Wonderful view of the ocean - we saw MANY whales without leaving our lanai Easy walk to town, so lots of places to shop and eat. Sea Village is very social, as you seem to meet someone new every time you grill food. Great place to escape winter.

The Property was very nice with good proximity to Kona town. Was warm but with many fans it cooled down at night although air conditioning would be nice :) Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Nicely maintained property.

After figuring out how to get to the property during the 2023 Ironman with all the different road closures (come from the south!), the condo was a great place with plenty of room to relax. It does eventually cool down at night, as there is no A/C, but there are plenty of fans everywhere to help keep the air moving. Fantastic views. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

We LOVED this rental. It was in a great location, had amazing views, was super stocked full of everything you needed, and was just a comfortable and relaxing place to vacation. We will definitely stay here again. I read some reviews that said people on the property complained about kids being loud, but we didn't experience that at all. Actually, there were tons of kids there when we were there and everyone was really nice.

Nice place, kids loved the pool. Generally an older resident population in the complex, but the vast majority were very warm and welcoming to our young family. The unit was greatly provisioned, even had boogie boards, sand toys, pool noodles, snorkel gear. Slightly older building, but everything was well kept.

It has an awesome view of the ocean you can stand on the balcony and look out over the entire coastline of the Kona in Area. My only issue was the fact that the pool had so many rules it prevented kids from playing my kids tried to play calmly no splashing no loud noises and some reported them to the manager within 15 minutes of being in the pool. The place claims his children friendly but with that many rules for kids in the pool it’s obviously not too children friendly and mine were also they’ll only kids I saw. Other than this issue the condo is great. The color also is located in Kona which means it is near everything so you just went to beaches instead of trying to play there at the condo in the pool. A lot of people said the condo was really warm we did not have that problem the fans keep it at a very pleasant temperature for everybody.

A roomy two bedroom, three bath. Quiet and with a beautiful pool and barbecue. The condo had lots of amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great trip to Kona and The Sea Village was principally responsible. Great location that made it easy to walk into town for dinner and then stroll back again. Perfect too that well appointed coffee shop, The Green Flash, is on the premises. Great food and the best coffee on the island. My review wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention that the Kona Coast Property Management gave me a call on the night of the tsunami evacuation to make sure that I understood what to do and where to go. It was comforting to know they were looking out for me. When returning to Kona again, I would be delighted to stay at The Sea Village again.

Had a wonderful time doing all the things we wanted from a convenient location. Drove to Cook's Monument to kayak and was able to snorkel with spinner dolpins. Did night dive with Manta Ray: magnificinet. Barbeques at the property were well maintained as well as the pool and change rooms. The staff were always very happy and friendly. Had a place next door to recyle. There were boogie boards in the room and beach towels to use. Great view of ocean and pool and grounds from the lani. Would gladly go back to this condo. The only thing we had to check was the lint trap in the dryer as someone had forgetten to clean it.

The overall rental experience was good. There were minor things that could have been better. The units below are occupied by smokers, so make sure that you are not bothered by smoke drifting up to the lanai frequently.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our five day vacation. Condo was spacious, comfortable, came with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach gear. Plus, one of the main reasons we chose this condo is that it came with a crib and highchair for our 2 year old son, which was surprisingly difficult to find when looking for a place to rent. Everything was updated and decorated nicely and the pool was awesome! Only downside is it doesn't have AC, which we suspect might not be an issue most of the year. But we were there when Hurricane Ana hit and the humidity was enough to choke you. Luckily, there are tons of fans around the house - at least 2-3 in each room, which was nice. We loved the location, right on the water and just a few minutes drive from downtown Kona. Lots to do in the area. We also appreciated the attentiveness of the owner. They provided tons of suggestions for places to eat and visit while keeping our son in mind. They also checked in with us ahead of Hurricane Ana to make sure we knew what to do and that we'd stay safe. Luckily the storm wasn't bad. Overall, we were lucky to call this place home for a few days - our own slice of paradise.

Condo was amazing, newly furnished, drop dead gorgeous view. The pool is solar heated which we LOVE for our 7yo! Kitchen is nicely stocked w cooking needs for eating in, go to Sac n save for some fresh Ono! The only issue was the next door condo was undergoing a remodel and a tile saw blared every 8-5 except Sunday. It was the antithesis of relaxing. The management company called to tell us the day we checked in as the cleaners reported the noise to them. We left all day each day which is the plan but our morning coffee on the lanai was not peaceful. Management was friendly and helpful in offering a concession which was appreciated but we would have rather moved. So gorgeous condo but unfortunate noise that evidently owners don't report to management company.
