The unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival: we found hair in the bathroom drawer and in the shower, walking barefoot made my feet dirty.
Numerous maintenance issues for example: air conditioner in living room was plugged and leaked water onto the sofa below it. The portable air conditioner units didn’t work well and were very noisy. The shade on the lanai was broken. Extremely loud bathroom fan that ended up dying. No screens on bedroom windows so we could not open windows for fresh air.
Minor annoyances TV remote was dead, toaster was old and gross, 3 coffee cups available for 4 adults.
Maintenance was responsive in trying to fix most things.
The above comments are meant constructive, and facilitate repeat business.

Overall a very satisfying place to stay, the highlight was the stunning sea views and master bedroom directly off the lanai, allowing us to fall asleep to ocean sounds and breezes. The bed in the master was like a giant marshmallow which worried us as we prefer supportive mattresses, but we both slept well regardless. The 2nd bedroom is very hot and small, with no fresh air, an inadequate fan and an AC unit that is very loud and not suitable for use while sleeping. Very tiny, dark kitchen but we didn't use it much and the lighting in the unit could be much better as it is difficult to read by. The complex is nice enough but the pool is very small for the size of it, and we were very disappointed that there is no beach or access to the shore without walking a few hundred metres to the nearest park. However this seems to be the case with most accommodation along the West Maui shoreline, it just would have been nice to be informed beforehand.

Great ocean view! Comfortable beds and 3 AC units in the condo. The condo was very clean. No bugs during our stay. Wonderful central location on the island. Walking to the beach from the front of the condo will require you to walk on rocks. You will need to walk on the street to get to the beach. No sunset or sunrise views from the balcony in July. Pool is warm, but very small and closes at 9pm.

Amazing ocean view, we could see sea turtles from the condo balcony in July. No sunset or sunrise view from the condo balcony in July. The pool is very small, but the water is warm. The main door to the balcony would not open. We did report the problem, but did not want it fixed during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is centrally located on the island allowing us to easily visit all areas of the islands which we did. It is also walking distance to the Harbor for any early morning snorkeling tours and it's only a 15ish minute drive to Kihei. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the lanai with the mountain, water views and the birds visiting us on the railing. At night we opened the doors for a great breeze and the ability to peacefully sleep to the ocean waves. We did see a few ants. This was expected since it's a tropical area. We kept the food in airtight containers and in the fridge so the ants stayed to a minimum. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit allowing us to do laundry during our stay. Overall, we recommend staying here and would stay here again ourselves.

This property is very well located and has tons of potential. The beds and pillow are beyond awful. Very hard and very uncomfortable. The bedroom ACs need to be upgraded/added to the existing Daikon unit. They are terribly noisy and leak water onto the floor.

Great quiet location, short walk to Maalaea Harbor. The unit is clean and equipped with high end appliances. The kitchen is small but functional. The property management team texted us a phone number that we could use if we needed them, and they responded to requests quickly. I would definitely rent from them again.

The ocean front view can’t be beat. This unit was recently renovated with new counter tops, upscale appliances and furniture and the waterfall sinks is a nice touch. The master has a adjustable ergo-motion or ghost bed and has amazing view of the ocean through the lanai and windows. This unit has 3 air conditioner units and spacious, nicely layout to get a nice breeze in the unit. We love our stay and appreciate the amenities and great services from the property management team. We highly recommend this unit.

The condo is nice and clean, but a bit outdated. The condo is by the water, very nice scenery of sunrise and sunset from the patio. It has everything you need including beach stuff. The condo has two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a short distance from shops, restaurants, and from the airport.
