This KoOlina property lacked on site personnel to facilitate any issues that occurred. Access to the salt water coves, swimming and heated pools continue to be the primary attraction.

The condo was extremely comfortable and well-stocked. The layout was great and allowed for privacy between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. We especially loved the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it!

The rooms vacuum cleaner is broken. And there was an underlying layer of sand that is just.. there and isn’t able to be fully cleaned. There are stains everywhere. Chairs, carpets etc. The couch with the pullout sleeper sofa had the cushions torn underneath and would slide the cushions off the couch once you sat on it. Great size room, very convenient location (except for parking being located on opposite end of property)

The villa was spacious. Great location in the ocean tower. Nice furnishings. Very nice appliances. The electric cooktop took some getting use to. Negatives--Only one kitchen towel and we found two cockroaches in the master bathroom.

Cozy and comfortable for a family. There wasnt any pantry room for essentials purchased for the week, but it made it easier to remind everyone else eat there versus spending more outside. I walked up and down the path through the lagoons and Beach Villa was the least crowded.

Nice property and nice condo overall. Had a bad experience with this specific property management. The dishwasher was broken, they sent Maintenance twice, they were in the room for over an hour, and left after saying it was fixed. It was not actually fixed. Ended up having to hand wash dishes the whole vacation. When I requested some sort of refund for the disturbances, I got no response after following up 3 times.

This was our 2nd time staying in the Ko’Olina area, first at Beach Villas as we wanted to stay in 1 villa with the rest of our group. Very clean resort, the check in/ out process was super easy and the host of this unit was responsive when needed. Highly recommend!
