From the moment you enter, you will be drawn to the huge picture windows and the new sliding glass doors as you marvel at the expansive 180° views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining rooms. Once you have taken in the awesome panoramic views you'll turn around and notice the well appointed and freshly renovated space, (completed June 2022); over $300,000 was invested into everything you see here. All photos in our picture gallery were taken in this unit and the ocean views are as you see them, NOT zoomed in from further away as some competitors do. What you see here is what you get. This is a bridge level entry, no stairs from your car to the front door, and your upstairs is the top floor of the building, no one thumping around above you. This villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a recently purchased pull-out sleeper in the sofa, (and room for an alternant bed if preferred). This spacious vacation villa is located in the Kapalua Bay Villas, in the Kapalua Resort on Maui's Northwest shoreline. The stunning coastline is easy walking distance to coastal walking trails and several protected bays and beaches where you can swim, snorkel, paddle board, boogie board, or just sit and chill on the warm Hawaiian sand.
Kapalua is a very special place to stay when visiting the best island in Hawaii, here on Maui.
This villa is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and a well stocked fully renovated kitchen but equally as important, the investment was made to add comfortable quality "Puffy Luxe" mattresses, (the bed that satisfied the most people, according to Consumer Reports), in both king suites. (downstairs suite has a new bedroom set along with the new mattress before mentioned).
This is an excellent choice for your accommodations when coming to stay and play on Maui!

This was the perfect location for our family of five. Beautiful views and location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved everything about it. Only negative was the new dryer wasnt functional so our towels and swimsuits were perpetually damp. But.. that aside it was heaven. Great property.
