The view from the lanai was even better than the pictures showed. Beautiful sunsets and we saw so many sea turtles from the lanai and in the water. There was a problem with the a/c in the master bedroom that was resolved quickly. Would definitely go back to this condo!

After the Lahaina fire we were nervous about following through with our plans. Our host encouraged us, indicating that our tourist dollars were important to the economy. NO REGRETS! Everyone we encountered was so grateful we were there. Our experiences and interactions with locals has been our most memorable.
That said, our hosts were very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout our decision making process and ultimately our stay. The unit had absolutely everything we needed. All the equipment for water activities. The perfect location for sunsets…turtle watching was beyond amazing. The Royal Mauian between Kamaole 1 and 2 is perfect and Kamaole 3, easy access. Without question we would stay there again! Thank you Francis and Na’ia!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the condo was so clean & comfortable: the beds, pillows, furniture, and bathrooms. The kitchen was so well stocked and everything was in perfect working order. You will want for nothing staying here, except maybe staying a little longer.

Such a beautiful condo in a perfect location with everything you could possibly need down to the binoculars to watch the turtles in the water just below your lanai. The owners were delightful, responsive, and very helpful to us. We arrived on Saturday. The fires started on Tuesday. This southern Kihei area and Wailea were not directly impacted by the heartbreaking disaster. We never lost power or cell services and all businesses and restaurants remained open. The beautiful beaches on either side of the condo building were still busy with vacationers. This part of Maui remains the paradise the island always has been. We keep Maui and all its wonderful people in our thoughts and prayers.

The unit is located conveniently in Kihei near shops, restaurants and the beach! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony watching the turtles swim and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. The condo was very clean, beautiful and included all the amenities needed for a home on vacation. The views were incredible- we could see the ocean from the master bedroom. My favorite part was having morning coffee sitting on the lanai and watching the turtles. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach gear. We had the most wonderful time and will be sad to leave paradise.

The property was beautiful. All the amenities that we needed were provided. The individual A/C units in each room was a huge plus. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony and there were great shops/restaurants accross the street.

the condo was awesome. Felt at home with everything we needed. The only disappointment we had was the beach area next to the condo was always crowed and it wasn’t relaxing. We ended up driving to North Keihi when we wanted peaceful beaching. Would definitely recommend this place.

The condo is in a great location, was very clean and looked recently refurbished. Nice decor.
The main living room looks very nice but was not very comfortable for relaxing and watching a bit of TV. needed an ottoman at least. The lanai furniture was large for the space and very crowded.
The only real negative was the last two nights the master suite was invaded by small crawling, flying beetles. They were on the floor and on the bed! I killed at least twenty of them.
We saw the exterminator as we were leaving and he said they are attracted to the television. I did have the tv on when I went to bed so maybe? I have never had that experience in Maui before and this is my third time staying at the Royal Mauian.
Everything else was great. The showers are nice and good water pressure. Very well stocked kitchen. It was a pleasure to have washer and dryer that worked well!
Overall, we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We could not of asked for a more beautiful view or a more efficient, comfortable or clean space to enjoy a vacation. The condo is set up just right. The beds are very comfortable. The attention to detail for vacation enjoyment is what you will find if you stay here. The host thinks of everything and is very easy to communciate with if you have specific questions that may come to mind.

Location was perfect for a quick drive to nearby beaches and Wailea, or walking to restaurants/shops across the street. Condo had a nice amount of space for our family of four, and the whole complex was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Best part was the view from the lanai!

Went with my husband and 2 teenagers. We all loved it. Plenty of room, large fridge, air conditioning worked perfectly. The view was amazing. Short walk to 2 beaches. Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, ABC store, shave ice. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful place we've stayed at in Maui, even more so than the very expensive and well known resorts there! We has ample room with awesome views from the bedroom, but the amazing views with ocean waves from the lanai stole the show! The AC worked great and was very quiet, and decor was beachy and perfect. They supplied everything you could possibly want for a day at the beach including snorkel gear! We didn't want to leave and missing it already!!!

These was the second year for us to come here, and we stayed longer this time and loved every minute of it. The view is spectacular and when the water is calm the snorkeling can't be beat. Every morning, turtles would frolic right near the shore and are visible from the room. We will be back again for a third visit am sure!

Two couples stay for a week and we loved every minute. The condo is extremely well equipped with cookware, wine glasses, beach gear and more. Wonderful location near grocery stores, great fruit at the natural food store and worth the morning wait for fresh cinnamon buns both directly across the street. Spotlessly clean…we met the owners who are lovely!!! And the view from the patio…spectacular…we saw sea turtles every day…. Definitely would book again.

Amazing condo with amazing views. Turtles hung out most mornings on the rocks directly below our unit and you could watch them from the lanai for hours if you chose. You could head to the beaches in either direction and enjoy the sand and surf.
Close to many fun things to do too!
Paia for shopping and to visit the original Paia Fish Market.
Lahaina is a beautiful 35 minute or so drive away.
Check out a helicopter tour while you’re here (Air Maui was amazing)
This property was up to date, and had most kitchen gadgets you could need to make meals in the evening to save some money. Four rooftop grills and the most beautiful sunsets to round it out. Oh a a pool too if that’s more your speed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time the Royal Mauian! This unit was clean and bright and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. Still dreaming about the views from the balcony! So glad we had A/C as well, even though we didn't need to use it much.
The property was also lovely with the lawn chairs, pool and proximity to the beaches. Lots of stores, cafes and restaurants within walking distance or a short car ride. Would definitely return if we are lucky enough to visit Maui again!

The unit was exactly as represented. It was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and washer/dryer was a huge plus. Having air conditioning (in August) was added bonus! They have all the beach equipment you need. I can’t say enough about the amazing view from the balcony, where we watched beautiful sunsets and turtles frolicking right out front in the water. Every morning we had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The beaches right outside the condo were perfect and the snorkeling was spectacular (watching the turtles underwater just feet away from you). Being in Kihei is a great location and it’s a good location for all your activities. We would absolutely return to Maui and rent this unit again!

No one on site to address noise or other issues. People from the state park bring dogs on site and pee on lawn or poop on lawn. This is not addressed via signage or fence to separate walk way and property

This condo was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic for families. Easy access to grocery stores, gift shopping, restaurants anything you could possibly need on vacation. The best part by far was the complete ocean front views. Stunning!!!

Perfect in every way! The view from the lanai is spectacular, the condo is updated and impeccably clean, we had everything we needed for the beach with the provided umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear and cooler, the kitchen is well stocked, the location couldn’t be better….conveniently located directly across from a local grocery store and most importantly one of the best beaches in town is literally steps from the condo!
The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with as was the on-site property manager.
You truly cannot ask for a better place to stay in Kehei! We will ABSOLUTELY be back!

This condo on the beach is beautifully updated with all the conveniences you would need. The beds are very comfortable. Watch turtles from the lanai! Easy stroll to the beach. The property is kept meticulous by staff. You can walk across the street to numerous restaurants, gift shops, convenience store. The hosts are very responsive to questions and gracious. I highly recommend this rental!

Our 4 th floor condo was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the ocean. Everything was clean, updated, and well appointed. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear! Annie our property manager was very kind and responded to questions quickly. Check in process was easy! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to friends!

The view and access to beaches and snorkeling were perfect! Snorkel gear, boogey boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler were all conveniently accessible for use in outdoor deck box. Location was also perfect for walking to shops and restaurants! The owner Francis was lovely with gracious and prompt communication. We all were very happy to be here for over a week!
