Wow, what a great space! Light and bright living area, large covered lanai with comfy furniture, and great beds. This was a wonderful space for a multi-gen family vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel masks to borrow, big dining table for family meals, plenty of towels. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The space and location was perfect for our family. There was a little hang up during check in about our reservation, but it was quickly sorted out (we didn’t need a key because we had a key code instead) and the resort staff were kind and helpful.

We were really impressed by this property. It was large, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this site. The three bedrooms easily accommodated the 6 of us who stayed there.

the condo was very clean and good instructions. the condo is very spacious and large kitchen with lots of appliances. We appreciate the managing company reaching out to us about any concerns or needs. We would definitely recommend it to others. The only updates I would recommend would be blackout curtains in the bedroom so you don't always wake up with the sun. Also, the upper bedroom bathroom really needs a new shower head and faucet since they are showing their age and corrosion.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your property. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. I was in the crows nest upstairs and found it very comfortable. The back deck was pleasant to sit, relax and watch golfers hack away. Property location was really y close to Kailua-kona and the Captain Cook area. I would highly recommend staying here.

When we got to the condo there were cockroaches (2) crawling around on the kitchen counter and in the main hallway bathroom. We also found a 2" dead cockroach in the master bedroom closet. The upstairs bathroom did not have hot water. The dryer doesn't shut off, so something is broken with that. Thankfully, it kept running on the cool function so there was no danger of a fire. The condo was very dated (felt like the 1970s). When we visited our friend's unit that they rented it was MUCH more updated with new cabinetry, counter tops, flooring and bathrooms. For the price we paid vs what our friends paid it does not seem like it was worth the price. The space the condo offered was very nice but given the bugs and how outdated the unit was we would not rent this unit again. That being said, the amenities that the resort offered were very nice and the staff was very friendly.

We had a great time. The place was clean and nice. We loved the kitchen and the patio and that everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. (3 couples) The gym was tiny but everything else was awesome. We would stay here again

This was a nice place that was clean and looked as advertised. The complex had good amenities and was right near a great snorkeling beach. Our unit had nice view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai. Kitchen was well equipped, we made many meals there, and bbqs nearby were great. Check in and out was easy. We had small children and the unit felt safe and clean for them. There is a shopping center nearby, but you are about 15mins drive into downtown for more restaurants. Communication was good once we were close to arrival, but I received no communication prior to the week of our stay for organizing necessary baby gear, so I was anxious until it was resolved. Luckily everything I needed was there upon arrival. Would recommend and would stay again.
