This room has a view toward the beach and overlooks the pool area as well. You can sit on the patio in the morning and evening to enjoy the sound of the ocean and breeze coming in. The location is just outside the busier Kapaa central area, but there are several stores and restaurants within walking distance too. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kauai.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lovely grounds and the ocean from this condo. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of towels, including beach towels. The "kitchen" was a bit sparsely equipped, but we only used it for breakfast. The toaster was cleverly hidden behind other things under the sink so we didn't find it for several days. The sofa was also very comfortable. This is a fine place for two people.

Loved how close to the hot tub and pool this unit was, we could see when it was busy and wasn't, and being able to see the ocean every day from the balcony. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the info cards on all of the plants. The room was spacious and clean, but we couldn't get comfortable with the stiff pillows, and the whirling from the bathroom fan was really loud. We couldn't figure out the TV but would definitely keep this as an option for our next time in Kauai!

The unit #333 was wonderful. It was a very relaxing experience despite the pool area so kudos to the staff for ensuring that quiet hours were upheld! It was very accessible to everything, pool/hot tub, the Sandbar, Beach, walking path, and the Coconut Marketplace dining and shopping. The location was excellent for getting to nearly everything we saw and did on Kauai.
The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We loved the view from the corner balcony.

I had a wonderful experience at this property! Everything was very clean, property managers were easy to get ahold of when I arrived, it was comfy, and the AC with added box fan made the room a nice cool oasis from the tropical weather. I stayed in the room by myself and it had everything I needed, and I would happily return here in the future. The location is nice too because it’s very close to the airport and it’s situated next to the coconut marketplace, local coffee shops, and the Lava Lava beach club. So you could easily just come to Kauai and stay here (even tho I definitely recommend getting a car to explore)
I saw another reviewer was really upset about the cleaning services DURING the stay, because you have to pay, but I never needed that for just me. I would say if it’s 2 people and you’re staying for more than a couple days, then just schedule a cleaning for a day you’re out and about! No biggie. Still way better value than paying full on resort fees.
This room is great and probably has the best view in the whole resort. I spent a lot of time just hanging out on the lanai. There’s also a guest book there with a lot of cute messages from travelers around the world.

It was such an awesome location being right next to the beach and a marketplace! I would recommend renting a car or even learning the bus schedule just to branch out and explore more of the island. As pretty and convenient the beach was at this condo there’s far better and prettier ones not too far away!

Location of the property is good and I would recommend staying in Kapaa however avoid this property. They advertise ‘optional housekeeping’ but don’t specify this is an extra charge until after you book and pay the non refundable fee. Secondly, the physical location is at Aston Islander on the beach but the studio is not serviced by Aston. The studio is basic and outdated and the bed was not comfortable. There is a good view of the beach and pool, however overall not well cleaned. There is mould on the curtain and was dried mud on the floor when we checked in. There is a small kitchenette with plates, utensils, and a small minifridge, microwave and toaster. The toaster was not working which was replaced however after this the on-island contact did not return calls or messages and housekeeping took 24 hours to return my contact (after i messaged the management). They informed me there is a $25 fee to change sheets and for clean towels. The TV remote also did not work well and there was limited cleaning supplies. The amenities listed on VRBO should be more detailed as after booking these details are provided but there is a non refundable fee. Save your money and time and book another hotel or through Costco where there is better service and communication.

How have others not had the same experience? I`m going to just put it all out there for others to see so they can make the best decision on a place to stay. The unit `looked` clean, but was not clean. Our feet were black from the dirty tile floor, I don`t think it has ever been mopped. I told my husband we need to wear our flip flops at all times in the unit. Where do I even begin with the bed. It was awful. The white sheets had blood stains on them. There were other stains that I probably just don`t even want to know what it was. I have pictures and could The bed did not have a fitted sheet, it had a king size flat sheet wrapped around the mattress in it`s place. The topper on the mattress was just not good and did not fit it. Then the actual flat sheet was king size also and the bed was maybe a queen. The blanket was maybe full size and so it was way too small for the bed. The AC was basically a fan and did not cool it off enough. There is also a box fan in the room that you will have to use which is not the best having to listen to all the time. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator which really sucked. The decor is outdated and so dirty, you could see the actual grime on the faux plants in the unit. There is not a cooler which every single beach front unit I have ever stayed at previously always provided. If you are out past 8pm you will not get a parking spot and will have to park in the overflow parking which is a little further away. The parking spots are extremely small and people park so close you cannot get in your car. We stayed at a place in Maui that had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer plus a huge balcony and it was $400 less for the week. This unit is not worth what they are charging, especially with how dirty it was. We were so disappointed in the condition of the unit and I wish others would have been more honest or actually left reviews so we would have

Loved the location of the condo on the end of the building directly at the top of the stairs. Pls keep in mind it`s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have lots of bags, it`s a LOT to carry up LOTS of stairs. However, it`s a great space with a roomy bathroom, kitchenette and great balcony with views of the pool and ocean. Plus the tall table and chairs on the balcony were awesome so that you could see over the railing! The bed was smaller than expected and we were afraid to touch the love seat because it was so stained and dirty. The pool, hot tub and pool bar are great and steps from the condo and didn`t provide any loud noise at night. However, the hot tub was always full! We enjoyed the drying rack on the balcony, as well as the beach towels and beach chairs/noodles - a nice touch! Great location with stores/restaurants in walking distance and we biked the 4-mile path near the complex, which was great! Easy check-in, lots of parking.

Everything went smoothly. Unit 306 had a wonderful view. The online photos did not do it justice. We had access to several restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the nearby coffee shop IMUA. Parking was always available.

Property was very nice. We were there 2 weeks and no cleaning came in. 2 rolls of toilet paper, one day of toiletries. Host knew of extended stay and we felt should have planned to provide extra amenities. Otherwise loved people, pool and island.

The property was maintained very nicely. The grounds were well manicured, the pool was cleaned each morning and the spa was drained and cleaned at least twice during our 6-day stay. We did not stay in the hotel so I cannot rate the daily housekeeping staff. However, the the front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The unit has excellent views and an ideal location. In the mornings we would open the drapes to look at the ocean while lying in bed. The unit is clean and modern. The tiki bar you can see right below the unit is great.

Arriving in Kauai, we realized that we were in a place where we could get away from life for a while. This room allowed us to hear the ocean every night, and go explore everyday. Old Kapa`a was an quaint little town to explore and we enjoyed breakfast there everyday. 45 min drive to the North or South was very convenient as well as all of the food choices right outside where we were staying. Thank you for an amazing property.

Compared to all the other booking choices that were available, this condo had the best value. The room was adequate, had an ocean view, and was walking distance to food and shops.
