Experience the nightly magic of Kona's famous sunsets when you escape to this beautiful oceanfront condo on Ali'i Drive! This property is close enough to downtown for easy access, but far enough away to provide a quiet, romantic experience. Spend your afternoons swimming in the shared pool, taking pictures of the ocean view on your private lanai, and using the free WiFi to share your experiences with loved ones back home. Guests will have access to new patio furniture, new windows and sliders, new barstools, and air-conditioning in the living room.

The heart of Kona is only a mile north, offering a variety of ocean view restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Just past downtown Kona is the famous Kona Brewing Co., where you can dine alfresco, take a tour, and sample wonderful beers. If it's the beach you're after, you're only a mile south of Kamakahonu Beach, which is ideal for paddleboarding and lounging. Head another two miles up Kuakini and you'll find Kailua Beach near the old Kona Airport.

This unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of kitchenware to cook any meals, and beach gear for your adventures. The lanai was very comfortable with a nice view of the water. To be honest, we never sat in the living room, as when we were at the condo we were either sleeping or sitting on the lanai! The dedicated parking spot was such a bonus to us, never having to hunt for one. Icing on the cake!

We were in room 323 which is next to an apartment complex just north of Alii Villas. 5 of the 16 nights we stayed, loud music and drunken yelling all night long. We and people vacationing next to us could get no help from local police. Never again.

Expectation was met. Really appreciated the allergy friendly zippered pillow cases & mattress, nice personal touch👍. I would definitely stay again. Lovely comfortable condo, clean & love the extra sheets & towels. great pool & BBQ area. One advice: watch for extra fees when renting VRBO. Some include all fees, others separate them. All in all, I hope to come back one day 🙂. Mahalo!!!

Very nice, property is right on the ocean. View of ocean from lanai, across from pool and away from Alii Dr. 15-min walk to town (Royal Kona). AC in bedroom is loud but appreciated. Exhaust fan in bathroom is very loud, same switch as light so we used the hall light instead. Unit was very clean (no bugs) and had nice decor. Living room is warm in daytime. Fans help cool morning and night.

very nice and comfortable place close to every things. air conditionning a bit noisy...needing to shut it down...therefore a bit hot in the room.
