This condo is located in Kahana and was not affected by the recent Lahaina fire. Your visit will help Maui heal and rebuild after the fires. West Maui has come back to life. Many restaurants, excursions, and shops have re-opened. Our beaches, waterfalls and hikes are not crowded and as beautiful as ever. The workers on Maui want and need to go back to work. You will be welcomed with aloha.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds with flat screen TVs. The master bedroom boasting a private entrance and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. The second bedroom has direct access to a lanai with stunning views of Molokai. The perfect set up for a family of 4! Although The condo does not have AC, but that is not necessary as closing the windows for A/C cuts you off from the sound of the ocean. The building is situated so the trade winds and ceiling fans throughout keep you comfortable. After a long day at the beach and pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and toss your sandy swimsuits into the private washer and dryer. Board games are also available for a cozy evening in, and the solid walls in both bedrooms offer extra privacy for guests.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Very clean condo. Was worried there was no AC but the evening air flow through the home was comfortable and I slept well. We loved seeing the turtles from the lanai everyday. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful unit, very clean and well stocked with essentials plus laundry detergent, dish soap/detergent, towels, and beach stuff. The balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome to watch sunsets and relax. A couple of the fans stopped working and the owner plus management office took care of that right away and replaced with new ones. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This property is in an ideal location. From the lanai we enjoyed watching the whales spout and breach, the turtles feeding on the algae below us, and the ever changing slideshow of cloud formations. Great views of Lanai and Molokai. Quiet and enjoyable. Nice amenities. Comfy beds.

First, we are very experienced Maui lovers- every year for 10+ years. This is one of the best. See below. First, location, location, location. It is a brief stroll to Maui Brewery and their great happy hour deals (1/2 off food.... wow...). Even closer to Whaler Gen Store. It is exactly in the middle between our fav snorkel spots (Honolua, Black Rock, Napili, and Airport Beach). But, the snorkeling in front of this unit is really good too. You need a reef for good snorkeling, and there is one right in front. But, there is also a sandy beach. Awesome. This is our favorite place to stay, and this unit was great. We have learned that not all Hololani units are the same. The unit has it's own washer & dryer. Don't underestimate the importance of THAT! Next, the pool area is lovely, and the BBQs are kept spotless. Every day a complete cleaning. Excellent. The balcony view of A603 over looks the beach, and we eat meals on the balcony while (literally) watching sea turtles swim by in the shallows (yes, you can clearly see them). A LOT of sea turtles in front of this unit- every year. The kitchen is elegant (and is really well equipped), as is the entire A 603 unit. Decorating is elegant in common areas, private bedrooms and bathrooms. There are three flat screen TVs, each bdrm and living rm. The day time breeze coming through keeps temps very comfortable. The unit, A-603, supplies beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. That is awesome. This is a great unit, and we plan to use it again next year.

This unit had a great balcony with comfy seating, the 2nd master is right off the walkway where you walk to get to other units. The sliding door if open, can be walked right into and visible to someone walking by. This is the master with a private bathroom. Covered parking space is great. Pool was very dingy and beach was technically closed.

Rug in master has a smell to it.We did have dogs but they were not allowed in bedrooms and the smell was when we arrived into a hot room.Smelled like an older (time,not dog) dog accident.Grass Fiber rugs aren’t the best for pet friendly condos. We accidentally took home the tv remote in one of our blankets we use to cover your furniture……first texted and the communication was horrible,then call…never heard back,finally had my husband drive it down after hours and put it in a drop off slot at the vacasa office door..We labeled it,hope it was received,we were unable to return it during business hours,and wanted to get it back to the unit before we had time Tuesday 1/4…..so hope it gets to your unit as no one had a solution from Vacasa.So we did our best to return it,and the slot was the best option after hours. Light over front door is out,made it hard to punch in code. Overall a nice unit,we went home a day early due to the loud fireworks 1/2 block away it was the main reason we stayed,but that wasn’t he rentals fault,but it was a major fireworks show which we were trying to avoid with our dogs.It’s a chance we took.But unit was nice,clean and had a nice view.Apprieciated the dog friendly option. Wish vacasa staff were easier to work with on the return of the remote,or at least had some solution.

Overall the stay went fine. I didn’t agree with having to pay through their app instead of Vrbo, but didn’t see this in the listing at the time. Minor inconveniences with things being broken. The screen door in the master bedroom which is a safety concern since the only way to get airflow into the place is to leave that open. The master bedroom patio door backs to the main hallway of the complex so anyone would be able to walk in at night. Another minor inconvenience is the fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the lanai/balcony as the best feature. Great views of sunrise, peaceful ocean and the night sky. About 45-60 minutes drive from the main Kahului airport, pretty heavy traffic in the immediate area south to Lahaina and north to the blowhole; 15 minutes to Whaler's Beach, 5 mins to Kaanapali Beach and 60 minutes to Wailea/Kihei. Kitchen was well appointed, modern and well stocked. Spacious and comfy furnishings throughout.
