This lovely two-bedroom home is filled with comfortable furniture and attractive wall art and decor! After a day of playing in the surf down at Pohaku Park, come home to spritz away the sand beneath the outdoor shower. Then head up to kick back in the suite's living area to watch a DVD on the large TV. You'll find the kitchen has been well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and lots of fun cookware, so you'll have everything you need to turn out something special for tonight's meal. Enjoy your masterpiece at the breakfast bar or take it out to the furnished private balcony to dine alfresco against a glorious ocean backdrop of ocean waves. You'll have a private washer/dryer to take care of your laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Use the free WiFi to research a new adventure or download a favorite playlist to take to the shared pool.

You'll have lots of great restaurants within a short walk anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Head a half-mile north to take private or group surf lessons from qualified instructors at Keep It Simple Hawaii Surf School. Kahana Gateway Shopping Center is just a short walk away with pubs, boutiques, and eateries that you'll love while scratching today's shopping itch!

THINGS TO KNOW
This property is currently undergoing construction, with the project set to conclude in December 2023. Construction includes landscaping being removed and perimeter fencing installation. Noise, dust, and odors will be present throughout the property. Sounds from jackhammers, concrete saws, and other pieces of construction equipment will be audible. Vibrations may also be felt while work is ongoing. Guests will not have access to the underground garage during this project's duration and the pool may need to close occasionally.

Our stay at Hololani was comfortable, the condo itself appears to belong to new owners so it still felt like some kitchen necessities were missing. There is no “workplace” as listed in the ad and I wouldn’t call the TV in the living room a “large flat screen”, but the condo was a decent fit for our family. My biggest gripe is how humid the condo felt, we travel to Maui every other year and I’ve never felt more stuffy in a condo than I did here. Also, the first photo appears to show a small beach, while the ocean views are stunning there is no beach, it was incredibly disappointing to my kids. Rather than a beach there is a retaining wall and large sandbags stacked up to protect the eroding shoreline. This is at no fault of the owners, but the photos appear to show a sandy beach and that was certainly not the case.

This mountain family couldn’t have felt more at home in this beautiful beach condo. The space is open, airy, and bright. Modern appliances and a clean space made our stay extra comfortable. Just a short drive to the world’s most beautiful beaches, not to mention the one right out the back door. Many great restaurant options within walking distance. The Vacasa team was easy to work with and didn’t hesitate to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be back to catch the sunset in the comfort of the private lanai.
