We absolutely loved the furnishings and quality of the condo except the air conditioners didn’t blow cold air at all. We drove back south and bought fans for each room the first day (and left them for future guests). We gave up on the window units immediately, they were useless so the condo was like a hot house. The porch also has termites - my daughter attempted to sleep on the sofa since it was cooler downstairs but woke up with termites on her face.
The proximity to Lei Lei’s and the pool were perfect and we were here for the outside anyway so we still had a blast. Spring for some window units and treat the porch for termites and this unit is golden.

We had a great stay at the turtle bay. Our apartment was excellent and clean. We have gotten the email with relevant information some days before, unfortunately we didn’t get a brief description to our apartment, no key codes and the number of the house. That caused us to have problems getting into the apartment.

Unit needed updating. Upstairs bedroom wall between bedroom and loft had an opening at the top. Unit had a musty smell. Well equipped kitchen. Washer stopped after filling, had to turn the knob to finish washing. Pickle ball was fun!

The manager was not very helpful. We had a hard time putting back the lock box and she was rude to us. We are not used to putting back lock boxes. We are used to key cards and not lock boxes. Da! I guess we left the property 30 mins. past the check out time, it's ok to remind us that we stayed a little over but in a nice way, please. We are professionals here. We would understand, you just have to talk nicely.

Very comfortable condo with everything we needed! Lots of room for the 6 of us. Great washer and dryer. Loved the screened in lanai overlooking the golf course. Only problem was kitchen was infested with roaches-had we been booked to stay longer than 3 days, we would have asked management to do something about the problem.

I was very unhappy with the cockroaches in the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom, that came out especially at night. I did not like the peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. I did not like the old paint cans in the downstairs bedroom closet. I did not like the disheveled garden outside the front door, and the leaves that were actually growing into the downstairs bedroom through the window shutters. I did not like the fact that the next door neighbor kept her door constantly open all day and evening and watched our comings and goings = a feeling of no privacy. I did not like that I got stuck behind cars trying to get into the only entrance gate, I guess because they did not have the code to enter the condominium complex, so we had to ask them to move their car so we could get in and they were not pleased. The condo was a long ways from the Turtle Bay Hotel beach and it was very hard to find a place to park in the parking lot at Turtle Bay hotel. Overall, this was not a luxurious vacation experience and the condo felt a bit run down and shabby considering the amount of money we paid to stay there for three nights.

It has become an annual reunion at Turtle Bay for our family of many. The close proximity of the golf courses and the ocean adds that something extra that makes this an ideal venue for any family with ages ranging from 80's to 7 months.

Overall experience was good. Unit was located in a very convenient location and the weekend was enjoyable. Facilities were great for the kids. Security was a bit heavy handed and lacked the aloha spirit we had experienced on our last stay. Overall, we had a relaxing time and enjoyed the stay.

This place is definitely pretty old, which is not necessarily bad in and of itself, but it was so dirty and disgusting. Stains on carpet and furniture. Dust, lint, grime everywhere.The AC is old and can not keep up. We were in a state of mildly sweating the entire time we stayed there. My wife hated it so bad that it seriously distracted from our stay which is a shame because this area of the island is paradise.

Perfect location. Easy 7 minute walk to the beach at Turtle Bay Resort. Very clean condo and perfect setup for our group needing 5 separate beds. Very we'll stocked. Nice quiet location with access to 3 swimming pools. Recommend Shaka Kayak tour. Close to many restaurants and food trucks. Polynesian Cultural Center nearby. Would definitely stay again. Great location if you're looking for the quieter area of Oahu.

This rental was nice. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for my family. However, it really wasn't as clean as I would expect. It was clean , but under and behind things in the kitchen, it wasn't clean. Corners were not clean. Then there were ants in the dressers. So ants got on my and my daughter's things. Luckily we hadn't put all of our belongings in the dressers. The rugs were a little dirty. Wouldn't have been a big deal except that I have a crawling baby. And there's no central A/C. It was quite humid most of the time. They have two window A/C units that are in the two bedrooms. The loft was quite warm as well as the main living area. It was uncomfortable for us. Nice and secure location. Loved the view of the greenery around. But I probably wouldn't stay there again.

This was an interesting situation, which Karen and Marilyn were the heros.Not Turtle Bay Estate's fault, but there as a mix up with our reservation and Karen and Marilyn saved the day/our vacation. They found accommodations that were close to what we had booked and managed to do it in hours. They were incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. They made a stressful situation manageable and I would DEF rent from them again.

I did write my experience at Turtle Bay when this was send soon after our stay. I said that we enjoyed being at the Turtle Bay condos. . The units were clean and well supplied (except we didn't have any laudnry soap) but other than that everything was well supplied. The units have wonderful appliances, but the units although clean have shown age. oved the location we were given. It was close to Lei Lei's so we ate there the whole time as there were not many restaurants open nearby. We haddd a wonderful time at 'Turtle Bay Condos.
