The manager Matt is vmVERY kind, but the property needs to be improved. I don't think it's his fault, but owner's fault. Balcony door didn't lock at all because the two parts of the door no more alkgned.. Fans are very slow, you cannot modify the speed, therefore the studio is an oven when no rain. It looks like you can cook in the studio, but it takes 40min to boil eggs (at maximum temperature). Stove is outdated, to do an omlette is definitely not safe because teflon is damaged. The oil bottle in the kitchen, with 20ml ranked oil inside and bottle bottom not closed...I've dropped it, or it was up to the cleaning person to do this.Too much stress with all papers to be signed after booking, (high) prices announced for anything will "disappear": towels, paper for parking admission...In four different locations in Hawai'i, all noted by me with maximum, no such stress anywhere. I've payed everywhere same price per night, this studio is clearly far to expensive for the quality one could expect.POSITIVE POINT Disney and Netflix (but in French, w/o possibility to change in english).

Excellent, quaint little spot with all the essentials. Located in a beautiful neighborhood in Princeville, it’s close to everything — great restaurants, stunning beaches, and convenient stores are all just a five-minute drive away.

The area was nice but this location did not have air conditioning and was very noisy. The room was right next to a busy road and there was traffic late into the night, which was annoying because without air conditioning we had to keep all the windows open. There were also a bunch of ridiculous fees if there was something done against the ridiculous rules of the property… like hanging towels outside. Would not recommend to anyone.

The condo was exactly as listed...maybe better. Great location and easy to get anywhere on the island. Numerous beaches, shopping and hiking nearby. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There was a great starter supply of toilet paper/soap and paper towels.The grounds and pool area are beautifully landscaped.

This condo was as advertised and it was fine. It was clean. A bit loud with the street traffic when patio doors open but quieter when they were closed. Communication prior to our stay was good. This condo does not have a full kitchen so it was difficult to plan for meals with the lack of restaurants close by. There is a hot plate but with it being so warm we didn’t want to make it more warm. We were also excited to use the BBQ one night and bought some nice steaks and potatos only to find the BBQ propane was left empty and could not be rectified until after we left. They communicated that we could contact someone to potentially replace sooner but we didn’t want to waste time on our short vacation trying to track someone down. Overall it is as advertised and clean.

It was okay. Couldnt use the snorkel gear because there was only one mask and someone had nawed the rubber off oke of the mouth pieces. They were also dirty. We had loud neighbors who were smoking weed every day. One had the loudest cough that would happen all night

This porperty was easy to locate from the airport, and was in a great location close to food, gas, grocery store, and shopping. Even with the heat it stayed a decent temperature with windows and sliding doors open to let the breeze come through. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location!!! I personally needed more light fixtures and a bigger bed, me and my husband are both 5’11 and it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in a queen size bed. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed. Must be prepared for the no A/C deal. I was hahaha

We stayed for our honeymoon and loved it. Location is perfect in Princeville close to beaches and restaurants. Communication was awesome and extremely quick - always available for random questions during our week stay. Don’t let the AC scare you off! Box fans and open windows provide plenty of cooling. Book now!

Wonderful little place to stay. The kitchenette had everything we needed which was a great touch. Not a lot of space to put your large luggage, but we were able to make it work! I’d recommend staying here.

This cozy studio provided everything we needed! We loved the calm colors, comfortable couches and refreshing pool close by. We enjoyed making our own meals in this sweet kitchen. We discovered great walking trails to the beaches. We highly recommend!

Paniolo 204 B had everything described and more! It was spotless upon arrival and the property manager was super on point with all the descriptions, directions and pointers. The pool was very nice and the beaches were spectacular. We snorkeled, surfed, hiked and saw some of the amazing waterfalls on the island. Locals are nice and the aloha vibe is alive and well. We would recommend this property to anyone, we will be back for sure. We really like the farmers market right across the street and the owners even provide you with reusable bags for groceries. PrincevilleCenter is right across the street almost with yoga, Foodland, shops, restaurants, etc. and I took in a hot yoga class. I can’t say enough good about this unit, we have stayed in a few and this was by far the nicest for the price point and well stocked.

Was a great place to stay! Perfect with so many little extras! Dish soap, snorkeling equip, umbrella, beach chairs, coffee, pots pans, mixing bowls, and even Tupperware ! Loved it!
