Great location in downtown Kona, close to everything. Easy parking. Everything you’d need in the condo and then some! Only downsides were the ac was broken so there were portable AC units that would make your room freezing and the rest of the condo warm. The rooms were a little cramped and hard to walk around the bed but the living space was roomy! The lanai was beautiful! Does over look an alley. There was a car parked outside the complex with people living in it… but they didn’t bother us. Also with the window AC units I wish the windows felt more secure. Pool was beautiful, everyone was welcoming and quiet! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

The location was perfect for our needs. We appreciated how clean the condo was, beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. The AC was still out they did get portable AC units for the bedrooms which was great. For what we paid I would have liked to have seen some sort of AC in the main part of the condo the fans helped but it got pretty warm. Overall our stay was great and we would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful time in Kona. We were there with another couple, and the condo met all our needs. Right in the middle of town, easy to walk to stores and restaurants. We especially liked the large lanai, and spend more time on the lanai then indoors.

Everything was perfect! The check-in was seamless and received many email updates with all the info before arrival. The condo was as pictured. The air conditioning was out but they updated us before arrival and provided units in the bedroom. The condo was comfortable with the doors open so no problems. We really enjoyed the outside Lanai with great views. The kitchen was adequate with two different coffee makers and all the utensils. Bedrooms were a little tight but we didn't spend a lot of time there. The locations was in walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. No car was needed if you did not want to explore the whole island. Everything was provided for starting off the house, extra trash bags, toilet paper and Laundry detergent. We would Definity choose this condo again. We even got a super late checkout since our flights didn't leave until 9 p.m. with an additional fee. We had 4 people and it had plenty of room with to spread-out.

This property is managed by Caldwell Banker. We loved it and secure underground parking.
There is a screen door and the door to enter Keys in Lockbox. Upon arrival you complete a form on the table and deliver to maintanance.
The 2 bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows with so much closet space! It was nice to be able to store our luggage out from underfoot. Two 3 piece bathrooms was a dream for us all. A washer and dryer is not a perk to underappreciate. Beach towel and chairs, to use too. Kitchen was large layout and had everything we needed. Fridge has a great ice maker in it.
The Lanai. The Lanai is a MARVELOUS large extension to the space. We spent mornings and evenings there taking in sounds of the tropical birds. It is big and it is beautiful, it is paradise to itself. A rocker, loveseat, table + 4 chairs, ceiling fans for circulation. Comfortable, oh SO comfortable.
We have to say we were disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time and the BBQ's were closed off in that same space. Overall this is a wonderful place to be when you have the opportunity to visit Kona!!!
The AC was down upon check in and we reached out to Caldwell Banker. A person was sent in the next day. With the AC deemed unrepairable Caldwell arranged 2 portable units to be installed the very next day. They were so very responsive and we could not be more thankful. With the units and the fans the condo has, we did very well during our stay.

I would recommend this location to a friend! While you can easily walk to Ali‘i drive, you are spared from any traffic on Ali‘i drive, and you have free secure parking during your stay. The AC unit was not working when we were there, but we were provided with two in-room units that kept the temperature nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and tubberware for our needs. Showers had nice water pressure and heated quickly.The property manager on site is very helpful navigating the elevator / key system and obtaining a parking pass for our rental car.
