Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas.

Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Maui Kamaole, we had walking access to local beaches, restaurants, craft fair markets & shops! It was a quiet condo, besides the roosters, but would definitely stay here again! We loved the Lanai and the amenities the condo came with! Boogie boards, chairs and umbrella! Mahalo!

It’s not often that a place is so much better than expected. The photos really don’t do it justice. The view of the water is beautiful. Condo was well stocked. Beds so comfortable. Really convenient to everything but still isolated. Perfect.

We really loved our stay here. We are a family of 5 but it accomodated us perfectly, where we still felt like we had space. Great view from the balcony and easy walk to the beach and Kamaole III. The kids loved the 2 pools, too! Appreciated all the beach toys and accessories that we could use all week long. Actually cancelled our snorkel rental because they had plenty in the unit (thank you!). We would absolutely stay here again. The only "con" was an issue with the management company (NOT the condo itself) not having the unit cleaned in time for our arrival due to being understaffed. Especially surprising given that I had called to ask for early check-in and was denied until the 4pm when the unit was supposed to be ready. This was unfortunate but we had zero issues after that.

We had 5 people stay here for 12 days. There was comfortable space for everyone. (The hide-a-bed is as comfortable as you would expect). There was beach chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers and tons more supply's. Highly recommended.

This was a great unit with fabulous views, nicely decorated and very well stocked (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, even snorkel equipment). We had a few minor issues with unit but Vacasa was very responsive (i.e. immediately replacing a moldy shower curtain). Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay here. The view from the outdoor patio is like a postcard. The amenities were comfortable and adequate. We appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a cooler for our use on day trips. In terms of recommendations, I think upgrading and updating the bedding in both bedrooms would go far. The quality wasn't up to speed with what this condo could truly offer.

This was perfect for our group of four. Close to the beach and a lot of food and retail options in Kihei, but not too far from some other sights we wanted to go to like Lahaina. Very clean and comfortable, with a lovely little open kitchen, great patio you with ocean view, and we were also grateful for the AC. The only thing I might change is switch out the carpet for hard flooring (e.g. premium vinyl), but all in all, good place to stay for a week!

Cute and comfortable place with a great location and good views. The main floor bedroom was a little smaller than expected, but the beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked with beach towels and all the necessities to keep things clean for the week. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
