9/29/23: Please be advised that effective Monday, November 6, 2023, the 4th floor main pool deck
will be closed to begin remedial repair work to address water leaks. This closure is anticipated to last until July 2024 (subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances).
Please see below:
• The entire upper pool deck will be closed, including the main pool, jacuzzi, keiki
pool, both BBQ grills and the cabanas.
• Other amenities located on the 4th floor lower sun deck will remain open,
including the fitness room, yoga room, the billiards table, and the Aloha Lounge.
• Work hours will be restricted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. Some noise is expected.

Our condominium offers a world-class ocean view, a full-size kitchen, a private lanai, and a washer & dryer in the condo. The bedding is convenient with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living room.
Waikiki Beach Tower amenities include a swimming pool and jet spa, fitness room, and pool table to hang with friends. Or have a BBQ cookout and use the grills in the outside dining area.
You'll be in the heart of Waikiki and your island adventures await! You'll also be located within walking distance to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and tons of Waikiki shopping and dining options. ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
Note on parking, we recommend a smaller vehicle to fit the height of our designated parking space. If renting a large SUV, then will have to valet (complimentary) park with hotel and use their services.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30 PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30 AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children). The views were amazing! Many hours were spent on the lanai eating breakfast, reading, listening to the waves, and watching people below. The beach was just across the street and very accessible. Being from TX, the ability to keep the condo cool was important and appreciated. The bidet in the primary bathroom, was something I didn’t know I needed in my life. The staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. The location to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. We had two small issues and they were VERY quick to take care of them. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to go back to Oahu.

Very nice suite we enjoyed our stay was hassle free checking in and out. It was our first time to Honolulu so we are unfamiliar with a lot. We were located in a very nice part of town and close to a lot of things we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay. We only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because our first night we had a few bugs in the kitchen that alarmed us but that was the only night we had any bugs. Would recommend this suite very nice

This is quite possibly the ideal location on Waikiki Beach. Literally a walk across the street from the beach and 33 floors up means you are high enough to miss a lot of the chaos on the street and get amazing views. The property has nearly everything you would want. For the exceptionally high price of this property, i would have expected much more comfortable and nice patio furniture, much more comfortable beds, and maybe more than 5 hangars? Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The room itself is clean and an excellent size (~1200 sq ft), with great space for a group to spread out. There's a large lanai with absolutely amazing views of Waikiki Beach, with Diamond Head to your left and Waikiki/Honolulu to your right. Room decor is contemporary and fresh. The tower is literally across the street from Kuhio Beach (great for kids) and of course Waikiki Beach. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. Loved our stay here.
