- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The location was good and safe, and there was a convenience store and a Hertz rental car on the first floor. The kitchen was spacious and easy to use, with all kitchen tools and a dishwasher available, so I was able to enjoy simple cooking. It was convenient that the laundry room was nearby. There was a problem with the sofa bed, but they fixed it right away. The staff are also very nice. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was good, so We had a great time.

The unit is renovated and overall cozy. Kitchen has some but not all needed supplies (cookie sheet, whisk, wooden spoon missing). Access to beach, pool and the wonderful Waikiki shopping and dining areas was easy. The fold-our couch was broken during our stay and an inflatable mattress was in the unit for use instead. This was not ideal but we made it work. We did not see a note to not use the couch that the rental company said they left.

The apartment is good. It’s is smaller in size vs what is advertised by still roomy enough for a family of four. The bathroom is pretty large is size for a Hawaiian standard. The only cons I would point out is that being on the street side of the building with lots of high rise residential building across the ala Moana boulevard , makes the traffic noise very loud since the sound bounces between buildings. Constant fire trucks and police sirens can make your vacation feeling quite urban instead of tranquility paradise. The poke place by the lobby is awesome. If u rent a car be ready to pay 45 bucks per day valet parking. No self parking option.

I traveled with my two kids, we loved the place, but I will suggest to replace the sofa bed. It is old and very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Please just think if you want to have a great vacation and relax you need a good spot where to sleep well.
Other than that, the property is very nice and clean.

We searched for months for the perfect apartment for our Waikiki vacation and this apartment did not disappoint. Clean, modern, well appointed and in a great location. If you don’t mind not having an ocean view this apartment is a must!
