This property was clean and well appointed with all he kitchenware we needed for our trip. Air conditioning was a huge bonus. House wasn’t ready at check in but they were very communicative and apologetic and accommodating.
They had a bin of fins and googles and beach chairs for guest use and parking was always available. Great beach for boogie boarding and snorkeling. Property manager was good about getting back to us when we reached out.

Location made beach days so simple! Great access to numerous beaches. No AC but unit was comfortable with the fans. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Hey! We loved our stay here at Hale Hui Kai! If you are looking for the perfect spot between Kihei and Wailea this is IT! The condo was a great short walk to the beach and has everything you need. Contact with the host was responsive and helpful.

The location was everything. Our kids had the best time walking (just 1 minute) to the beach to play multiple times a day. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with essentials (salt/pepper, oil, etc.), and ample towels + toiletries. No AC was no problem as there were more than enough fans in each room. Parking was simple, check in and out was smooth, and provided everything we needed. We truly had the best time and we'd love to come back to stay here again!

This place is really in a great location. Right between Kihei and Wailea at the end of Kilohana. And literally 100 feet to the sand of one of the best beaches. The unit does not have air which is mentioned in the description, but air in the bedroom would be nice. The unit is well appointed with all that you might need for cooking, and is nicely decorated. It is a bit dark but all in all a very nice unit.

Our stay in Maui was amazing to say the least! Pros and cons about this place, though.
Pros- perfect location! Steps to beach, close drive to restaurants, clean, had what we needed.
Cons- no ac. This one was kinda of a big deal for us. It was soooo hot. They provided plenty of fans but the condo was still overwhelmingly hot. Also, there was construction going on above our condo- which we probably would have considered before booking. As of what we gathered they will be there for the next 6 weeks, fyi for who ever is staying after us. The people working had a couple of boards fall from their balcony (that we saw) which scared us, as we have 2 little kids they could have hit. They apologized, and we’re very nice about it. We understand accidents happen.
Overall though- I DO recommend this place or location. Hopefully AC gets installed soon and it would be perfect.

This was the perfect place for me and my children to enjoy an amazing trip on Maui. Everything was very clean. With communication, but they got back to me so quickly and they were very transparent and honest and everything. I would definitely stay here again! And will be recommending this to others as well.
