The location of the unit is directly across from the beach. Great king size bed, quiet air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked as was the beach gear, beach chairs and an umbrella. We cant wait to come back.

Great property. Great view. Clean and well stocked with amenities. Some property owners will “milk” deferred maintenance not the case here. Location is fantastic and right across the street from a fabulous beach. Keyless lock was also a plus. 315 is a “Maui 10”. One more thing, Maui Vista also deserves a 10

Although air conditioning available, we never needed to use it with the natural breezes of Maui. Beach chairs and snorkel equipment provided. Loved the king-sized and very comfortable bed. Professional, courteous and readily available management by Malinee.
Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

You can walk right across the street to Charlie Young beach and it's a quick access to anywhere in the southern shore. Just a quick 20 minutes to the north, and 40 minutes to up country. Fantastic views, weather of the ocean or the mountain. 10/10 would recommend and we'll be back again!

Very good condo close to Charlie Young beach. Well stocked kitchen, great bed and sheets, beach chairs, etc. The only downside is the noise from the road when windows are open or sitting on lanai. Otherwise, excellent.

We highly recommend this property for a number of reasons: cleanliness, numerous upgrades, third floor location, ocean views, super comfortable bed, proximity to the beach, good value and …. Very importantly…. A very responsive and accommodating property manager who helped us so much making last minute arrangements to move into this beautiful property.
We loved it here and will be back renting the same unit next time.

This is a great way to experience the beauty of Hana. We had a week to explore, play, and relax. The house needs a little upkeep and attention, but the property manager Susie and her husband Tony were so easy to work with and so helpful! Their kindness and info about the area made our time there even more special! Mahalo to them!!

We loved the proximity to the beach and found it to be convenient to most everywhere. The home was comfortable and with all the needed amenities. We did wish the bedroom would have cooled down better, even though it had a ceiling fan. We also had difficulty with the bedroom television, but didn't really need it anyway.

We have used this condo several times because we are so pleased with it! Malinee is so pleasant and easy to work with. The condo is more furnished than most - food staples, kitchenware, beach gear, etc. The furniture and appliances are almost new, towel bars are sturdy, and there is nice storage in the dresser and closets for personal items. The view is fantastic! Even though it is near the street, it is quiet to sleep because the bedroom is in the back. And Charley Young beach is across the street - a short walk away! I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was perfect!! Everything was nice and clean, the AC and fans felt great and shower had hot water! The condo has a view of the ocean and one of the pools. You seriously just walk across the street to the beach and everything else is walking distance as well. We will definitely be back!!!

What a beautiful condo. The unit was immaculately clean and ready for our arrival. A small issue with the A/C but easily resolved by closing the door (Thanks Malinee. Who would have thought) and the A/C was super quite.Condo was well equipped for all the excursions across to the beach. If there was any complaint at all it would be the chairs on the lanai. They are low and some of the view is missed while we sat and enjoyed the sights and sounds of our "Maui House". We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Maui! The unit was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Everything we needed inside the unit and for the beach was provided. The unit is in the heart of Kihei close to many restaurants, shops and just steps from Charley Young beach. Correspondence with Malinee was timely and courteous and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Clean, comfortable, high-end apartment just across the street from the beach. Thick walls so you don’t hear neighboring families early AM or late PM. The unit is well stocked with beach amenities and the washer/dryer was especially nice after a few days doing water sports. Only complaint is the hot water in the shower, which just barely gets up to room temperature. I hope they fix this soon! Malinee is very responsive and easy to work with.

Okay - overall this is a five star stay. Renovation done 5 years ago looks like it was done yesterday. Very very nice. King size very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked and very nice. Great washer and dryer. Bonus that almost every beach toy you need was there! 4 chairs, 3 umbrellas etc. Only thing missing was fins. Masks and everything were there including two great beach coolers.
There are only two drawbacks that are minor and we brought one of them to the attention of the manager who immediately came to check.
1. The Lanai is very small. Just fine for two people but if you are sleeping 4 it is very small. Plus no light so if you want to play cards or something at night you have to turn all the inside lights on and even then it is dim.
2. The unit has an on-demand hot water system. Fine for the sinks but the shower is lukewarm. It is bearable but barely. We asked for Malinee to check on it and she did. The system just can't produce hot for the amount of volume the shower puts out.
Besides those two issues the unit is beautiful with wonderful accent lights and pot lights on dimmers. Fans in every room and the A/C is awesome! One in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Unit was easy to access and if you are into tennis or using the pools they are great. Right across from the beach and a nice view from the Lanai.
So if a hot shower isn't a breaking point then you will love this unit.
