Excellent two bedroom condo on the ground floor with views from the lanai of the ocean, the pool, and the putting green. We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was very clean and well supplied with necessary items. We enjoyed the beach, especially nearby Kaanapali. My grandsons loved jumping off Black Rock. Food trucks and great restaurants were nearby as well as the always needed ABC store. Would highly recommend this place and would love return!

Location of property is great. We were slightly disappointed with no outlets in the primary bath for use of hair appliances. Also, back bedroom was very difficult to cool but fans did help move air. Property could stand an overall deep clean. Noisy in bedrooms due to location near elevators. Beds were very comfortable! We had a few maintenance issues and they were addressed very promptly. A little additional updating would go a long ways in making this property feel worth the cost.

Stayed for 18 nights at Papakea Resort and enjoyed the condo and resort. The condo was exactly as described. Very close to pool area. Check in and check out was easy. We enjoy all the different beaches in the area and restaurants. Hoping to return next year.

Been to Maui many times, first time staying at Papakea. This is a great condo for a family of 5, love the resort, condo was clean with great extras, beach chairs, umbrella, even putters and balls for playing on putting green right in fromt of condo. Outdoor space was fantastic, and location was great, close to pool, really as good as anywhere we have stayed in Kaanapali.

The resort is gorgeous! We've stayed here before and never been disappointed. This unit was exactly as listed and had so many extras for families to utilize and enjoy! We appreciated the beach chairs, towels amd cooler for the beach trips! Will definitely be back asap again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Papakea K105. The resort is wonderful. Our little kids loved the pool. We loved being on the ground floor so we could just walk out to the pool. Our whole family loved the location (walking down to put our feet in the ocean, the nearby food truck park, being centrally located for great snorkeling beaches). We hope to return someday soon!

We had a great stay here. The location really cannot be beat! Ground floor and steps from the pool and beach. The condo is bright and open, spacious and fully stocked. Lots of comfortable seating outside and inside with a stunning view of the ocean. We really appreciated all the beach gear. A 5 minute walk will have you at the food truck park and plaza up the street. The only fixes needed to the condo are the dishwasher door--look out! It was broken and would constantly drop down so we had to be careful while in the kitchen. The sliding doors to the storage closet and washer dryer need to be fixed as they would not slide without a great deal of effort. Other than that, the place was amazing and the property managers were so friendly and helpful and got back to me immediately if I had questions.Thanks for an amazing stay! We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time in Maui! Our views were great even from the ground floor. The property was well maintained. I’m not sure that this is the place for us in the future though. Our unit needed some work. Paint was peeling in multiple rooms, the sliding door for the washing unit barely moved. There wasn’t really space for a family of 5 to comfortably hang out at night to watch tv or play games. There wasn’t really anything to do for kids or adults besides the pool. Although you can’t hear your neighbors through the concrete walls, the paper thin windows allowed you to hear everyone coming and going at all hours of the night. I hardly slept at all while we were there. Again, nice property, unit needs some TLC. If you are just looking for a place to drop and go, then this may work for you.
