Welcome to Hale Malia at Waikoloa Colony Villas 2201! This tranquil end unit is a townhouse that is close to beaches in the popular Waikoloa Beach Resort. New to being a vacation rental, Hale Malia is in pristine condition, well-appointed and clean.

We named the condo Hale Malia, which means Calm and Peaceful Home. With no one above or below, you will probably notice how quiet the unit is! It can serve as your personal retreat after being out and about with activities on the island. You'll enjoy additional privacy and convenience with the attached garage, which helps to keep your car cool and to easily unload groceries. There is an additional reserved uncovered parking space for guests of the unit.

The location of Hale Malia is perfectly situated close enough to the best pool, hot tub, and barbecues without being exposed to the noise of poolside guests. It is also very close to the cardio room to help you maintain your health after indulging in the fantastic food and drink on the island.

Hale Malia has a unique sense of tranquility the minute you step in the door. It is perfect for those who want to get away after a long day of beach activities or exploring. You'll enjoy the nice layout with an open floor plan, high ceilings, separation of bedrooms, and overall spaciousness. This condo is very well-maintained and has a full kitchen with plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for home-cooked meals. As a west-facing unit, it feels like a grand, light-filled home.

Both bedrooms are big enough to allow for king-sized beds and side tables, dressers and smart TVs. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, shower, and soaking tub! The downstairs bedroom is also lovely with a bathroom right next door. The air conditioning is efficient, and quiet, and there are fans in both bedrooms as well as the dining room.
