Excellent except for two points. The lanai chairs are uncomfortable, which led to us spending little time there, and A/C would be good. Despite the breeze, it did get quite warm at times. The interior was very comfortable and there was a recliner, which was an asset. Well equipped kitchen and great views. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Its a very nice unit in a lovely location. The view is the most magnificent thing specially the ability to just lounge on your lanai and watch the sunrise. That was such a wonderful start to each one of my 6 mornings there. The unit itself is beautifully appointed and reasonable furnished. The Futon was most comfortable to sleep on. I chose to give the bedroom to my boys and sleep in the living room as I am the early riser and I was very comfortable. It could have accommodated two people if needed. the livingroom lanai door has no window coverings which was not an issue for me but may be a problem if someone wants to sleep in beyond sunrise. While there was no A/C, none was really needed if one opened the lanai glass door and bedroom windows, it became very pleasant.A few things were not so great like dining table is tiny with just two chairs, no bar stools either. Table on the lanai has only two chairs BUT all of this was known beforehand and we could work around most of it though I would suggest adding two bar-stools so the breakfast bar in the kitchen may be used.Kitchen was adequately equipped and even had basic spices and oil (though none was promised). There were extra towels & beach towels, so we had everything we needed.While the unit was mostly clean, the recliner & futon had some food crumbs etc once they were opened - so cleaners could have done a better job but it was nothing that I couldn't fix in under 5 mins so I did not even bother telling the management.The team helping with reservation etc were really nice and accommodating. They were nice enough to arrange a third beach chair for us prior to our arrival on advance request and that was really handy. I also called in to request a courtesy late checkout by an hour and they accommodated that too. Property was very conveniently located. Though we did not use the pool or hot tub,a lot of folks were enjoying it. All in all, it was a good place and I would stay there agai

Our rental was absolutely perfect! We feared no A/C, but the ocean breeze was extremely refreshing and the fans were perfectly placed! This is a beautiful location, clean, updated, conveniently located for all excursions all over the island!! Loved it!!

Check in communication was a simple process via email. The unit was just like the pictures and exactly what we expected. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, other useful beach equipment, and book on activities for us to use and enjoy. It was a perfect week!

Great view of the ocean and sunrises! But construction next door was loud and took from the views. Would recommend some curtains for the sliding door; once that sun comes up it’s pretty brutal as it shines into the condo. Also would allow for some privacy in the evenings.

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at this property! I especially loved watching the sunrise every morning from our balcony. I also loved that I could walk to the beach path directly from our room. It was great to be able to go to the beach without having to drive a car. There are some beautiful beaches on the east side of the island that we enjoyed, including one that I took a private surf lesson at. That was one of the highlights of my trip! The condominium was stocked with everything we needed so we were able to shop at Costco and cook all of our meals in. The decor of the condo is very attractive and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a real treat as well ! I would highly recommend this property and I would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. And in the morning - the view! We enjoyed amazing sunrises! We have stayed at several properties on Kauai, and none of them had such a spectacular view of the ocean. We left the sliding glass doors to the balcony open almost all of the time (there were screen doors). We loved the sound of the ocean, and the ocean breeze, along with the ceiling fans, made for a very comfortable environment. The central location was a perfect home base for the adventures we had all over Kauai. Being in walking distance to a nearby Safeway grocery store was great for us to be able to easily pick up anything we needed. We also took advantage of restaurants that were within walking distance.On this trip, our college-aged son joined us for the adventure. In the living area, there is a Futon that he used. It was sooo much better than one of those miserable hide-a-bed sofas. Our son commented how much more comfortable the futon was than the hide-a-beds he usually ends up sleeping on.The instant hot water heater was much appreciated. At the end of most days, we were all muddy from our hiking adventures. Each of us was able to enjoy a nice hot shower in the evening, without running out of hot water. Condo facilities were as expected, with a nice pool and hot tub for relaxing. We used the laundry facilities twice. There were multiple coin operated washers and dryers, making it easy to get all of our lights and darks washed quickly, so we could get back to our fun.The condo had everything we needed and was great to come "home" to each day. We would recommend a stay here.
