This property was great for my family. The unit served as well for our needs. A place to eat and sleep. The kitchen was functional and serviced its purpose for us.This price of our Vrbo was able to help us get a car rental which helped us entertain the kids.

Good location, no overhead lights so it was a little dark. Could have been cleaned better, comfortable beds, the sliding divider was great to separate the sleeping and living area.

We stayed here because we were involved in a multi day event at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The Ilikai was in walking distance to our event ballroom. The laundry facilities and the full sized kitchen were very helpful to save money on eating out and the need to remove our car from valet. The parking was probably the hardest part of the stay because although you could park elsewhere for cheaper, it was just too far to walk with a lot of luggage and or a large group. We paid the $45/night. We called the money we saved on eating out and the parking fee a wash. We stayed for 5 nights and were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 family members. I brought two rolls from home so we had just enough. There is shampoo, conditioner and bath soap so this is helpful for those who don't want to pack these. We had a great time, although the traffic noise could be very loud at.night because of the close proximity to the stop light. You will enjoy your stay, it was easy to check in and we appreciated the ice cream shop and grocery store in the building.

When we were looking to book our hotel stay in Waikiki we look all over for the best deal with the best location to Waikiki. Ilikai came up on Vrbo. The price was great considering the surrounding area hotel. The process was easy to book and to check in. The hotel has only Valet and the price per day was $45/day. We stay for a total of 7 days. The property is centrally located to shopping and restaurant.

My family and I were originally going to visit Maui, but given the situation of the Aug. 2023 fires on Maui and the limited vacation window we had, I had to find something on Oahu. This place was what we needed on short notice. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchenette was just right. I liked that we didn't need a key to get in and entering the door code was something my kids looked forward to doing. When we arrived, the microwave didn't work, so I contacted the property manager. Within a day, it was replaced. Also, at the time, the bathroom door lock didn't work correctly, and I notified the property manager of the issue. They didn't fix it during our stay, but it was not a problem for us. I enjoyed the balcony and the view of the mountain and the activities along the main street. I saw the sunrise nearly each day of our trip because I used the balcony table and chairs as my "office" to get some work done. The building itself was great because there was an ice cream shop and food places on the main level. The walk to Foodland from the hotel was also not bad. The only complaint we had was the price of parking and valet. Otherwise, it was a fun and memorable trip for my family.

Overall, the stay was great very quiet. It was on the main strip, but it wasn’t too much noise. I did like how it had a balcony. The patio chairs were a little bit rusty, but they were actually perfect for the short trek to the beach area very convenient. I would stay again, and I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, and all the other amenities that were there. At the local coffee shop I got a tip for the booze Cruise and it was sooo fun!! overall great to relax with family And or friends. Would recommend
