We arrived late at night after 11:00pm. I was concerned that we might have an issue because of our late arrival, and we were traveling with my grandchildren. I reached out through VRBO to communicate with the property management about how we would gain access to our condo and we were given misinformation. When we arrived to the property there was no one available to talk to so we could find out the code for the keypad on the door. I did not receive the code via e-mail. I was on the phone with a VRBO representative from 11:00pm until 12:30am and they were unable to help us, in fact they were telling us that we were going to have to find other accommodations. We finally managed to find mention of an off site property management in an email that was sent while we were on the plane and found a night time security person who was able to get us the code, but we sure got off to a terrible start on our trip that could have been completely averted by just e-mailing the code to us. Other than that the condo was nice and the location was great. The beach was beautiful and the property was well maintained.

The unit was ocean front with a beautiful ocean view and a great private beach steps away. It is within walking distance to many shops, stores, and restaurants. It had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It also has its own private and free parking space. With its central location it is easy to access all areas of the island and is close to the airport without being too close. Highly recommended.

The unit was ocean front with a beautiful ocean view and a great private beach steps away. It is within walking distance to many shops, stores, and restaurants. It had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It also has its own private and free parking space. With its central location it is easy to access all areas of the island and is close to the airport without being too close. Highly recommended.

I just completed a stay at this unit and would return but a couple of things to note...
We did encounter some maintenance issues upon arrival. The wifi didn't function properly, the AC unit remote didn't have batteries and we could never get the cable to work despite following the instructions (only the free streaming programs.)
The beach gear provided has seen better days. The umbrella we took to the beach was ready for the trash and was practically unusable.
Note, the living area/kitchen and one bedroom (with sliding door to living area) are all that's air conditioned. The is bedroom only air-conditioned if you leave the sliding door open. The back bedroom and bath (across the hall from each other) don't get the AC so if it's hot be prepared for a tough night's sleep.
On the positive side, 213 is an end unit which was nice and made for a comfortable nights sleep hearing the waves crash in the background. Morning coffee from the lanai was excellent to enjoy the sunrise. Dedicated parking space was also nice though on the far end of the parking lot from the unit.

The space and location were nice and convenient. The neighbors were all very kind and considerate as well. Small space for 5 people, but fit our budget. In unit laundry and the size of the kitchen were big perks. Kitchen was stocked well for quick meals. Bathroom could use a few more towels. Lanai helped add usable space to the unit. Beach gear was nice too. No real complaints other than the blocked ocean / view due to the beach restoration project in front of the unit.

KK213 is situated perfectly in Kapaa which makes traveling to the north or south shore so easy, and the setting couldn’t be more beautiful. Furnishings are comfortable and the a/c is a treat! Washer and dryer are a bonus too. Thank you for sharing this lovely condo with us.

On the first night the outlet surged when using the microwave. No maintenance until next morning so I had to move the microwave to another outlet but TV, Cable and interet service was out until the next day. Maintenance called next morning, took 2 hours to fix and again burnt out again so had to move the microwave and no internet or tv/cable again. Would like to be compensated for a night due to no phone service without wifi or no tv period.

The property was clean and right by the ocean. Easy to access pool. The air conditioner was a nice surprise. The guest room was perfect temp to sleep, the main bedroom was too hot even with cross breeze. It was nicely supplied for everything you would need for your stay.

We loved our time at Kauai Kailani! The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, walking path, and beaches. I feel like we had the best room on the property with beautiful beach views and a balcony overlooking the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay atKauai Kailani condo.
I appreciated the air conditioning, elevator, reserved parking,
and in condo washer and dryer. There was a beautiful view
from every room. Heard the ocean everyday all day. Beautiful sunrises. Property was a bit busy with couples and families gathering outside, but I think everyone needed a break to the islands. I hope to return again in near future. ISO staff was very helpful to what I needed. Mahalo

We stayed here with two other families and had the best time. The kids loved the game room and we were able to have dinner all together each night. Perfect location to hit all of the different areas on the island.

This condo was perfect for us! It had 2 private sleeping areas, even though the listing says 1 bedroom. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. The location was great too, because it was central to the north and south shores. Lots of good food and shopping within walking distance. Beautiful view from the lanai. I will definitely be back!
