We knew from the moment we walked in that we chose the right place to stay! The condo is beautiful and the view is incredible! We loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai in the early afternoons. We could also clearly see Mount Haleakala in the background. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed.
Communication was excellent as Terry or her assistant, Joanna, responded immediately to any questions we had.
The condo is centrally located and is 15-20 minutes from the airport, Lahaina, Kihei, and Paia (start of Road to Hana) which was great for us as we spent time in each of these locations. It is also located within walking distance to Boss Frogs (snorkel rental), Maui Ocean Center (nice aquarium), and Hula Cookies & Ice Cream (yummy ice cream sandwiches).
Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely love to stay again!

This was such a smooth everything! Perfect for our island hoping through Hawaii! Nice relaxing quiet neighborhood! Great view and layout for my mom my aunt and myself perfect amount of space for 3 or 4 people. We had 3 in our group! We will return it was absolutely perfect! Communication wad fast and delightful however we didn't have any issues so the communication was mostly in the beginning but that's just it We didn't have anything happen or nothing that went wrong so lol it was nice to not HAVE to call or message for something completely relaxing! Thank you!

Our experience at your lovely condo was five star. The location is 40 ft from the Pacific Ocean and unexpected views of pods of whales and dolphins and even turtles on the rocks which we observe from the Lanai. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well appointed and we enjoyed breakfast in every day. We toured all the local attractions from kapalua to Haleakala and down to the shops of Wailea. We also enjoyed Paia and fine dining North shore valley at Mama's fish House. A destination we make a point to visit every time. We will definitely return to your lovely compound and the perfect ocean views in the future

This condo was exactly what was advertised. It was clean and nicely equipped. It is centrally located on Maui so you can easily reach any location. You can grill or cook as well as drive a short distance for groceries or to eat out. This is a great place to hang out and relax and use as a base camp. We saw whales and turtles from the room and the scenery is relaxing.

Brought my 88-year-old mother to attend a funeral in Wailuku. The condo was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view. My only criticism is that I had to bring my own soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was an inconvenience.

This condo was exactly what was advertised. It was clean and nicely equipped. It is centrally located on Maui so you can easily reach any location. On short notice we were booking a place to stay during a business trip while also enjoying the company of my dad and his wife. I had booked what I thought was a two bedroom but in reality was only one. Cristina was alert when looking at the booking and somehow realized I had meant to get a two bedroom and quickly notified me of my error and informed me of available two bedrooms. She worked with me to get the entire mess straightened out and was pleasant and professional during the entire process. Thanks to Cristina we were all able to enjoy the beauty of Maui comfortably.

We made do with our phone flashlight :-) staff was very helpful with the lock issue. Love this pkace and can't wait to return!!

We stayed for a small girls bachelorette long weekend. We loved everything about our stay in this condo.
When you walk through the door you are greeted with a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed having the windows and screen doors open and loved the breeze that blew through. We did use the AC which works great if you need it.
I don’t have any complaints about our stay here! Although for my coffee lovers, you will need to bring your own coffee as that is not included in the welcome kit. We just headed to the closest ABC store and grabbed some.
Some of the things we really enjoyed-
-Having chairs provided for all of the guests
-Small cooler for our drinks
-Enough towels for the stay
-Tupperware for food storage
-Spending time on the lanai watching the waves
-Beds are very comfortable
-Bathrooms we’re nice and sufficient for our needs.
If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay that isn’t in the heart of tourist this is your place to stay! You are 15-20 mins within multiple attractions.
We will be back when we visit the island again.

Excellent rental! Property is beautiful and well-maintained. While it is a large complex and most of the units were occupied, it was very quiet, the pool was seldom occupied, there were no noise issues and the grills were clean and easy to access. Definitely a family or couple spot-not partiers. Location is central to everything - 25 minutes gets you everywhere. Area is quite breezy but it allowed us to shut off the air-conditioning and keep the windows open to hear the waves. The breeze did not interfere with sitting on the lanai and watching all the turtles in the waves below. Condo unit is spacious and very pretty. Unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels which were great! Kitchen had everything. Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved the corner unit - very quiet and enjoyed the extra light the windows let in. All of the information we needed about parking spots, check-in/check-out, pool rules was provided in the app. Would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

If you want to truly explore Maui and all it has to offer than this is the perfect location! This being our first trip to Hawai'i and we had no idea where to stay. We had reserved another condo but they canceled our reservation just before our trip. Fortunately, our dates were exactly what was available for Ma'alaea Kai! The views were stunning from water to the summit of Haleakala. Take a short drive to either west Maui or south Maui to enjoy beach or ride the ferry to Lanai or Molokai for a day visit. Visit Lahaina for shopping and the Banyan tree. Everything is incredibly convenient to Ma'alaea Bay. The condo had incredible views and was perfect for what we needed. I would 100% come stay here again!

This was a great quiet place right on the water. It was so nice the hear the waves. The place was very clean and well stocked with all you will need to make meals inside. Next time i come back this is the place i would stay
