. It was also nice that everyone had their own bathroom and space to relax.
A couple of things to point out:
Need to add a cutting board and a new coffee maker, as the carafe had to be jimmy rigged to brew correctly but not a huge deal. The bedroom with the single bed is next to a busy road and gets pretty warm.
All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would consider staying here again if in Princeville with the family!

My family and I decided on a last minute getaway. We were extremely lucky this rental was still available since we were literally days before springbreak started. The rental is BEAUTIFUL. The whole unit was very roomy. Every room had its own bathroom. The kitchen wasn't huge, it was just right. There were small minor flaws. Hot water kicked off late on our first day. Plumber came to fix it morning of our 3rd day. Tack strip for the carpet was showing in master bedroom. Someone came around to remedy that. Overall our stay was awesome. Views are beautiful. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. 4 Stars

Rainy but warm. Nice neighbors within the Plantations complex. This unit has a fantastic view of the golf course and the mountains. We used the electric grill on the lanai most evenings. Our only complaint is one of the sliding doors has a broken seal, and the space within the glass panes is cloudy spoiling the view somewhat.

Very nice condo, we’re pleased we booked it. Roomy & comfortable. Our 5th Kauai vacation, we had visited but never stayed on the north shore. It does rain/get overcast more up here, though. And though there is a rather long list of suggested improvements, please know we were very pleased with this condo and loved our stay! Note: as this condo was not available for our entire stay, for our last 4 nights we moved to a 1BR condo in Kapaa.
The Good/Compliments:
- Presents as shown in the photos, plenty roomy for 6 (we only had 2), nicely laid out. Nice & clean when we arrived.
- A/C worked great (lots of humid days during our stay).
- Extremely pleased with how well-stocked it was for almost all paper/soap goods…for our 11-day stay, more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, even coffee filters – well done!
- Also, 5 nice big beach towels (in kitchen closet), 4 or 5 beach chairs (garage), 2 or 3 beach umbrellas (garage), nice-sized rigid-sided cooler (garage – but see below).
- Plenty of towels in all bathrooms & kitchen, plus extras in a linen closet in one of the bathrooms
- Cyrila & Angela were very responsive when our few questions/issues arose.
- The master king and 2nd BR queen mattresses are very comfortable indeed. But see sheets below.
- Three ice blocks for cooler in freezer – nice!
- Nice full-size washer & dryer, worked great. Dishwasher, fridge, stove, micro all great as well.
- The wooden bowl near the door is a great thing for keeping all the essentials in one place (keys, watch, wallet, etc)…many places do this, but they all should!
- Master bath is beautiful (the 2 others are just fine as well), soaking tub & shower. Shower head has pretty decent pressure, works just fine. As do the shower heads in the 2 other baths.
- The heavy light-blocking shades on all windows & sliding doors are a real plus.
- The condo has long roof overhangs which prevent rain from coming in open windows during the night (unless the wind is really whipping).
- Kitchen well-stocked with all the essentials
- Lots of hangers in the closets – nice!

We loved this apartment - it was perfect for our short but sweet stay in that part of princeville. The kids used the pool a lot and we used our bbq on the lanai. I lounged in the hot tub. The sunrise deck is amazing ♥️ family friendly for sure!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Princeville very quiet and easy access to local grocery store. We had a couple great dinners at B that opened up at around 5-5:30. a short drive and we were in Hanalei and a great beach but get there early parking can be tight. A little longer drive and there was a great local beach just North of Kapaa where we could ,swim , boogie board and occasional see whales off shore, The condo gave our family enough room and 2 of the rooms did get a bit warm, but the ceiling fans helped, the 2 rooms did not have air conditioning but the master bedroom and main living room did but was still comfortable

Booking this condo was very easy and the communications leading up to our stay were great!
When we weren’t out doing activities around the island, I found myself sitting out in the lanai. Had a nice view of a waterfall and also saw a few rainbows. 🙂

I tried contacting management a couple times but I never received a response. Property was san A+. Management was good regarding communication prior to our stay but not as good after checking in.

The condo was better than we expected. They thought of everything that you may need. I would only suggest that some of the cookware be replaced due to the damage made by people who used incorrect cooking utensils, get a dish drainer and check the garage remote. Remote didn't work most of the time. Otherwise, I definitely recommend renting this place. Street noise wasn't a big deal. If I ever go to Kauai again, I would stay here again.

