As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Starting on October 1st, 2023, BV will now be charging for parking. Up until now they were the only resort in the entire Ko Olina that did not charge for parking. The fees are as follows:
- The one time $25 fee per car is required no matter the duration of the stay.
- $25 for an additional car, only if there is space available within the community.
- The BV stalls are small, and many guests have passenger vans or large SUV's, which require a larger stall. For larger parking stall needs, the parking fee is $50.
Guests are required to pay the parking fee upon arrival to the resort community via cash or credit card.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500.00. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

We had to make a last minute change to our trip as we were going to Maui (my home) after Oahu. Due to the destruction of Lahaina (where I'm from) we made the decision to stay on Oahu.
We enjoyed the location and appreciated the last minute availability. The unit was nice and had a beautiful view of the lagoon. We enjoyed the pools and the easy walk to stores. The master bed was comfortable as was the couch. The beach chairs/toys were a great addition.
The unit itself has some problems - slow draining sink, and broken tub stopper. Maintenance came out and "quick" fixed what they could.
IMO there are multiple things that should be upgraded/addressed to make this a 5 star location. The twin beds: the mattresses are horrible; so saggy and thin. It was fine for kids but no way an adult would be comfortable. The 2nd bathroom shower drain stopper is broken and overall slow draining. Same with sink in that bathroom. The master bath showerhead is aimed too high and unable to adjust. Only my husband could use that shower as the rest of us were too short for the spray. The stove and oven (while beautiful) takes FOREVER to heat up/boil water, etc. I don't know if its the appliance or that the cookware is not proper for an induction stove.
The lagoon makes up for most of these problems! It's beautiful and we greatly enjoyed snorkeling and seeing all the fish. Way less crowded than Lagoon 1 and perfect for the family!

Continue from above; and internet service absolutely horrible, my husband had to work while we were there, no service in the bedroom and TV went from cable to internet service and couldn’t not get any sports channels and no live news other than local news. We enjoyed every thing else but would recommend it during NFL season/ soccer finals, Stanley cup play offs. For a super fantastic place and for the price we paid that was very disappointing.

Beautiful property, we really enjoyed our stay!
Host left us goodies which we really appreciated. Beach towels, beach chairs, boards and a cooler were also provided. The WIFI was a little weak in the bedroom due to proximity from the router but wasn't a big deal for us.
The resort itself was amazing; we loved the different pools and hot tubs. The lagoon was minutes away by foot and less crowded. We will definitely be back!
