This condo is amazing. Great location and with a rental car easy access to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. It was spotless upon arrival, nice size refrigerator, cold air, comfortable beds, the list goes on and on. Would not hesitate to return.

Pili Mai 13G had everything at our fingertips with a great layout, spacious rooms and bathrooms and laundry. Additionally, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was unbeatable. We were able to take daily runs to multiple beaches, drive to shopping and enjoy everything nearby. The house was very clean and in great shape. We’d definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our needs. My husband & I spent 4 weeks in the condo. 3 adult kids joined us for about 10 days. We would not have rented such a large condo just for the 2 of us, but it was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Everything was extremely clean and the apartment was stocked & furnished for the utmost comfort. While our kids were with us, we general ate dinners out. But we ate all breakfasts the entire time and made many dinners there too when it was just the 2 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, good knives, some basic spices, pots & pans, blender, toaster & coffeemaker. It was easy & comfortable to eat in.
Beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water even when all 5 of us needed to shower.
Washer & dryer were great and we were able to go home with all clean clothes since they were so fast. We used the pool & gym / they were not crowded and were fine.
It was the most comfortable vRBO accommodation we have had .
We had to call for service though twice: the smoke detector started buzzing and needed new batteries. Since we could not safely reach it,, we called Vacasa. They promptly came & assisted. Then the last day of our stay, the keypad cide no longer worked and we were as a result, locked out. I called the VRBO number but the rep had difficulty finding our reservation. When he did, he tried unsuccessfully to change the code. Then he told us a local rep would come and get us in . He could not give us an approximate time when someone would come or a number ti reach them. After 1/2 hour on phone with VRBO. we had no confidence that someone would come. My husband called. Vacasa & they directed him on how to obtain the actual key. I called VRBO backlit to tell them not ti bother sending anyone. They could not find the original request for service. Knowing that if you need anything you need to contact Vacasa, not VRBO, this condo was great.
We could walk to the beach and there were lots of easy beautiful hiking paths nearby too.

We were very pleased with this condo. Everything is super clean and practically new. The central AC was a big bonus and the whole place stayed nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has fairly high-end appliances. The ice maker didn't work, though. The beds are firm and comfortable. Dining and beaches are a short walk away. The lanai is small and not private but it has a nice, if distant, ocean view and you can see the sunset from there.

13G was an amazing place! We definitely felt like we were at home. It was so clean and we loved how they included a cooler for us to use at beaches. The pool was cold but nice! We definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back to 13G one day!

I really missed the charm of Hawaii in this rental. It is not what I expected
from the pictures: not within walking distance of the beach, you can squint and see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom, the beautiful mountain views are out the front tiny windows, and there's a little balcony for two to have a cup of coffee. It's just a condo - not great but not horrible. It was nice to have a little gift when you walk in the door, but underneath is a huge packet of rules to read (HOA rules on steroids).
I was disappointed because it hadn't been cleaned well and there was a jar of men's hairgrowth cream left on the sink and pink stuff on the bathroom floor.
But the biggest issue I had was that it is very apparent that the neighbors hate renters! When we arrived, it was hard to find the unit (it's in the middle top of the stairs of building 13 if you're looking). The people who obviously own their condos were incredibly rude and very vocal pointers about our presence - which was strange when I'm just trying to quietly walk to the pool with my kiddo.

Loved the view, you could see the ocean out the balcony. I appreciated all the kitchen amenities and appliances. I had my daughter and almost 2 year old grandson with us. Not a super kid friendly place. It was OK. Overall, we had fun.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! Less than 5 mins from the beach where we would go see the turtles rest in the beach every night. Already planning to come back.

Beautiful condo had plenty of beds and space for our whole family. The swimming pool was awesome and it is close to beaches. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards were provided. So clean, beautifully furnished, beds and pillows super comfortable, location amazing, had all the essentials you need.
Close to restaurants, was able to walk to beach and the views from the balcony were beautiful especially the rainbows 🌈 .
The cleanliness of the unit was outstanding!!!
Definitely would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a vacation in Paradise…

This vacation rental is in a very good location in relation to shops, beach and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. There are many dishes in the kitchen to use. A closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and mini ice chest. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds in the morning while drinking our coffee. It was nice to have the washer and dryer (with soap) all readily available for our clothes! Air conditioning worked great. The unit is a bit aways from the swimming pool, so you will have to walk about 5 min or so but very nice and scenic walk.

Went to Kauai to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary two years late and this place couldn't be more perfect! From the welcome note, decorations and fully-equipped kitchen, this was the perfect haven for our family after a day exploring the beautiful island. We will definitely be back!!!

I stayed here for six days and it was awesome. Great unit and clean. That is what matters, the cleanliness. The tradewinds were strong, so we pretty much left the windows open for the fresh hawaiian air. I am from the area and it was nice to get away after dealing with a death in the family. It made a great difference and I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to get away. The pool area was nice too. I would stay here again and many of my friends who saw the unit said it was beautiful and would also stay there.

My family of 4 really loved our time in Kauai and having this beautiful home in Poipu to come back to every day after our adventures, was so awesome. My teenage children loved having their own spaces to hang out in, and the spacious home is beautifully furnished. The community pool is a great, relaxing place to spend time. We really miss our daily visits to nearby Poipu beach to see the monk seals and sea turtles and the wonderful snorkeling. We enjoyed this townhouse so much and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for everything!