The unit is beautifully appointed and furnished. The rooms were comfortable, and even though only the master bedroom and living room were air conditioned, the other rooms had ceiling fans which worked well. It was great to have a garage, and the fact that there were 6 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards to use was a plus. The main room overlooks the main road and golf course, so expect some traffic noise throughout the day, but if you close up the sliding doors, you cannot hear the light traffic. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware; I liked the rice cooker and blender. All appliances are modern and worked well. No issues. The Foodland store is just 5 minutes away, but the better prices are in Kapaa. Stay here if you want to get early access to the beaches on the North side. If you want to head south, expect a 40 minute trip to Lihue and an hour to Poipu. I would stay here again! Great place and host by RE/MAX Kauai.

Over the past 12 years I have vacationed on Kauai 6 times, and each time I find something more amazing then the last. I have stayed at several properties and this time I stayed at Plantation 521 using Remax as the property broker. Overall this property was fantastic; super clear, well stocked, very nicely decorated, beds were comfortable for all of the travelers (6), beautiful views of waterfalls, great location for all of our excursions, and lots of unexpected extras. Remax was easy to work with the very helpful when I had questions. The gym was nice and well equipped for club house gym and the pool and BBQ’s were well maintained and full of propane every time. Our condo was on the second floor and backed up to a feeder road and this was not a problem the traffic and traffic noise was not noticeable to us. The three bedroom three bath configuration matched our needs and made the experience great (plenty of room for everyone). My overall experience was five star, thank you Remax and Kauai.

For our 10 day stay, we were very comfortable at this condo unit. We really felt like we hit the jackpot when we walked in - this unit is decorated like a model home and was immaculate! Our family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids) had everything we needed for our vacation.One of our main concerns was having the extra supplies that you need for the beach - and this condo had more than we expected! In the garage, there are at least 5 folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a variety of beach toys, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and a skim board. There are 5 beach towels in the condo, as well as a medium size cooler and a variety of shopping bags.Some reviewers have commented on a crying baby next door- we didn't hear a thing. The neighbors do look like permanent residents. Also, reviewers have mentioned road noise - and this is a factor to consider. When the windows and doors are closed, the road noise is very effectively blocked. But if you are sitting on the lanai or if you have the doors open - it gets a bit noisy. All of the condo units that back up to this main road will have the same issues - the road is busy, especially during morning and evening commutes. While this was a minor annoyance to us, the stunning mountain/golf course views more than made up for the noise. And it provides some fun people watching.In the kid's room, the one with the twin beds, the noise is not an issue at all as this room faces into the condo complex. The master bedroom has one sliding door that faces the road and the room with the queen bed as two windows on the road side. These rooms get some road noise even with the windows closed, and some amount of headlights reflecting in. Bottom line: If you are very sensitive to noise, this might not be the condo for you. But if you can deal with a bit of traffic going by - this won't ruin your trip. No condo can guarantee absolute quiet.

We would definitely stay here again! The sunset view of the mountain was gorgeous. This home was in the perfect location for our visit to the North Shore. It was clean, cozy, beautiful and very roomy. It accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. We have 4 college/teen children. The hot tub was warm and we enjoyed it every night after a long day. The area is safe to walk/run in the neighborhoods and paths. It’s close to shops and hiking. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay.

The lanai is perfect, just wish we had dining table with 4 chairs instead of a bar stool with just 2 chairs and a small couch, and 2 chairs around a coffee table.

Everything was great, except for the TV's. Totally confusing and unable to use. We also had parked in the driveway for less than 5 minutes to run upstairs and get something when we were greeted by a very nasty person who reminded us we couldn't park in the driveway. Didn't know you had people policing what we were doing that closely. No one was inconvenienced. We also had an issue with the toilet and it took two days for Remax to respond. Fix your directions. They were difficult to follow.

Overall happy with our experience here. The rental was very clean, very nicely equipped. I had a couple questions before our trip and the remax agent was great about communication. Overall the unit was exactly what we expected. A couple things to note for future renters: it has a lovely view of the golf course and mountains from the lanai, but the traffic is so loud and constant on the road we rarely sat out there. Also, the WiFi worked fine enough for our purposes, but if you needed to do a zoom or more demanding online work, it might be a bit slow.

Had a fantastic time. A few small issues (garage remote) and management was quick to correct. Having the electric grill on the deck was fantastic and used daily! Communicated with management many times prior to arrival and while on island clarifying a few things, very quick response. They were fantastic to work with. Would recommend to family and friends.
