We had a great stay at the Cliffs. It was clean and provided necessities we needed during our stay! Thank you for the coffee! The only negative comment would be the friendliness of a staff member in the lobby. She came off a bit rude but besides that, we had a great time! However, the other lady staff member in the lobby was really nice! Mahalo:)

The room was perfect for our romantic stay in paradise. It fit our budget while allowing us to stay on the north shore in Princeville. Located close to shopping and restaurants and just a short drive to Hanalei. I would recommend staying here.

My wife and I spent one week at the Cliffs. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was clean and met our needs. The room has no air conditioning, the weather was pleasant so it wasn’t an issue. The frig is small and all dish cleaning has to be done in the bathroom sink. We prepared many of our meals in our room with grills conveniently located nearby. Overall we would recommend the Cliffs.

It was our first time in Kauai and I will say that we were not in our room much. Only to recharge; shower, change and snack before heading out to some new magical place. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs. I felt that they went above and beyond with communication. We also loved the anticipation of things we would need such as beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We can't wait to come back.

We are regular timeshare guest at the Cliffs and we’re looking to add an additional week. This option was affordable. The unit is clean. The room is west facing and got hot. No ability for a cross breeze. We also like to prepare our own meals. The coffee bar was a challenge but we made it work. We were content with the location but I would not recommend for a long stay unless you are with a larger group and just needed an extra room.

I specifically requested down pillows from the property management team before arrival and was assured that they were in the unit when they were not. Very small unit with no kitchen and no kitchen sink, just a small table with a few drawers.

We rented this VRBO for our wedding/honeymoon and it was great! The first night we got in the room was HOT! We didn’t realize there was no AC, HOWEVER, we didn’t need it at all. We had fans and the breeze, it was the best! The views are beautiful!!! The pool was great!!! Everything was amazing!

It is located 10 minutes from Hanalei bay and the unit is provided with beach chairs and towels.
The sunset view from the cliffs were gorgeous.
We only wish the room had a portable AC unit or some sort of cooler because the room would get very stuffy and humid during the day even with the 3 fans running.

Kauai is our favorite island in Hawaii, and this is such a great location to stay. Cute and charming spot for my husband and me. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and taking chairs down to watch the sunset on the property. Easy and quick access to Hanalei Bay and Na Pali Coast. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

This property is absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities that you could ever want. The pool/hot tubs are fantastic, the room is quaint with everything you need besides a full kitchen, it can get warm at night, but there are a total of 3 fans that get air moving through the room when the screen door to the balcony is open. My wife and I ended up loving Princeville. Very quite and extremely clean, you are only 10-15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and farmer markets. We rate this property 5/5 and have no complaints. The staff on the property we absolutely fantastic and always will to answer any questions we may have had.

Fantastic stay. The room was spotless, comfortable and had every amenity you could possibly need. We loved having access to a washing machine. The room and property was very quiet despite looking over the car park and nearby road. The whole property was great, we loved the location, the pool and the tennis courts. Concierge were so friendly and helpful however we just found the reception staff lacking in providing information. We would love to stay again!!

Nice location next to the ocean, great farmer's market in Princeville area on the weekends. Well maintained unit, as described, the whole unit is split in 2 sections. Good service with amenities. Reception area for the property open to all guests for most of the time. Property has tennis courts, swimming pool and library area for guests. Open parking with plenty of spots.

My partner and I stayed for 5 days at this resort type condo & our only complaint was lack of kitchen sink/ counter space. Had dishes and nowhere to clean em.

Our main purpose was to observe whales and the nice chairs right out on the bluff gave excellent whale watching with lots of whales in sight. The only down side was the two days out of our 4 that had high wind and surf and ruined the whale watching. The unit was within walking distance of Princeville Center for groceries and restaurants which was nice. It was a short 2 mile drive down to Honolea for more nice shops, restaurants, and beaches.
